Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development and career development on the formation of talent management at PT. Bank Danamon Tbk, In the Bandung Area. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that human resource development has a significant effect on the formation of talent management by 37.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7.569 > 1.986). Career development has a significant effect on the formation of talent management by 42.4%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8.326 > 1.986). Human resource development and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on the formation of talent management with the regression equation Y = 9.581 + 0.347X1 + 0.426X2. The influence contribution is 50.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained by F arithmetic > F table or (47.342 > 2,700).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Work Discipline, Work Supervision on Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Gloria Abadi, West Bandung Regency and knowing the effect of Work Discipline, Work Supervision on Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Gloria Abadi, West Bandung Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive verification approach; the samples were taken for this research are employees of PT. Sinar Gloria Abadi has as many as 64 people. Based on research using the SPSS application, Work Discipline and Work Supervision have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance. The results of the work discipline variable (X1) and work supervision variable (X2) show a positive influence and can increase the employee performance variable (Y) at PT Sinar Gloria Abadi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on employee productivity at PT. Cipta Selaras in Pamulang. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 56 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study of the discipline variable obtained an average score of 3.748 with suitable criteria. Employee productivity variable obtained an average score of 3.868 with suitable criteria. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with a regression equation value of Y = 14.665 + 0.641X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.766 has a strong relationship with a determination value of 58.7%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. abstracts are typed in single spaces.

Abstract

Karawang Regency has many tourist destinations and villages, one of which is Sedari Village, which has a natural potential to develop mangrove forests. Referring to Law No. 10 of 2009 concerning tourism development which must pay attention to the needs of tourists in the process of its implementation, it is necessary to conduct a study related to Motivation, Perceptions, and Tourist Preferences to become a reference for the development of mangrove tourism in Sedari Village. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The data processing method uses validity test, reliability test, and Importance Performance Analysis. The study results show four indicators of motivation that encourage tourists to visit the village mangrove tourism, then the average value of perception is 2.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at P.T. Sinar Citra Abadi in Pamulang. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 55 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. This study of the work environment variable obtained an average score of 5.616 with suitable criteria. Employee performance variable obtained an average score of 5.729 with suitable criteria. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 20.320 + 0.658X, and the correlation coefficient value of 0.750 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 56.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

One of the problems found in schools is the low level of student's writing skills, especially paragraph writing skills. This happens because the writing learning strategy has not provided students with more opportunities to express ideas in writing more freely, expressively, and spontaneously. Learning to write has not encouraged the formation of writing habits in students. On the other hand, the applied writing learning assessment has not provided actual information about the development of students' writing skills. To overcome this, journal writing activities were applied to students and utilized the writings in the journal for authentic assessment materials. In its application, the journal writing activity is carried out in three stages. The activities in these stages are (1) understanding the concept and modeling of journal writing activities, (2) implementing and getting into the habit of journal writing, and (3) authentic assessment by utilizing writing in student journals. The approach used in this research is qualitative, while the research design used is classroom action research. The classroom action research design was carried out in three research cycles. The research subjects were students of class VII G SMP Negeri 2 Palopo. The results showed that these activities could improve students' paragraph writing skills, both in quantity and quality of the paragraphs produced. Journal writing activities also make writing activities more interesting and meaningful for students. The increase is inseparable from the teacher's efforts to respond, develop dialogue, model how to write the correct paragraph, pay attention to mistakes that students often make, get used to it regularly, and provide various directions to awaken student's creativity in writing paragraphs. The teacher's guidance and direction are still given, even though journal writing is an informal writing activity. Based on the discussion of the research results, it is suggested that Indonesian language teachers should continue to apply journal writing habituation activities and be carried out with intensive and directed guidance. By looking at the contents of students' writing, it is also suggested to teachers of other subjects that this journal writing activity can be applied because in addition to practicing paragraph writing skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance at PT. Ciptamega Infrasana in Bogor. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 72 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable transformational leadership style obtained an average score of 3.811 with suitable criteria. Employee performance variable obtained an average score of 3.882 with suitable criteria. Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation value of Y = 14.018 + 0.651X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.778 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 60.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance at PT. Cipta Selaras Abadi in Parung-Bogor. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 53 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study of individual characteristics variables obtained an average score of 3.772 with good criteria. Employee performance variable obtained an average score of 3.896 with good criteria. Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation value of Y = 13,220 + 0.683X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.801 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 64.2%. Hypothesis test obtained sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of remuneration on employee performance at PT. BNI Syariah Bintaro Branch Office. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 45 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Remuneration variable obtained an average score of 3.773 with good criteria. Employee performance variable obtained an average score of 3.898 with good criteria. Remuneration has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 10.035 + 0.826X, and the correlation coefficient value is 0.826 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 68.2%. Hypothesis test obtained sig. 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

MSMEs experienced a decline in productivity and profits due to government regulations related to the COVID-19 outbreak. The existence of operational restrictions and regional quarantines impacts the decline in people’s purchasing power. The actors have not been able to adopt entrepreneurial behavior in maintaining business continuity during the pandemic. The research objective is to determine the effect of entrepreneurial behavior on business continuity. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling as a resource withdrawal technique. Sources of data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Determination of the sample using a snowball sampling technique. The basis for determining the questionnaire using the DART method (Dialogue, Access, Risk-Assessment, and Transparency) is associated with the research object. The results of the study, namely entrepreneurial behavior, have a positive effect on business continuity. It is evidenced by Liana Swalayan’s ability to maintain its business during a pandemic by implementing general strategies as core competencies.
