Abstract

Introduction: Acne is a health problem that is often experienced, especially in adolescents and young adults. Acne can cause self-doubt and affect a person's quality of life. Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of a combination of acupuncture and fractional laser therapy in treating acne problems. This study will collect data from respondents who have acne and see the results of their treatment using a combination of acupuncture and fractional laser therapy. Method: The research method used by the author is a quantitative experimental design with a pre-post-test design. Result and Discussion: The results of this study will assist in understanding the effectiveness of combined acupuncture and fractional laser therapy in the treatment of acne and provide recommendations for clinical practice. The results showed that the use of acupuncture and fractional laser combination therapy in acne cases showed significant changes. Conclusion: The GAGS score before therapy was at the severe level, changing to mild, and some were in the none category or completely cured, so that it can be concluded that this combination therapy can be an effective therapy for acne cases.

Abstract

Introduction: Menstrual pain, or dysmenorrhea, is pain or cramps in the lower abdomen that appear before or during menstruation. Dysmenorrhea can be mild or so severe that it interferes with activities. According to TCM, painful menstruation is caused by Qi and poor blood circulation caused by the clotting of cold and damp blood by pathogens. Objective: The purpose of this study was to see the effect of acupuncture therapy on reducing menstrual pain. Method: The research method used in the treatment of menstrual pain through acupuncture therapy is a qualitative research method with an interview and observation approach. In the process of this research, an observational approach was carried out because there were several respondents who experienced menstrual pain. Result and Discussion: Based on the results of the study, acupuncture therapy was carried out nine times with a quantity of three times a week, 5-7 days before the menstrual period, for three menstrual cycles, and the menstrual pain experienced by the client experienced a significant change. Conclusion: This is marked by a change in the pain scale from 7 to 1. In addition, the volume of menstruation also decreases, the color of the blood is lighter and not darker than before, and there are no clots.

Abstract

Introduction: One indicator of the success of individual health services at the Public Health Center is patient satisfaction. The provision of quality health services will provide satisfaction for the patient which has an effect on the patient's desire to return to an institution that provides effective health services. Patients will always seek health services in facilities whose health service performance can meet patient expectations. Health services that are not in accordance with patient expectations are expected to be input for health service organizations to try to fulfill them. Objective: To determine the relationship between nursing services and the level of satisfaction of inpatients at the Bongan Health Center, West Kutai Regency. Methods: This study uses an analytical descriptive type of research with a cross sectional approach which was carried out in April 2022. Results and Discussion: Nursing services in the sufficient category (87.5%). The satisfaction level of inpatients is in the satisfied category (45.8%). The relationship between nursing services and the level of satisfaction of inpatients is obtained p-value=0.014. Smaller than 0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between nursing services and the level of satisfaction of inpatients at the Bongan Health Center, West Kutai Regency

Abstract

Introduction: In the era of globalization, the world of education in psychology is increasingly known by the Indonesian people. Psychological approach as an effort to find solutions to various problems faced by humans is a very wise choice. Psychology aims to grow and develop Community Mental Health, one of which is through education. Objective: To determine the relationship between mental health and student learning outcomes at JHS 01 in Bongan District, West Kutai Regency. Methods: The research design in this study was descriptive correlation using a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted in March 2022. The population in this study were all students of JHS 1 Bongan in Bongan District, West Kutai Regency in 2022 totaling 116 people. The statistical test used is Chi-Square if it is obtained t arithmetic (p-value) <0.05, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Result and Discussion: The relationship between mental health and student learning outcomes (pValue = 0.00). Mental health at JHS 01 Bongan is in the sufficient category (52.6%). Student learning outcomes at JHS 01 Bongan are in the satisfactory category (38.8%). Conclusion: the relationship between mental health and student learning outcomes at JHS 01 in Bongan District, West Kutai Regency.

Abstract

Introduction: In 2021 people with Diabetes Mellitus at Work Area Dempar Public Health Center Dempar are still high, while patient visits to health services are still relatively low. Walking exercise is drug therapy and a healthy diet. Walking exercise performed 3-4 times a week with moderate intensity can rapidly increase the glucose transporter in skeletal muscle, so that fatty acid oxidation and glucose absorption will be accelerated. Objective: This study aims to identify the effect of programmed walking exercise on blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Method: This type of experimental research uses a quasi-experimental design without control with purposive sampling involving 11 respondents. Analysis of the data using the Reaped Measured ANOVA test. Result and Discussion: walking exercise 3 times a week there was a decrease in the average of the first week to the fourth week of 124 g/dl, p-value 0.000 (<0.05). Conclusion: that there is an effect of walking exercise on blood sugar of DM patients in the area of ??Dempar Public Health Center.

Abstract

Introduction: Based on ILO data, 2018 shows that every year 13.7% workers die as a result of accidents or diseases, even though employee is one of the most important human capital assets in company. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Factors managed with applicable regulations. ISO 45001 is an International Standard that regulates the requirements for the OHS Management System. In Indonesia we called it OHS. All sub-systems OHS aim to prevent any unwanted incidents. Objective: To determine integration between ISO 45001:2018 and OHS clauses and determine analysis regarding application of OHS on criteria 1.1 and 1.2 at PT. X. Method: Research method uses qualitative research with a gap analysis approach. Result and Discussion: The research results show that ISO 45001:2018 clause that most relevant to the OHS criteria is clause 8 with 16 equal clauses, while least relevant clause is clause 4 with 1 equal clause. As for the results of gap analysis for application of criterion 1.1 at PT.X 60% do not require CAPA while the application of criteria 1.2 80% does not require CAPA. Conclusion: Not all clauses of ISO 45001:2018 and OHS criteria can be integrated. Application of OHS criteria 1.1 and 1.2 at PT. X is good.

Abstract

Introduction: Hospital waste can threaten surfaces, water, air, soil, environment, and human health. Almost 80% of the waste produced by hospitals is in the form of non-medical waste, and 20% is in the form of medical waste. Based on the total amount of waste generated by health service activities, about 85% is general non-hazardous waste which is comparable to domestic waste. Objective: The purpose of this study is to describe the domestic solid waste management system at Isam A. Yani Hospital, Surabaya. Method: This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study is to 5 informants. Results and Discussion: of the research at the stage of handling domestic solid waste for storage have distinguished between organic and non-organic waste, the transporter uses PPE and is stored in the Landfills for 1 day. The facilities available are trolleys with uk 660 liters and 240 liters, sinks, green carts, dustbins, cikrak etc. Vector control is always carried out when there is a density of vector animals. Conclusion: The conclusion of the domestic solid waste management system at the Islamic Hospital A. Yani Surabaya is that RSI has carried out the stages of waste management in accordance with existing regulations

Abstract

Introduction: DHF cases are still in the high category and the number of morbid cases and the distribution of exposed areas is increasingly widespread. Indonesia's Health Profile data shows that there are 143,184 cases of DHF in Indonesia throughout 2022. This number has jumped 94.8% compared to the previous year. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between host and environmental factors with the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in the Working Area of ??the Pamenang Health Centre, Merangin Regency. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with a cross approach sectional Results: The results showed that there was no relationship between age (p-value=0.653 and PR=0.944), education (p-value =0.677 and PR=0.677), knowledge (p-value=0.661 and PR=0.661), economic status (p-value =0.686 and PR=0.874), occupancy density (p-value =0.782 and PR=0.828), and clean water facilities (p=0.269 and PR=0.663). Then, there is a relationship between nutritional status (p=0.029 and PR=1.217), DHF prevention measures (p-value =0.037 and PR=1.646), air humidity (p-value =0.046 and PR=1.714), waste storage facilities (p-value = 0.037 and PR = 1.432), wastewater disposal facilities (p-value = 0.015 and PR = 1.471), on the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in the Work Area Pamenang Health Centre. Conclusion: It is concluded that there is no relationship between age, education, knowledge, economic status, occupancy density, and clean water facilities. There is a relationship between nutritional status, DHF prevention measures, air humidity, garbage collection facilities, waste water disposal facilities with the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in the Work Area of ??the Pamenang Health Centre

Abstract

Introduction: Breast milk is one of the best investments to meet nutritional needs and optimize children's survival in the first two years. Various studies have proven the influence of breast milk. Breastfeeding also affects the level of intelligence and provides protection against various diseases in the future, such as overweight and diabetes. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the Bina Sejahtera VII Panunggangan Integrated Healthcare Center work area is only 47%. The coverage value is not in accordance with the target standard of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, which is 80%. Objective: Knowing the factors related to exclusive breastfeeding behavior for toddlers in the work area of Integrated Healthcare Center Bina Sejahtera VII Panunggangan Pinang Tangerang City in 2023. Method: The type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. Result and Discussion:  There is a relationship between education (p-value = 0.031), with exclusive breastfeeding behavior and there is no relationship between attitude (p-value = 0.436) and husband support (p-value = 0.979) with exclusive breastfeeding behavior for toddlers in the Bina Sejahtera VII Panunggangan Pinang Integrated Healthcare Center working area in Tangerang City in 2023. Conclusion: It is expected that counseling and coaching programs are carried out regularly and optimally not only for mothers but also for couples (husbands) to support the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding targets.

Abstract

Introduction: Fine motor development in children aged 4-6 years is able to use scissors correctly, write numbers, letters, draw body parts. However, the facts in the field, especially in Widuri Kindergarten, SKB Playschool, Mawar Putih Playschool, there are still many children aged 4-6 years who are not able to hold a pencil properly, have not been able to hold scissors and hold the crayon correctly and even draw body parts are not able to cause problems with children's fine motor development that is slow and causes obstacles to children in completing their tasks. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of playing plasticine on fine motor development of children aged 4-6 years kindergarten in Baleendah Village, Bandung Regency. Method: The method used in this study is with experimental methods with Quasi Experimental Design research design. Result and Discussion: The statistical test in this study is Mc Nemar obtained results with p-value (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed) of 0.0001 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an effect of playing plasticine on fine motor development in children aged 4-6 years kindergarten in Baleendah Village, Bandung Regency. Conclusion: Through this study there are results that playing plasticine has an influence on children's fine motor development, therefore it is hoped that learning methods by utilizing plasticine play can be applied in kindergartens in Baleendah Village
