Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the effect of the implementation of finger scan attendance and TPP to the employee behavior and employee performance. (2) The relationship between the employee behavior and the employee performance. (3) The effect of the implementation of finger scan attendance and TPP on the employee performance by the employee behavior. (4) The effect of the implementation of finger scan and giving TPP simultaneously to the employee behavior. (5) The effect of the implementation of finger scan and giving TPP simultaneously to employee performance by employee behavior. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population and sample in this study were civil servants within the Wara Utara sub-district office and 6 (six) sub-districts under it, 52 people who were saturated samples. The data collection technique used in this study was through a questionnaire which was then analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis through the application of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 18.0 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that: Y1 = 0.22X1 + 354X2 + 1, Y2 = 0.022X1 + 0.354X2 + 2 and Y2 = 0.022X1 + 0.354X2+ 0.529 +ɛ2. From this equation it can be concluded that "Only the provision of TPP (X2) has a significant effect on employee behavior and performance, as well as on performance by employee behavior. Meanwhile, the fingerscan directly (X1) does not have a significant effect on employee behavior (Y1) and employee performance (Y2), but through employee behavior (Y1) on employee performance (Y2) fingerscan has a significant effect, also stimulants the fingerscan variable (X1) and giving TPP (X2) have a strong influence on employee behavior (Y1) and also on employee performance (Y2). In order to achieve organizational goals, it is hoped that the optimization of the fingerscan function is no longer only oriented to providing motivation to civil servants but can also be used as a basic instrument to measure the provision of punishment to civil servants to be more professional and proportional in their work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of work discipline on the performance of RSIA Melinda employees mediated by job satisfaction. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The population in this study were employees of RSIA Melinda. The sampling method in this study uses "total sampling", which uses all members of the population, namely 63 employees. While inferential statistics are used in this study with the method of path analysis. The results showed that discipline had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; Work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between discipline and performance.

Abstract

In the current digital and new normal era, social media was being an important source of information, for entrepreneur, especially UMK (Micro and Small Business) players in marketing their products by optimizing the use of technology. The lack of income for micro and small business entrepreneur, because the majority of them still market their products in traditional and conventional ways. Knowledge, technological stuttering, internet access and technological devices were separately obstacles for MSE actors, but not a few of them have started using technology in product marketing, especially with the Covid-19 pandemic which has begun to spread in the world and Indonesia, especially those whose impact has been felt since February 2020, which has encouraged business actors to be able to use technology, especially social media to keep their product marketing ongoing. This study aims to analyze the use of social media with the use of applications of GoFood and/or GrabFood to increase income for MSEs in South Tangerang. The research method used in this research was a case study with a qualitative descriptive method, the data source in this study uses primary data from 122 respondents of MSEs (Micro and Small Enterprises) in South Tangerang based on purposive sampling, namely MSEs actors who market their products online. at least the last three months used applications on social media, such as applications of Gofood and/or Grabfood. The results of the study show that 61.5 percent of MSE respondents use application services for food delivery, both Gofood and GrabFood. From the above application users, the most widely used is GrabFood (51.65). There was an increase in income after using social media such as the Gofood and Grabfood delivery applications (82%).

Abstract

The aims of the research on the Effect of Social Media Marketing on Micro Enterprises in Indonesia are: 1) To find out the positive influence of Customer Engagement on the performance of MSME Citra Cosmetic Makassar, 2) To find out the positive influence of Customer Satisfaction on MSME performance through Customer Loyalty. Citra Cosmetic Makassar, 3) To find out the positive influence of Customer Brand Reputation on the performance of MSME Citra Cosmetic Makassar, 4) To find out the positive influence of Customer Loyalty on the performance of MSME Citra Cosmetic Makassar. The data collection was based on people who live in Makassar and ever made a purchase on Citra Cosmetic Makassar. By doing this research, it has a purpose and can also contribute to the owners of Citra Cosmetic Makassar in order to increase their own QMS. The results of the discussion used a program from PLS to analyze data and also surveys. The sampling technique of this research is to use non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, the data collection method used itself is to use a survey of 385 samples and also use the outer model and inner model tests. The results of this study themselves prove that three of the four hypotheses are accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance allowance, work discipline and employee performance at the Lembang Agricultural Training Center (BBPP), as well as to determine how the influence of work allowance and work discipline on employee performance at the Lembang Agricultural Training Center (BBPP). Work allowance is one of the factors that can affect the performance of an employee. Every employee has hopes and desires to get remuneration in the form of allowances in accordance with the workload they get. Another factor that is thought to have an impact on employee performance is the work discipline factor. The application of work discipline is carried out to improve employee behavior and work ethics when working. Employee performance at the Lembang Agricultural Training Center (BBPP) did not run optimally because the employees had not been able to achieve the desired target which caused a decrease in company productivity. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The sample used in this study were all employees who worked at the Agricultural Training Center (BBPP) Lembang. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling or census. Data processing is done by using multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between work allowances on employee performance at the Lembang Agricultural Training Center (BBPP) and there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at the Lembang Agricultural Training Center (BBPP) and there is a significant influence between work allowances and work discipline on employee performance at the Lembang Agricultural Training Center (BBPP).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention of PT. Santosa Adi Perkasa. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data obtained from companies and literature. The sampling technique in this study used the census method and the data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, observations, and questionnaires. Respondents in this study were company employees totaling 100 people. This research uses Multiple Correlation Analysis method. The results of this study indicate that work life balance has a significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment has a significant effect on turnover intention, the results also show that work life balance and organizational commitment have a significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the autocratic leadership style, work conflict, and employee performance at CV Tiga Putri Sukabumi, and to determine the effect of autocratic leadership style and work conflict on employee performance at CV Tiga Putri Sukabumi. The research method used is descriptive and verification. The population used are employees of the production section of CV. Three Putri Sukabumi with a sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The result of this research is that the autocratic leadership style applied to CV Tiga Putri Sukabumi is considered less good. Work conflict at CV Tiga Putri Sukabumi is considered high and employee performance at CV Tiga Putri Sukabumi is still considered not high enough. Leadership style and work conflict simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on employee performance at CV Tiga Putri Sukabumi.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important factors in the company because humans are the driving force for all activities within the company. As humans, employees have thoughts and feelings that affect the course of the company's activities. This study aims to determine the effect of Impression Management and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk Bandung. The sample used as many as 100 employees in the company. The method used is descriptive analysis with data collection through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This study uses a model of factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, classical test analysis, analysis of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results from the questionnaire, it shows that impression management is categorized as good with an average score of 3.64 and work motivation is categorized as good with an average score of 3.66, the results of testing with smart PLS. Impression management and work motivation simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced in the F test. H0 is rejected, indicating that the independent variables, namely impression management and work motivation, jointly affect employee performance. and the partial effect shows that impression management and work motivation have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the return and risk of Cryptocurrency assets in order to find out which crypto assets have small risks and large returns. In this research, the test procedures used were the Kruskal Wallis test and paired sample t-test. The research time span was obtained from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021 as well as the time span for data collection for price comparisons before and during the COVID-19 pandemic for 2 months from march 11, 2020. The results of this research are that bitcoin, ethereum, and dogecoin do not have a significant return comparison, for the results of risk research also have the result that there is no significant risk comparison between bitcoin, ethereum, and dogecoin. After that, for the results of the price comparison of bitcoin, ethereum, and dogecoin before the covid-19 pandemic and after the announcement of the covid-19 pandemic, the result is bitcoin and ethereum has a significant comparison between the time before the covid-19 pandemic and after the announcement of covid-19. On the contrary, dogecoin did not face a significant price comparison before the covid-19 pandemic as well as after the announcement of covid-19. Before starting an investment, it is better to look at the ability of Cryptocurrency assets to minimize risks and make sure whether the investment objectives are for the long and short term.

Abstract

The availability of human resources has an important role to manage employees owned by the company in achieving company goals. Human resources owned by the company must be managed properly by the company, namely by developing employee skills and knowledge by providing job training, providing work motivation to employees, applying good work discipline, providing compensation for the workload, and providing an environment of comfortable work for employees and so on. One of the things that influences an employee's performance is their work environment. Employees will feel comfortable when working if the company has good workplace cleanliness, safety when working, as well as the availability of adequate work facilities to enhance employee performance. Work motivation, in addition to the work environment, is thought to be another factor that influences employee performance. Employees that are highly motivated at work are more likely to deliver excellent results. The purpose of this study is to see how the work environment, employee motivation, and employee performance at PT. X. influence each other. The descriptive and verification methodologies were utilized in the research. This study's sample was comprised of all employees at PT. X. Based on the findings of the study, it can be concluded that the work environment has a significant impact on employee performance at PT. X, that work motivation has a significant impact on employee performance at PT. X, and that work environment and work motivation have a simultaneous and significant impact on employee performance at PT. X.
