Abstract

This research presents a business plan for the establishment of "Royal Global Production", an event organizer (EO) company based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The proposal aims to integrate IoT to improve operational efficiency and user experience in events. The study begins by describing the company profile and conducting an in-depth analysis of the EO market and the challenges faced in adopting IoT technology. The business plan includes comprehensive strategies for team management, operational management, and risk mitigation required to ensure successful implementation. The results show that IoT implementation can automate EO's operational processes, increase event interactivity, and generate higher satisfaction for users. Using SWOT analysis and Blue Ocean Strategy methods, this study identifies that "Royal Global Production" has the potential to become a market leader by effectively utilizing this advanced technology. In the context of the competitive EO market, the study also revealed a high demand for services that incorporate IoT, particularly for large and diverse events in Indonesia. As such, this business plan not only provides guidance for the company's development, but also confirms that the implementation of IoT is a strategic investment for long-term growth in this dynamic industry.

The study highlights India's strategic integration, addressing historical ties with Southeast Asia and East Asia, and the multifaceted nature of its engagement, which spans trade, investment, security, and cultural diplomacy. It also delves into India's Indo-Pacific policy, rooted in its historical maritime role, emphasizing six strategic tenets: maritime security, inclusive governance, economic integration, strategic partnerships, sustainable development, and cultural diplomacy. Furthermore, the paper identifies challenges and opportunities in implementing India's Indo-Pacific strategy, including resource allocation, diplomatic maneuvering, and the need for technological advancement. The analysis underscores the potential for India to leverage these challenges to strengthen its regional influence and contribute to a peaceful, stable, and prosperous Indo-Pacific region.

Abstract

Southern African countries increasingly recognize that long-term growth and productivity challenges are tightly related to the capacity to innovate and to introduce new products, processes, services, and organizational routines in policy practice. This research assessed policy capacity for innovative governance as practices that aim to satisfy socio-political transformations. It is based on original data collected through a comprehensive survey of 30 purposively selected senior policy managers working within the region as provincial and national policy managers. These officials were strategically situated to assess and reflect upon the capacity for innovative governance in their areas of jurisdiction. The findings appear to show that Southern African countries are affected by the government overload challenges, bureaucracy bashing, public skepticism about the role of government; deplorable state of support for public policy infrastructure, and others. The research thus concludes that innovative approaches are needed to satisfy socio-political transformations. The research recommends rethinking the economic, social, and environmental sustainability of current policy and practice models and implores countries to embrace a collective reflection on finding new sources of growth for supporting a transition towards stronger, cleaner, and fairer economies.
