<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the innovation carried out by Berkah Lontar's woven palm leaf products UMKM located in Lawanganagung Village, Sugio District, Lamongan Regency using descriptive qualitative method which attempts to reveal factual cases that have occurred in Berkah Lontar UMKM. This research uses the theory put forward by Avianti Fontana (2011) which includes aspects of innovation in packaging and appearance, innovation in product size, innovation in production process efficiency and simplification of distribution. The results of this research indicate that Berkah Lontar UMKM has implemented various innovations such as adding creativity to product decoration, providing more varied sizes and simplifying the production process by cutting down on the provision of simpler, faster and cheaper raw materials, as well as expanding the distribution process from physical stores to larger online stores. The conclusion drawn from this research is that the application of innovation to Berkah Lontar UMKM products has a positive impact on increased orders and provides simple and fast efficiency. In essence, innovation in companies provides opportunities for better services and increased customers for the company.]]>

<![CDATA[Pratama Jaya driving school is a company in the field of driving course services in Depok City, West Java. The customer segmentation targeted by the Pratama Jaya Driving School includes students and employees in Depok City who do not yet have the ability to drive but have the intention to learn to drive. Research objective: evaluate the form of the Pratama Jaya driving school business by collecting the required data such as the existing business model, internal analysis data such as customer profiles by interviewing the company owner and data analysis using literature studies. This research uses the Business Model Canvas which is a method for developing a business by giving an overall picture form represented by nine blocks. Methods: using a questionnaire distributed by the community including students and employees over the age of 17 in the city of Depok with indicators made for the required data requirements. Results: From the SWOT analysis, the Business Model Canvas is obtained as a consideration for the proposed strategy. Conclusion: the Canvas business model is suitable to be applied to the Pratama Jaya driving school.]]>

<![CDATA[Study This discusses level visits. This is based on an interview briefly done with visitors' Culture Doc. Study This show exists indication level visit to seven charms and facilities provided. Problem-based observation interview addressed briefly to the visitor. There are levels of dissatisfaction with Sevens The charm and facilities provided. Objective thorough from study This is To determine if seven Power attractions (X1) and facilities (X2) have an impact on visitor volume (Y). As tool data analysis, a multiple linear regression model was used in the methodology descriptive quantitative study. A total of 67 visitors accept the next questionnaire processed with SPSS software. R2 test, t-test, and f test were used For test hypothesis study in a manner statistics. Investigation results in This show that Good Sevens Charm nor facility give influence in a manner simultaneous to the visitor. Based on the partial test also found that there is an influence positive between seven charms and level visits, but at facility No There is an influence to the level indicated visit with results count negative. <![CDATA[The objective of this research is to uncover how the promotion activity of Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang in South Sulawesi Province is implemented according to Islamic business ethics to recruit new students. This research uses qualitative methods, namely by structured interviews with the Promotion Department of Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang, in June-August 2022. This research found that Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang uses a promotion model that is complied with the Islamic business ethics, which consists of of autonomy, honesty, justice, mutual benefit and moral integrity. This research also reveals that these promotional activities are not merely business activities but have da'wah values. The novelty of this research is in describing how promotion can be done in line with the principles of Islamic business ethics and how business and ethics are two things that be able to in line.]]>

Type research used studies quantitative The type of data used researcher is secondary data in the form of quantitative Population in the study This consists of all company manufacturers in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2017 – 2022 i.e. as many as 43 companies. And the sample in research This uses the technique of purposive sampling totaling 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that meet the characteristics of the For done research. Data analysis techniques in research This uses the regression test multiple and hypothesis testing using SPSS V. 25 software. The results study This is the influence of DAR on ROE obtained 2.505 > 2.001. And have a number significance of 0.006 <0.05. the effect of DER on ROE obtained 2,472 > 2,001. And have a number significant of 0.002 <0.05. Based on the results the can Debt to equity ratio is influential positive and significant to return on equity. kindly simultaneous is known mark F count of 8.402 > F table 3.15 with significant 0.005 <0.05 then H an accepted. But there is also a positive thing that there aresome people who contribute to utilizing lrt services, especially those on oneroute and curiosity.This research was conducted on 97 respondents.Themethod used in this study uses quantitative methods using correlationalstudies, survey research, data quality tests, validity tests, multiple linearregression and hypothesis testing. <![CDATA[The purpose of study was to determine the effect of operating costs and income on financial performance based on the ratio of Return On Assets (ROA) in plastic and packaging sub-sector industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The research method used is quantitative research. The population used is all plastic and packaging sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2019-2021 totaling 13 companies. The sample that passed based on category was 6 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that operational costs had a significant value of 0,000 > 0,05 so that it was concluded that operational cocts had an influence on financial performance based on the Return On Assets ratio in plastic and packaging sub-sector industrial companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange.]]>

<![CDATA[Construction of toll roads as a solution to traffic congestion and as an alternative route to save vehicle operating costs. Therefore toll roads must fulfill the principle of profit and benefit for their users, namely in the form of facilities and quality of service according to the tariff. For this reason, it is necessary to consider determining the achievement of the user principle which is often not optimal. This research was conducted to analyze whether toll rates, facilities and service quality affect the satisfaction of Palindra toll users. Data collection was carried out online via Google Forms with 100 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis is used to test the measurement and structural models through Smart-PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the three hypotheses are accepted by proving that all hypotheses have a positive and significant effect on one another.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the reliability of Motor Vehicle Tax, Vehicle Name Reverse Duty and Surface Water Tax on Local Original Revenue of Rembang Regency. The population in this study is the target data target and realization of regional income of Rembang Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain criteria. The data used in this study is secondary data, through target data and regional revenue realization for the 2017-2021 fiscal year of Rembang Regency, by accessing the BAPENDA website of Central Java Province http://pad-dppad.jatengprov.go.id:8080/jateng1/. The results showed thatPKB and BBNKB had a significant positive effect on the Regional Original Income (PAD) of Rembang Regency. Meanwhile, PAP has a negative insignificant effect on the Local Original Revenue (PAD) of Rembang Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted using a field research method by means of a survey, namely research that took a number of samples from the population using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. Determination of the number of samples for this research is the total number of employees who work in the Department of Population Control and Family Planning Labuhanbatu Regency, amounting to 39 people, so this research is called population research. While the approach used is a quantitative approach, namely the approach using data analysis in the form of numeric or numbers. The aim is to develop and use mathematical models, theories or hypotheses related to the phenomena investigated by the researcher. The data analysis technique starts from collecting information through a questionnaire in the form of a statement and at the final stage by drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu Population and Family Planning Department. Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu Population and Family Planning Department. Leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu Population Control and Family Planning Service. Motivation, Work Discipline and Leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu Population and Family Planning Department.]]>
