Abstract

Along with development of globalization era, world of Information and Communication Technology is also growing rapidly and it has become a primary need for many people, including students. By applying information and Communication Technology, a process and activity can be carried out more quickly, easily and efficiently. Therefore, mastery of communication technology devices needs to be taught to students in Islamic boarding schools or dayah. Community service is an effort of Malikussaleh University to contribute in science and technology to the students. Purpose of the service is to provide training on computer assembly and installation to Santriwan/Santriwati at Syamsuddhuha Integrated Dayah. This training is expected to provide students with provisions regarding computer assembly and installation. Outcomes of this activity are: (1) The student is able to know each function of computer assembling and installing, and (2) participants have the ability to understand computer and its components.

Abstract

The lie detection system on the sound can be detected using the Viterbi algorithm. In a previous study stated that by using Viterbi the results of true detection were closer to the optimal results but there were still some data that resulted in low values ​​and the sound samples that were tested were still using previous data records. In this study will use the Hankel transformation which is known as the Fourier-Bessel transformation. Just as the Fourier transform for an infinite interval is related to the Fourier series during a finite interval, so Hankel's transformation of an infinite interval is related to the Fourier-Bessel series during a finite interval. This research carried out the process of recognizing and training lying sound samples on the words go, walk and move then tested by simulating them on the training data and test data to produce the percentage of recognition and classification of the lie sounds. The data tested in this study used samples that were tested in real time. The results showed that the lie detection system using the Viterbi algorithm had a true detection range of 89% in the word go, 87% in the word walk and 84% in the word move. Whereas using Hankel transformation has a true detection range of 94% in the word go, 94% in the word walk and 95% in the word movemensimulasikannya pada data latih dan data uji untuk menghasilkan persentase pengenalan dan klasifikasi suara kebohongan. Data yang diuji dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang diuji secara real time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem deteksi kebohongan dengan algoritma Viterbi memiliki jangkauan deteksi benar sebesar 89% pada kata go, 87% pada kata walk dan 84% pada kata move. Sedangkan penggunaan transformasi Hankel memiliki jangkauan deteksi sebenarnya 94% pada kata go, 94% pada kata walk dan 95% pada kata move.

Abstract

The Regency Apparatus Work Unit (SKPK) is an apparatus of the Regional Government (Provincial and Regency/City) in Indonesia. SKPK is the executor of executive functions that need to be coordinated for the success of government administration. The legal basis for the formation of the SKPK is in article 120 of Law No. 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government. The Department of Communication,  Informatics, and Encryption Service (Diskominfosa) is an agency that is fully responsible for processing information within the Government in Indonesia. The purpose of this application is to collect the data in various offices in Bireuen Regency and store it in the database. The system is web-based that uses the PHP framework Codeigniter 3 and also using the Bootstrap framework. Initially, this study applied field research using the interview as the primary data and the Reports of the Evaluation on Accountability Performance at The Regency Apparatus Work Unit of Bireuen District as the secondary data. In developing the application, the waterfall is applied as a software model used. As the result, the application shifted the manual data processing into the system such as filtering the report based on a daily, monthly, and even yearly basis. In addition, they can check the status of their application data by entering the SKPK code that has been made. This SKPK application data collection information system was created with the aim of making data management orderly and checking the status of the Regency Apparatus Work Unit (SKPK) application easier and more precise.

Abstract

Rice distribution for economically disadvantaged group of people is one of the main operational activities of Bulog Company to advance Indonesian society welfare. Decision making for rice quality for the addressee often became a complicated problem. Overcoming those problems takes an effective step in order to take a decision. One way to do so is to perform the classification process and search for the best result using the existing data. The use of software can be an optimal solution of the problem by using the method of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) Yager. This application will ease Perum Bulog to determine the best rice quality to be distributed to the economically disadvantaged group of people. After fuzzification of data to work with FMADM Yager perform pairwise comparisons are based on the value of an attribute of interest, determined the value of the weight (W), reappointment, and ranking the final results. Based on the results, then the KP. Adi Rizka an optimal alternative to the value of 0.8131 which it included in the category of suitable is 0.8. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

Dalam teknik bernyanyi, wanita lebih mempunyai register suara yang beragam dibandingkan pria. Banyak sekali register suara manusia, namun register suara yang biasa digunakan saat bernyanyi antara lain yaitu Chest Voice, Head Voice, Falsetto, dan Vocalfry. Maka untuk pengenalan jenis suara wanita berdasarkan register suara manusia dalam teknik bernyanyi diperlukan sebuah sistem sehingga nantinya berguna untuk pengenalan teknik-teknik bernyanyi secara lebih jelas. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal, maka diperlukan unjuk kerja dua metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini yaitu algoritma BAM dan algoritma Viterbi. Pengenalan suara dilakukan dengan menginputkan sampel suara hasil rekaman dan juga secara real time. Setelah diinput suara maka sistem akan mendapatkan hasil sesuai dengan metode yang akan digunakan yaitu algoritma BAM dan algoritma Viterbi. Algoritma BAM dapat memproses input yang tidak lengkap, karena adanya hubungan timbal balik antara dari lapisan output ke lapisan input. Dengan algoritma Viterbi maka pengolahan status-status dalam sistem pengenalan suara dapat lebih optimal. Pada algoritma BAM, nilai suara pengujian dan nilai sampel suara pelatihan yang diperoleh akan dicari nilai vektornya menggunakan pencarian nilai bobot yang dilakukan dengan cara mengubah matriks biner ke dalam matriks bipolar. Sedangkan pada algoritma Viterbi, nilai sampel suara pelatihan akan dicari pencarian Viterbi dengan menggunakan transformasi Mellin. Transformasi Mellin digunakan untuk merubah domain waktu ke domain frekuensi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan sistem yang dapat mengenali jenis suara wanita berdasarkan register suara manusia dalam teknik bernyanyi, yaitu dengan menunjukkan unjuk kerja dari kedua metode sehingga kita dapat mengetahui metode mana yang lebih optimal. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini akan memberikan hasil seberapa akurasi antara kedua metode tersebut dalam mendeteksi suara yang akan dilatih dengan harapan dapat memberikan sebuah keputusan perekomendasian antara algoritma BAM dengan algoritma Viterbi.

Abstract

[Detection of Human Emotion Recognition using Hidden Markov Model and Bidirectional Associative Memory with voice] A person's emotional control system through voice can use the Hidden Markov Model (HMM) algorithm. However, to see if the performance of the HMM algorithm in the application system is optimal or not, a comparison is needed in order to obtain maximum results. Therefore, the researchers performed the performance of recognizing a person's emotions using the HMM algorithm and the Bidirectional Associative Memory (BAM) algorithm through voice. The Hidden Markov Model (HMM) consists of a Markov chain in the first part that hides the state, therefore the internal behavior of the model remains invisible. While the BAM algorithm can process incomplete input, because of the reciprocal relationship between the output layer to the input layer. In the BAM algorithm, the value of the test sound and the value of the training voice sample obtained will be searched for the vector value using a weight value search which is done by changing the binary matrix into a bipolar matrix. In this study, we will create an application system that can detect sounds in the form of angry, happy, and neutral emotions. And the database used is the sound of film recordings. This research was conducted to produce a system that can recognize the probability of emotions in the angry, happy and neutral categories, namely by showing the performance of the two methods so that we can find out which method produces the maximum output.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai efektivitas menghafal Al Quran secara online bagi muslim di Indonesia. Keberhasilan menghafal firman Allah bagi muslim di era milenial sangat dipengaruhi oleh sistem pembelajaran dan pelatihannya. Salah satu aspek pembelajaran adalah memilih dan menerapkan metode yang diyakini bermanfaat dalam menghafal Alquran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah upaya menemukan cara untuk mengenal dan menguji hafalan Our'an dengan komputasi yang tidak kompleks dan menghasilkan tingkat keakurasian yang lebih baik. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dan sekumpulan sampel suara bacaan Al-Qur’an surah Al- Baqarah ayat 1-10 untuk pelatihan (training data set) dan sekumpulan sampel suara untuk pengujian (testing data set). Sinyal-sinyal analog direkam dan ditransformasikan menggunakan Transformasi Fourier. Pengukuran evaluasi unjuk kerja sistem pengujian hafalan Al-Qur'an pada umumnya menggunakan dua parameter, yaitu detection rate dan false positive rate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengujian hafalan Al-Qur'an menggunakan pendekatan transtormasi Fourier mampu mengenali atau memiliki detection rate berkisar 80%, dan memiliki false positive rate berkisar 20%. Oleh karena itu aplikasi bantu dalam menghafal Al-Quran dengan menggunakan Transformasi Fourier dapat bekerja secara optimal.

Abstract

Dalam dunia perhotelan, sistem informasi mempunyai peran yang cukup penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang ada pada hotel itu sendiri. Salah satu peran yang dimiliki sistem informasi dalam dunia perhotelan adalah sistem reservasi kamar hotel. Dalam dunia perhotelan terdapat istilah reservasi yaitu pemesanan kamar oleh konsumen. Selama ini Hotel Darussalam menerima reservasi via telepon, fax atau konsumen mendatangi langsung hotel tersebut. Pencatatan data yang dilakukan oleh karyawan masih manual. Sistem ini dibangun untuk memudahkan konsumen atau tamu dalam melakukan reservasi, memudahkan pegawai dalam pencatatan dan pengolahan data serta pembuatan laporan dan membantu publikasi Hotel Darussalam Medan dengan skala yang lebih luas. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan Java Netbeans.

Abstract

Sound processing uses a variety of methods. One of them is converting writing into sound or commonly known as Text To Speech.Text To Speech is a tool for converting writing input into sound by changing the phoneme of writing.Text To Speech Text To Speech consists of two sub-systems namely word to phoneme converters and phoneme to speech converter. The phoneme itself consists of word fragments that have different speech from one another with each other. To perform the phoneme separation process, the Finite State Automata method. Finite State Automata can recognise the simplest language and is an abstract machine whose input and output are discrete. The input system that is processed by the system only consists of two words. If there are more than two word inputs, the programme will not be able to perform word separation properly. After the word separation is done, then the system performs phoneme to speech converter.The resulting speech is processed by the Indo_TTS database which was database developed using the diphone prosody method concatenation prosody methodThe word that has been separated will be stored into the MySQL database as a result of words that have been tested by the system. Later this system will be intended for general public, students and people with speech impairment. The percentage of successful syllable separation and homograph sound output is 98.7% in the programme's success rate.

Abstract

Klasterisasi tanaman pada kelompok tani adalah proses pengelompokan tanaman berdasarkan karakteristik tertentu, seperti jenis tanaman, musim tanam, atau lokasi geografis, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Kelompok Tani KWT Meugah Raya masih belum mampu melebihi hasil produksi pertanian sayuran di Aceh Utara. Metode data mining dapat mengidentifikasi pola-pola menarik dalam kumpulan data, salah satunya adalah algoritma K-Medoids clustering yang mengelompokkan data berdasarkan kesamaan karakteristik. Cluster terbentuk dengan menghitung sejauh mana kedekatan antara medoid dan objek non-medoids. Data yang digunakan adalah data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada tahun 2021-2023 di Kabupaten Aceh Utara mengumpulkan data dari 5 kategori sayuran dan 4 variabel, meliputi luas panen, produksi, luas tanaman, dan luas penanaman baru. Melalui algoritma K-Medoids, hasil klastering sayuran unggulan menghasilkan pengelompokan potensi ke dalam 3 klaster, yaitu klaster rendah (C1), sedang (C2), dan tinggi (C3) dengan mengumpulkan macam-macam data sayuran yang ditanam oleh masyarakat setempat berupa cabai besar, kacang panjang, kangkung, terong dan tomat. Langkah berikutnya adalah Menentukan nilai titik pusat awal dengan menyusun data berdasarkan urutan dari yang terendah hingga tertinggi pada setiap data variabel, berdasarkan keseluruhan data yang tersedia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, metode K-Medoids terbukti sangat efektif dalam melakukan clustering pada data hasil panen tanaman hortikultura. Evaluasi kinerja algoritma dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) sebagai metode evaluasi, dilakukan pengukuran untuk menilai kualitas pengelompokan yang dihasilkan. Setelah proses evaluasi menggunakan DBI selesai, algoritma K-Medoids memperoleh nilai 0,5537744324187953.
