Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal protection of Persons with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) in the context of health services based on Indonesian Law No. 18/2014 on Mental Health. Legal protection is a human right that must be provided to every individual, including ODGJ, who require equal access to quality mental health services. This research uses the normative legal research method by examining legislation, doctrine, and legal principles relevant to the legal protection of ODGJ. In order to improve the legal protection of ODGJ, this study recommends several strategic steps, such as improving legislation, improving the quality and affordability of mental health services, and education and advocacy campaigns to reduce stigma and discrimination against ODGJ.

Abstract

Performance is necessary because it reflects an employee's capacity to complete assigned duties. According to the performance achievements of the Kupang City Regional Secretariat Governance Section employees over the past three years, employee performance in the Kupang City Regional Secretariat Governance Section has declined and is believed to be influenced by work enthusiasm, leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. This investigation seeks to establish: 1) Respondents' perceptions of morale, leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee performance in the Kupang City Local Government Administration Section; 2) The significance of the influence of work spirit, leadership, and organizational culture on job satisfaction; 3) The significance of the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance; and 4) The significance of the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. Descriptive statistical analysis reveals that the variables of work zeal, leadership, job satisfaction, and performance are quite favorable. The perception of organizational culture variables, however, is positive. Work enthusiasm affects employee performance; leadership has no effect on employee performance; organizational culture has no effect on employee performance; job satisfaction affects employee performance; and work enthusiasm has a significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence service quality, purchase intention and price have on customer satisfaction when using OK online. This research method uses the methoddescriptivewith a quantitative approach. The study used the SPSS version 2.5 application with 96 respondents. Services have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction for online motorcycle taxi users according to the results processed from the respondent's data. With a calculated t value of 2.222 and a relevant level of 0.029. The results of the research analysis of Buying Interest obtained a t-count value of 2.916 and a significant level of 0.004, which has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction for users of online motorcycle taxi transportation. The price variable from the t-count test is 5.637 and a relevant level of 0.001 has a positive and dominant effect on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction with online motorcycle taxi users on Jalan Ayahanda, Medan. service Quality, Purchase intention and price have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable studied, namely customer satisfaction with online motorcycle taxi users, Jalan Ayahanda, Medan. According to the data studied, calculated and presented in this study.

Abstract

The current era of digitalization is a very important era because it is still a transition from the previous era. The acceleration of digitalization is supported using information technology, which is increasing very rapidly, one of which is the use of internet media so that the performance of internet providers is important to pay attention to. This study examines the effect of digital transformational leadership on organizational performance through the mediation factor of intellectual capital and innovation in one of the internet providers companies in Indonesia. The analysis technique uses Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) with the Smart-PLS program. The results of the research show that all hypotheses are accepted, and all the characteristics of the influence are positive. Where digital transformational leadership has a positive influence on organizational performance, intellectual capital, and innovation. Likewise, intellectual capital and innovation have a positive influence on organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Tangible Resources, Knowledge Management, and Human Resources Competence on employee performance in the banking industry. The research method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The research sample consisted of 69 employees of BUMN Banks in Jakarta. the research results show that Tangible Resources and Knowledge Management have a significant influence on employee performance. Knowledge Management also has a significant influence on employee performance. However, the research results show that Human Resources Competence has no significant effect on employee performance. The research findings provide practical implications for the management of banking organizations in managing their resources. Appropriate investment in Tangible Resources and effective management of knowledge through Knowledge Management can improve employee performance. In addition, it is important for organizations to pay attention to and develop individual employee competencies in the context of Human Resources Competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and evaluate the effect partially and simultaneously of the variables of stock liquidity, earnings management, information asymmetry, and profitability on the cost of equity capital in conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. from 2018 to 2022. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis strategy applied in this study. There are 43 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, based on the corporate population between 2018 and 2022. There are 10 companies sampled with a total of 50 companies sampled at conventional commercial banks. The results of the study show that partially stock liquidity and profitability have a negative and insignificant effect on the cost of equity capital in conventional commercial banks listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. Meanwhile, partially, information asymmetry and earnings management have a positive and significant effect on the cost of equity capital in conventional commercial banks listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. The results show that simultaneously stock liquidity, information asymmetry, earnings management and profitability have a significant positive effect on the cost of equity capital in conventional commercial banks listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. The results of the coefficient of determination show that stock liquidity, information asymmetry, earnings management and profitability contribute 46.29% to the cost of equity capital,

Abstract

Study This aim For know “ Influence Profitability, Solvency, and Liquidity to Company Value with Policy Dividend as intervening variable ”. Sample study This taken from company manufacturers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022 with purposive sampling method. Obtained 29 Companies as sample, which is observed for 5 years with total observations as many as 145. Data collection techniques using documentation from report finance published on the IDX's official website, namely www.idx.co.id. Analysis used_is use analysis path. Research results This show that Profitability influential positive and significant to Policy Dividend, Solvability No influential to Policy Dividend, Liquidity influential in a manner positive and significant to Policy dividend. Profitability influential positive and significant on Firm Value, Solvability No influential on Company Value, Liquidity influential significant on Corporate Values, Policies Dividend influential positive and significant to Company Value.

Abstract

Provincial taxes are one regional revenue source contributing to PAD in island-based areas. The research aims to identify the advantages and classify nine types of local taxes that have fast growth and are competitive based on the sub-district area in South Halmahera Regency during 2018-2021. The analytical method adopts the Location Quotient and Shift-Share analysis techniques commonly used in regional economic sector advantage analysis to determine the ideal type of tax. The results show that only three types of taxes are categorized as superior taxes in all sub-districts: PBB P2, tax on non-metallic minerals and rocks, and restaurant tax. The types of taxes in the SS-Tax analysis that have a fast growth rate and are highly competitive are the Restaurant tax, the Non-Metal and Rock Mineral tax, and the Street Lighting tax.

Abstract

The role of a brand image is very important in marketing smartphone products. And this research was conducted to find out and describe the influence of this on consumer purchasing decisions for a smartphone brand called Xiaomi in Jakarta. In this study, a sample of 100 informants or respondents was taken. The technique used in collecting the data is non-probability sampling which emphasizes purposive sampling method. The data obtained was taken by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Then for the data analysis technique used is the PLS or Partial Least Square technique. According to the analysis, it was found that price and brand image have a significant and positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. This is shown by the influence of affordable prices and also a good brand image , so that purchasing decisions from consumers will obviously be much better. The selling price also has a significant partial effect on the consumer's decision to buy the Xiaomi smartphone. Brand image also has a significant influence on the decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business development strategy and performance of accounts receivable turnover in increasing the efficiency of CV. Tempe Budi Berkah's working capital. Researchers use a type of qualitative research, and data obtained directly from the research object or primary. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with SWOT analysis as an analytical technique and the results of the analysis will be described. The results of the analysis that has been carried out by researchers are CV. Budi Berkah Tempe has done good business development by practicing SWOT analysis in its business and already has many customers and has good accounts receivable turnover, which is above 10 times a year, so as to increase working capital efficiency.
