PaKMas (Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) juga meliputi kegiatan pengabdian, seperti: bidang ilmu pengetahuan, sosial, ekonomi, kesehatan, budaya, terapan, pengembangan TIK, dan pelayanan administrasi. Serta pelatihan dan peningkatan hasil pendidikan, pertanian, informasi dan komunikasi, pengajaran, pemberdayaan komunitas (komunitas pelajar dan pemuda) dan organisasi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. Jurnal PaKMas terbit 2 kali setahun pada bulan Mei dan November.

Abstract

This article discusses the results of community service entitled kahoot training for making online quizzes for Tarbiyatul Athfal Kaliaman 02 Kindergarten teachers. The method used in this training is a combination of lecture, practice, and question-and-answer (Q&A) methods. The benefits of this training are: First, the existence of the kahoot makes learning activities more quality, interactive, and fun. Second, teachers gain a lot of knowledge, experience, and skills using the kahoot to create various educational and entertaining online quizzes. This skill was very useful, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, learning at TK Tarbiyatul Athfal Kaliaman 02 was carried out online. Third, although during the Covid-19 pandemic, offline learning is rarely held, online quizzes using the kahoot really helps teachers in transferring knowledge to their students in a very fun way. Fourth, since using the kahoot tto create online quizzes, the lessons that teachers do are more varied, entertaining, and challenging. Students are also very happy with the online quizzes given by the teacher. Fifth, the kahoot attracts teachers and students because it is not paid (free of charge). Teachers and students only need to have a gadget in the form of a laptop, computer, or smart phone, to access and use the kahoot.

Abstract

TPQ Al-Anwar Wandanpuro experiences several obstacles in teaching and learning activities to read and write the Qur'an, this causes a problem that hinders the occurrence of a goal to be achieved so it is necessary, community service activities in the KKM scheme are carried out to increase reading the Qur'an in TPQ Al-Qnwar Wandanpuro. The purpose of KKM activities is to improve the ability and understanding of TPQ Al-Anwar Wandanpuro teachers to the implementation of learning using the tilawati method. Helping to improve understanding of tajwid material and its practice for TPQ Al-Anwar Wandanpuro students. As well as improving and developing the abilities of TPQ Al-Anwar teachers in delivering learning materials to read Al-Quran that are not boring and easy to understand. The results of KKM activities are to provide additional insight and knowledge and skills to the teaching staff at TPQ Al-Anwar Wandanpuro Hamlet. Fostering enthusiasm and enthusiasm for student learning in an effort to improve the ability to read Al-Qur'an by delivering various tajwid materials and practicing little by little tajwid knowledge and remain in accordance with the tilawati method. As well as helping the TPQ Al-Anwar Wandanpuro to get facilities for supporting activities for learning to read Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Sexual violence is not a new thing, it is even increasing in the college environment as a place to get knowledge. Universities as higher education hold an important role in preventing and handling sexual violence in the that environment in order to create a humanist, dignified, equal, inclusive, collaborative, and non-violent condition. All aspects of the academic civitas must go on together in implementing Permenristekdiksti Number 30/2021. So that there will be no more sexual violence that leads to Victim Blamming.

Abstract

The Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that have been proven to exist until now in Ampel Village, Wuluhan are business that sell both fresh and processed fish. This business is carried out from generation to generation in a simple way. Therefore, it is necessary to empower MSMEs to increase their income and business activities. The used method is counselling and mentoring for merchant and fish processors. The activities results are as followed: (1) “BERKAH LANCAR SEJAHTERA” community of fish merchants and processors has been formed, but the number and activities are still limited. (2) The location of the community on Google maps, (3) Diversification of processed fish that has the potential to be developed in the form of shredded fish but is still constrained by marketing and infrastructure. Some of the community member products have implemented digital marketing by posting on social media (Facebook) and, (4) Food safety standards have not been fully implemented by merchants and fish processors.  However, they have willing to carry out the correct method of food production gradually by their ability. The proposed suggestions are (1) community of fish merchants and processors can hold regular meetings, (2) objectify the production of processed products which more durable and promote them using online media, and (3) Apply the whole standard and procedures of food safety product, (4) Extend the time for MSMEs mentoring to reach improvement of MSMEs.

Abstract

The growing era of digitalization requires that every aspect of life always depends on technology. This advanced technology has contributed greatly to the renewal of various aspects such as business, telecommunications, and even the world of education in particular. Departing from the various facts above, this paper is here to examine more deeply about the use of technology in PAI learning. This study aims to describe : 1) What is the urgency of advances in information technology in the world of education?2) How is the use of computers and the internet in education? 3) How is the use of modern technology through internet-assisted computers in PAI learning? The method used in writing this article is a literature study (library research) by exploring various important information related to the use of computer and internet technology in PAI learning, it can be in the form of books, journal articles, research results, news, reports, and various other important documents that are relevant to this study. Furthermore, after the data has been collected, an inductive analysis is then carried out to then find a relevant and comprehensive conclusion.

Abstract

Cooperative business is certainly different from other types of financial companies, where the establishment process is based on principles, values, and norms that must be adhered to. Cooperative members are the owners of managed funds so that cooperatives must develop so that all members can enjoy the benefits which are ultimately aimed at the welfare of members. Developing cooperatives does not always run smoothly due to a lack of strategy or preparation. Cooperatives can run smoothly and develop if managed properly. The management of the duties of each member and the management of finances in the cooperative must be clear and neat. The types of strategies that can be chosen by cooperatives are broadly distinguished between corporate-level strategies and business unit-level strategies. The types of strategies that can be chosen at the corporate level include: single business, related business diversification, and unrelated business diversification or conglomeration. Meanwhile, the types of strategies that can be chosen at the business unit level include cost minimization, product differentiation, concentration on certain markets or a combination of the three. The problem experienced by the Mitra Armindo Jaya Cooperative is that the cooperative is relatively new, so it does not yet have an adequate understanding of cooperatives. The solutions offered in this activity, among others, provide an overview of how cooperative business development efforts are to be able to recognize the market and competitors so that existing business opportunities or opportunities can be utilized, and can overcome business obstacles that will interfere with the achievement of cooperative goals.

Abstract

Bekelir village which was originally a slum village has now turned into an independent village. Starting from self-help of the village community to have a comfortable place to live, so a colorful village concept was created that can be seen today. The local government service, through the Environmental Service, gave permission to the village community through Pak Kholik as the head of the RW to sell on the banks of the Cisadane river. Due to information from the inhabitant of Bekelir Village where they were constrained by the idea of UMKM. UMKM Opportunity are given at a very low cost, namely Rp. 5000/Day will be profitable for inhabitant who will sell the produk. Therefore, this community service is carried out to provide the knowledge needed by the inhabitant of Bekelir Village. The training provided is how to make Putu Ayu Cake starting from the Mise en place process, the recipe used, the method used, the equipment needed and quality results. In addition, in this training, residents also received material on how to calculate production costs, determine selling prices and the profits to be obtained. It is hoped that this Community service will have a direct impact on improving the local economy.

Abstract

Jambewangi Village is a village that is one of the focus locations for cocoa plantations according to the Banyuwangi Regency Agriculture Service. Cocoa production in Jambewangi Village is around ±500 kg/ha in 2019, far from the potential for superior cocoa production of ±2,000 kg/ha. The problem in Jambewangi Village is that cocoa plants are not the main crop in Jambewangi Village, this is because cocoa plants do not provide optimal benefits for the community (low productivity). Whereas Jambewangi Village is one of the people's cocoa centers in Banyuwangi Regency. When the service team conducted initial observations and interviews with Jambewangi cocoa farmers, several problems were found, namely that many cocoa pods were rotten by the fungus Phithopthora; leaves and fruit with lots of spots (attacked by Helopeltis pests), the condition of the garden is dirty and lush; and no rorak in the garden. This problem arises because farmers do not apply good and correct cultivation practices (GAP). The implementation of GAP will increase the productivity of cocoa plants, increasing productivity will improve the welfare of the Jambewangi community. The socialization program and the practice of implementing Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) for cocoa plants provide a stimulus to farmers to apply it in cocoa cultivation activities so that it is hoped that this can be a step to develop local potential and the surrounding community. Farmers in Jambewangi Village showed high enthusiasm for mastering the application of Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) including fertilizing, pruning and making rorak.

Abstract

In order to maximize the prevention of the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Government seeks to maximize and meet the target of the accelerated vaccination program. Mass vaccination is being intensified to make it easier for the public to access Covid-19 vaccination health services. However, this government activity program requires the support of adequate locations and facilities which include the availability of space and human resources. Universities are considered to be adequate facilities to accommodate government programs for Covid-19 vaccination activities. As one of the leading private universities in Bekasi City, the STIAMI Institute took part in the success of the government program. The university, which has a central campus in Jakarta, assessed that the Covid-19 Mass Vaccination activity could be collaborated with Community Service (PKM) activities. Community Service Activities are the obligations of Lecturers listed in the Tridharma of Higher Education. Utilizing the media relations network, the STIAMI Institute seeks to determine the value of news and package Covid-19 mass vaccination activities as an optimal publicity medium in marketing communications. Public Relations strategy by combining media relations and marketing communications is able to generate publicity ideas. The news value chosen to be an attraction for mass media coverage is "Dare to Vaccine Get a College Scholarship". The incessant publicity carried out by the STIAMI Institute is expected to be able to maintain its image and reputation in the eyes of the public, both potential customers, consumers, competitors and internal institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing service activities is to provide knowledge, skills and experience about reuse upcycling as a form of environmental care for school residents to reduce waste in the school environment, this is also a contributor to waste. Also consider reducing waste, it is also necessary to pay attention to the aesthetic side and have good usability. The method used in this community service activity is the lecture method and practice/demonstration. The lecture method was carried out to deliver material on environmental impacts related to the amount of waste in the form of used cardboard, used flannel, leftover yarn, used plastic bags, and used tires. An explanation of how to make upcycling reuse to utilize used goods. The method of practice/demonstration is carried out to provide examples of the process of making reuse upcycling starting from making a toga garden and making a reading garden. The results of these training activities are (1) The implementation of training activities on making a toga garden using flower pots that can still be utilized by painting and using used tires as a garden medium in the school yard as a reuse upcycle, (2) School residents are trained in gardening read by reusing upcycling using used cardboard, used flannel, leftover yarn, used plastic bags, and old tires to extend the life with high creativity. Based on the evaluation of the process, 100% of participants' attendance during the training was met. Meanwhile, based on the results of the practice, 80% of the participants were able to make a toga garden and a reading garden well, have good usability and creativity.
