Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi hal yang selalu menjadi acuan dari kemajuan teknologi, salah satunya dalam dunia bisnis kecantikan. Proses pemesanan di LilyBeautyBar saat ini masih menggunakan metode tradisional, seperti pemesanan melalui WhatsApp. Praktik ini menyebabkan beberapa kendala, termasuk sering terjadinya tumpang tindih antar jadwal. Dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, Oleh karena itu, LilyBeautyBar membutuhkan sistem yang lebih memadai untuk mengelola pemesanan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pemesanan yang dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta menggunakan pengujian Black Box menjadi langkah yang tepat. website ini dirancang untuk mempermudah proses pemesanan layanan eyelash extension secara praktis dan efisien langsung dari perangkat handphone pengguna. Selain meningkatkan kemudahan akses bagi pelanggan, perancangan website ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi penyedia layanan dalam hal pemesanan dan pengelolaan jadwal. Dengan adanya perancangan website ini, diharapkan nanti pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan layanan kecantikan secara praktis dan efisien langsung dari perangkat handphone pelanggan. Selain itu, perancangan website ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi penyedia layanan dalam hal pemesanan dan pengelolaan jadwal.

Abstract

Twitter merupakan satu dari banyaknya media sosial yang populer di kalangan masyarakat.  Terkadang informasi yang beredar di twitter merupakan berita palsu yang tidak dapat dibuktikan kebenarannya (hoaks). Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk menentukan berita yang beredar di platfrom twitter mengenai Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) termasuk ke dalam berita hoaks atau berita faktual. Proses klasifikasi dimulai dengan pengumpulan data dengan Teknik Scraping dan setelah itu dilakukan pelabelan untuk mengklasifikasi data latih. Data yang telah diberi label kemudian diproses melalui text pre-processing dan dilanjutkan dengan klasifikasi menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Jumlah data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1425 data dan dibagi ke dalam kategori fakta dan kategori hoaks. Pada proses klasifikasi algoritma Naïve Bayes mendapat nilai akurasi 66,76%, presisi 70,13%, dan recall 58,38%. Sedangkan hasil evaluasi klasifikasi Support Vector Machine (SVM) memiliki tingkat akurasi 65,22%, presisi 71,37%, dan recall 50,84%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan performa algoritma Naïve Bayes memiliki performa yang lebih bagus dari algoritma Support Vector Machine.

Abstract

BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) is a non-ministerial government agency that is directly responsible to the President. The BPS office in Langkat Regency provides statistical data and information needed for sectoral and cross-sectoral planning and development. At the Langkat Regency BPS Office, the assignment letter management and archiving system is still carried out manually, by using a file cabinet. This manual data collection can make it difficult for officers to manage related to archiving letters and preparing reports so that this can hinder the performance of BPS officers. This research aims to overcome these problems by creating an e-archive system that aims to optimize the performance of officers at the Langkat Regency BPS office. The system was built using PHP and MySQL database.

Abstract

The increasing number of children with autism in the world makes autism, which was previously not too much of a problem by parents, becoming increasingly known and feared. The rapid increase in the number of people with autism is not proportional to the number of professionals studying this field. This often causes confusion in making the diagnosis. The purpose of this research is to apply the forward chaining method and certainty factor into a web-based application that can diagnose autism in children in real time. The results of this study can provide information about the diagnosis of autism in children and can see medical records that are easily understood by the public.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology, which is increasingly evident in this modern era, helps human work to be more efficient and effective in any field. At present, at RRI Lhokseumawe the broadcast schedule data collection system used is a manual system in the form of radio broadcast schedule data collection using Microsoft Word by broadcasting division officers. The system design methodology is based on a manual system that is still valid, in which an officer inputs broadcast schedule data that runs on that day and can then be printed and then managed again by the officer. This research resulted in a web-based broadcast schedule data application system so that RRI Lhokseumawe broadcasting officers can work more efficiently and effectively. The tool used to describe the general system design that will be built is UML (Unified Modeling Language) with employees, broadcasters and also management as the main actors in this system, so that a design is formed with the first step, namely someone adding or filling in broadcast data that has been arranged in such a way, then the data is stored and can be changed at any time if necessary. Data can also be printed automatically in excel or PDF format. With this, broadcasters or officers who are responsible for scheduling broadcasts every day no longer need to use Microsoft Word as a tool. This information system is expected to help and relieve those in need and can be developed further over time.

Abstract

Frequency response analysis is widely applied in digital image processing because of its ability to identify important features and information in images. In digital image processing, the Fourier transform is very useful for performing various types of operations such as image compression. Image compression is the process of reducing the size of a digital image without compromising important information. The Discrete Fourier Transform can assist in digital image compression because of its ability to analyze frequency response efficiently and accurately. The main objective of the Fourier transform is to transform images from the spatial domain (pixels) to the frequency domain so that we can analyze the frequency components contained in the image. In this study, we examined the frequency domain representation of a grayscale image measuring 128x128 pixels, using the Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) method. Then, we also explore how image size and pattern affect the frequency domain representation. The DFT method was chosen to analyze the frequency response of digital images because of its ability to represent digital images in the frequency domain and DFT has a simple implementation which only requires basic mathematical operations, such as complex addition and multiplication. DFT is a very useful and effective technique in digital image processing. In the context of this study, researchers will analyze the impact of image compression on the frequency response of digital images obtained through the DFT method. Therefore the researcher intends to analyze the frequency response of the image, especially in the image magnitude part.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a decision support system that can facilitate the process of receiving scholarship assistance for poor students. This decision support system uses the calculation method of the profile matching method. This system displays the ranking results of students who meet the criteria for receiving scholarships. The criteria used in this study are academic aspects consisting of semester and class grades, family economic aspects, consisting of parents' occupation, parents' income, number of dependents of parents and children's status. Supporting aspects are organization and non-academic achievements. The decision support system for poor student assistance scholarship recipients helps make decision making easier.

Abstract

Currently, the Cahaya Medika Bireuen Pharmacy does not yet have an online-based queuing system that makes it easier for prospective patients to take a queue number without having to go to the pharmacy to take a queue number. This study aims to implement a web-based information system that can improve patient care. The system built does not only focus on taking queue numbers. The results of this study also include information about facilities and doctors' schedules, making it easier for the public to find information about clinics.

Abstract

Lhokseumawe city is one of the cities in Aceh province which has the second largest population after the city of Banda Aceh. With an area of ​​181.06 KM2 the population in Lhoseumawe reached 207.2 thousand in 2019. K-medoids on the population density clustering system in the city of Lhokseumawe is an application for clustering population density with very dense, dense and not dense clusters, with total data from 68 villages in the city of Lhokseumawe from 2017 to 2021. This research uses data mining techniques in the data management process using the K-medoids clustering method.

Abstract

Floods occur almost every year for residents close to the capital city of North Aceh and floods are also caused by the overflow of the Lhoksukon river. This research implements an information system that will provide information to the community in real-time that a flood disaster will soon occur due to the overflow of the Lhoksukon river, so that the community can immediately be alert and anticipate. The system is built based on Android and IoT.
