Abstract

The management and tracking of assets at the Land Office of Bireuen District have become increasingly complex, necessitating the development of a more efficient and systematic approach. This study proposes the design and implementation of a web-based Asset Management Information System (AMIS) to optimize asset tracking processes. The system aims to provide real-time asset data, improve accuracy, and streamline the management workflow. Key features include asset registration, location tracking, maintenance scheduling, and reporting capabilities. By utilizing web technologies, the AMIS ensures accessibility and ease of use for authorized personnel. The implementation of this system is expected to significantly enhance asset management efficiency, reduce human error, and provide comprehensive data analytics for better decision-making. Initial testing and feedback from users indicate a substantial improvement in the overall asset management process at the Land Office of Bireuen District.

Abstract

Efficient course scheduling is a critical task for academic institutions to ensure optimal use of resources and minimize conflicts. This paper presents the implementation of a Genetic Algorithm (GA) in the development of a web-based course scheduling information system at the Faculty of Computer and Multimedia, UNIKI. The primary objective is to create a robust scheduling system that addresses common scheduling challenges such as overlapping classes, uneven distribution of course loads, and room availability. The Genetic Algorithm is utilized due to its effectiveness in solving complex optimization problems. The algorithm's selection, crossover, and mutation processes are tailored to the unique requirements of course scheduling. The system is designed to generate feasible and near-optimal schedules by iteratively improving a population of potential solutions. Preliminary results indicate that the GA-based scheduling system significantly reduces scheduling conflicts by 95% and enhances the overall scheduling process compared to traditional methods. Classroom utilization improved, with an average occupancy rate of 85%, and user satisfaction increased by 80% due to the intuitive user interface and time-saving automated process. These results demonstrate the potential of Genetic Algorithms to streamline academic scheduling, making it a valuable tool for educational institutions.

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system used to process and store geographic data. This research encountered several issues regarding how to map the campus internet network of Malikussaleh University Bukit Indah using GIS and how to design a web-based GIS system for mapping the location of the internet network on the campus of Malikussaleh University Bukit Indah. The aim of this research is to provide a way to map the internet network on the campus using GIS and design a web-based GIS system for mapping the location of the internet network, with the target audience being all residents of Malikussaleh University. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative research, which means that this research focuses on analysis based on data obtained from sources. The goal is to provide an overview of the problem being studied, while for the system development method, the waterfall model approach was chosen. The result of this research creates an information system in the form of a map that contains the distribution of the internet network location on the campus of Malikussaleh University Bukit Indah based on a website using the Leaflet JavaScript library. This research also produces a system that can quickly detect trouble on the network because the system is directly connected to email, which can generate notifications to the admin email if users add complaint data.

Abstract

The Point of Sale (POS) application for Toko Oli Special Teknik aims to enhance data security as well as facilitate the integration of inventory management and financial monitoring. This application was developed for Toko Oli Special Teknik in Kabupaten Bireuen using the waterfall method, chosen for its suitability in developing applications with clear and stable requirements. The implementation of this application has demonstrated several advantages for users, including: enhanced data security to ensure customer data is well-protected, improved service availability with easy and quick access for store employees, both cashiers and administrators, and better integration with external systems such as financial management systems, thereby increasing operational efficiency. Based on the analysis and beta testing conducted on this POS application, it has been proven to operate effectively and meet the needs of Toko Oli Special Teknik.

Abstract

Ransomware is a type of malware that blocks access to computer systems or data until a ransom is paid by the victim. Ransomware attacks typically occur due to malicious files that are unknowingly downloaded and installed by the victim onto their computer system. Given the threats and potential losses posed, methods for detecting and classifying ransomware continue to be developed, one of which utilizes the Random Forest machine learning algorithm. Random Forest is chosen for its advantages in handling large datasets, short training time, high prediction accuracy, and its ability to reduce the risk of overfitting. Using 1380 ransomware samples from a dataset with 54 features, 10 best features were selected through Feature Selection where the built Random Forest model successfully predicted ransomware files with an accuracy of 98.79%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze book borrowing patterns in the Faculty of Engineering Library, Malikussaleh University in order to determine the optimal book layout. Book borrowing patterns are analyzed using the FP-growth algorithm method, a data mining technique that is efficient in finding association patterns or relationships between items in large databases. The data used in this study include book borrowing records from January to April 2024. The results of the analysis show that there are several significant borrowing patterns between certain book categories, for example, books on programming are often borrowed together with books on information systems. Based on these findings, book layout recommendations are proposed so that books that are often borrowed together are placed close together, thus facilitating access for users and increasing the efficiency of the library layout. The use of the FP-growth algorithm in this study has proven effective in identifying hidden patterns in book borrowing data. Keywords: Library, Data Mining, FP-growth Algorithm, Web

Abstract

E-commerce has become a widely adopted method for online purchasing, providing convenience and accessibility for both businesses and consumers. A web-based sales information system expands sales reach and enables business operators to efficiently manage and access critical information. This study investigates the development of a website-based e-commerce information system specifically designed for bouquet orders, addressing the need for efficient order management in the floral retail sector. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, supported by library research, and utilizes system design tools including UML, activity diagrams, context diagrams, and flowcharts to design and streamline the bouquet ordering process. The system was evaluated through user testing, revealing that the proposed website-based e-commerce platform substantially simplifies the ordering experience for customers. Key features include an admin login page, administrator dashboard, customer registration and login pages, bouquet homepage, bouquet catalog, product information, and shopping cart. This system enables Maiflorist to manage inventory efficiently and supports warehouse, sales, and purchasing staff in organizing product management, leading to faster order processing and enhanced customer satisfaction

Abstract

Action Mobile Bangking merupakan layanan yang ditawarkan oleh Bank Aceh Syariah untuk mempermudah transaksi keuangan melalui smartphone. Meningkatnya pertumbuhan transaksi digital di indonesia yang semakin hari semakin meningkat, membuat banyaknya bank-bank pesaing mulai meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan fitur-fitur terbaru pada mobile bangking, mengingat Bank Aceh merupakan Bank Daerah (BPD) maka dari itu perlu dilakukan Analisa Pengembangan atau Persamaan Digital Marketing Pada Aplikasi Action Mobile Bangking Bank Aceh hingga mampu memberikan alternatif dalam melayani kebutuhan Transaksi Nasabah. Menggunakanl metode Technologyl Acceptance Modell (TAM) danl perhitungan Usability yangl dapat menjadil acuan dalaml menetapkan berbagail pemanfaatan danl penggunaan TIl dari perspektifl pengguna terhadapl manfaat danl perspektif terhadapl penggunaan. Hasil Analisa pengukuranl TAM Perceivedl Ease ofl Use (PEOUl) yaitu sebesarl 95% yangl artinya memilikil nilai yang sangatl layak. Kemudianl hasil lperhitungan Usability diperolehl hasil pengukuranl TAM Perceivedl Usefulness (lPU) yaitu sebesarl 96%, serta erorr 5% yangl menunjukkan bahwal hasil pengukuranl Usability aplikasil Action Mobile memilikil nilai sangatl layak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi penambahan fitur ke pada pihak Bank Aceh Syariah guna melayani kebutuhan transaksi nasabah serta meningkatkan jumlah pengguna baru.

Abstract

Pengolahan data alumni pada Fakultas Komputer Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu pendataan masih disimpan di microsoft excel. Dengan cara manual tentu saja banyak menimbulkan kesulitan bagi kasi fasilkom dalam hal pengelolaan data alumni dan penyampaian informasi ke alumni. Oleh karena itu dibangun sistem informasi berbasis Mobile yang lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga mengurangi proses-proses yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah Mengembangkan sistem informasi Pengolahan data alumni di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia yang berbasis Mobile, sehingga bisa mempermudah dalam proses pengolahan data alumni dan penyampaian informasi baik berita agenda kegiatan alumni secara tepat dan cepat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan metode observasi. Tahapan perancangan yang digunakan meliputi perancangan desain sistem yaitu dengan menggunakan Context Diagram (CD) dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Perancangan database yaitu Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), perancangan desain fisik. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman JAVA, MySQL dan dengan bantuan aplikasi Android Studio. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Alumni Berbasis Android di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia. Sistem ini mudah digunakan, kecepatan aksesnya cepat, laporannya sesuai dengan yang pengelola/akademk inginkan sehingga diharapkan sistem ini dapat membantu pihak akademik dalam pengelolaan data alumni dan menyampaikan informasi.
