Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in the field shows that from the results of the suggestion box there are still complaints from guests who use the restaurant's services, these complaints include the lack of garnishes or the appearance of food and drinks that are less attractive, the lack of menu variations on the food and drinks served, the lack of friendliness of some employees. restaurants in providing service, especially when crowded conditions, limited menu books, slow and unresponsive service. These questions aim to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on guest satisfaction at The Flavor Citradream Hotel Semarang Restaurant, to determine and analyze the effect of food product quality on guest satisfaction at The Flavor Citradream Hotel Semarang Restaurant, to determine and analyze the effect of service and the quality of food products together on guest satisfaction at The Flavor Citradream Hotel Semarang Restaurant. This research is a way to find out, discuss, analyze and conclude in depth about the influence of food product quality and service on guest satisfaction at Restaurant The Flavor Hotel Citradream Semarang. The variable quality of food products is the variable that has the most influence on guest satisfaction when visiting Restaurant The Flavor Hotel Citradream Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of relevance of the learning curriculum of the Accounting Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University with the needs of the world of work as an employee working in the accounting field. The variables in this study are the learning curriculum of the Accounting Education Study Program and the needs of the world of work as an employee who works in the accounting field. The population in this study were all alumni of the Accounting Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University who had worked as company employees in the accounting field for 2007, 2008, and 2009 who had worked in accounting as accounting staff 7 people, admin staff in finance 7 people. and 1 auditor. The sample in this study is also all alumni who work as company employees in the accounting field, with a minimum working period of six months, and domiciled in Makassar as many as 15 people who meet the sample criteria. Data was collected by using library research techniques, questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The hypothesis in this study is that the curriculum of the Accounting Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University is relevant to the needs of the world of work and the business world as an employee of a company in the field of accounting. The results and discussion of the research, based on the results of data analysis, it was found that from 6 (six) indicators assessed, namely 1) the speed of alumni in obtaining jobs according to their expertise; 2) job profile; 3) position and workload; 4) ability to complete work; 5) benefits of courses programmed in lectures; and 6) graduate suggestions for improving graduate competencies, with the criteria for assessing the level of relevance according to Arikunto (2016: 246) A (relevant); B (fairly relevant); C (less relevant); and D (irrelevant), then the overall result of the answer choices is 15 x 17 = 255 choices. Where there are 54 total answer choices A or 21.18%, 145 total answer choices B or 56.87%, 48 total answer choices C or 18.82%, and 8 total answer choices D or 3.13% of the total answer choices . From these data, it can be concluded that the level of relevance of the Accounting Education Study Program curriculum to the needs of the world of work and the industrial world as employees at companies in the city of Makassar, based on the closed questionnaire distributed, can be stated to be quite relevant, as evidenced by the majority of respondents choosing the answer B or 56. ,87% of the total answer choices, so the hypothesis is declared "accepted".

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of explicit instriction learning model toward 11th grade student‟s learning outcomes in accounting subjects at SMA Negeri 16 Makassar. The Variables in this research are explicit instriction learning model (X) and learning outcomes (Y). The population is the entire students of XI IPS clas at SMA Negeri 16 Makassar school 2016/2017 that consist of 147 students, while the sample determination uses purposive sampling technique with the number of sample is 36 students, technique of data collection used are test and observation. Technique of data analysis was done by using analysis of data validity and statistic analysis of SPSS 22 for windows. Based on the results of data analysis simple linear regression Y= -0.162+0,861X, where in every addition of one value of lerning model „explicit instruction‟, the lerning result incrased to 2.247. The mean score of pretest was 52 and posttest was 88.083 from the correlation coefficient of 0.247. Based on the t-test analysis, it was found that the tcalculation was 5.515 which was bigger than ttable 2.000. The R2 (R Square value was 0.247. The t-test result showed significant increase after treatment.

Abstract

Building a Tourism Village for Kampung Cabe in Kabasiran Village, is a community initiative that grows from their concern for enhancing economic welfare. However, its existence in the past two years has not had a significant effect. There are still many people who do not know Kampung Cabe and are influenced by the image of Kabasiran Village which is associated with poverty. This study aims to formulate strategy for Kampung Cabe to build strong place branding. This research is using a qualitative method with exploratory approach. Data collected by observation, interviews, questionnaires and study literature. The result is to build a strong place branding for Kampung Cabe, there are three steps namely redefining the identity of the values and products that would be conveyed, increase community participation in developing place branding and build pentahelix partnership between government, society, acedemics, business, and media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Celebrity Endorser on the Purchase Decision. Indonesian Halal Body Cream Cosmetics of Wardah brand chosen as the context for this research. Empirical data were collected through a survey of 96 working mothers in South Tangerang Region. The quantitative method used is explanatory research using statistical analysis techniques through multiple linear regression analysis including correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study shows that “Brand Image” has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 41.1%, while “Celebrity endorsers” also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 36.0%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a decrease in work productivity in Indonesia, which impacts employee performance. One of the company’s efforts to increase employee productivity and performance is employee career development through training activities. Through employee career development, employee knowledge, abilities, and skills will increase and impact employee productivity and performance. This study aims to determine the effect of career development on employee performance. The population is the total number of objects of a study. The population in this study were employees of PT Angkasa Pura Solusi Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Terminal 3 Domestic, 4th Floor Office Building, Tangerang, amounting to 99 people. At the same time, the sample in this study was 80 people—data analysis technique using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed a positive influence between career development and employee performance when viewed from the t-test with a value of tcount > table (7.185 > 1.988) with a significant level of 0.05. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the R Square value of 0.398 or 39.8% of employee performance variables can be explained by career development variables. In comparison, the remaining 60.2% is influenced by other variables not explained by the author in this study. The results showed a positive influence between career development and employee performance when viewed from the t-test with a value of t-count > t-table (7.185 > 1.988) with a significant level of 0.05. Abstract

This research aims to determine if The Price, Positioning, and Suasnaa Cafe affect Customer Satisfaction at the Promise Jiwa Cafe Sorong City. The method used in this study is the quantitative method with descriptive and correlation approaches. The data was obtained by sharing questionnaires with 80 respondents—sampling techniques using the Purposive Sampling technique. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis of hypothesis testing (t-test, f-test, and determination coefficient). Researchers tested the primary data in this study by using the spss application program version 20 for windows and secondary data. The results of the research data analysis showed that price had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction of 9.467 with a probability of 0.000. The positioning has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction of 6,039 with a probability of 0.000. Cafe atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of 8,150 with a probability of 0.000. Price, Positioning, and Atmosphere Cafe are influential together (simultaneously). It indicates that all variables have a partially significant effect.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To partially analyze the effect of knowledge, use, and type of internet media on the business performance of the Creative Sector MSMEs in Jebres District, Surakarta City. (2) To partially determine the effect of digital marketing mediation on the influence of knowledge, use, and type of internet media on Creative Sector SMEs in Jebres District. This research was conducted on MSMEs in Jebres District, Surakarta City. The population in this study of MSMEs in the creative sector (handicrafts, fashion, culinary) is unknown. Therefore the determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The purposive sampling technique did sampling in this study. The study results concluded that, partially, there was a positive and significant influence on the knowledge, use, and type of internet media variables on the business performance of the Creative Sector MSMEs in Jebres District, Surakarta City. It is known that there is a complete mediation effect of digital marketing on the influence of knowledge, use, and type of internet media on MSME business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return on Assets at PT. Permata Bank, Tbk. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the Loan to Deposit Ratio variable, obtained an average value of 83.73%. The Loan to Deposit Ratio variable received an average value of 2.68%. Loan to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets with a regression equation value of Y = -6.493 + 0.110X. A correlation coefficient value of 0.747 or has an extreme relationship level with a correlation coefficient level determination value of 55.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine internal financial factors with financial ratios beta value, acid-test ratio, total assets, financial leverage, and operating profit margin on stock prices. The data collection technique uses secondary data from 14 food and beverage companies with IPOs listed on the IDX for 2012-2019. Data analysis was performed using a panel data regression test with Eviews 9.0 application. The results showed that beta value, financial leverage, operating profit margin had no significant effect on stock prices. However, the acid-test ratio had a significant adverse impact on stock prices, and total assets significantly positively affected stock prices. Thus, the study results can be used as a reference for companies in maintaining and increasing their stock price from financial factors that can influence it. It is also helpful for investors as a consideration in choosing companies to invest in. The update in the research lies in the way the data is tested, namely using a panel data regression test with a sampling period of 8 years (2012-2019 period).
