Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality dimensions (reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on patient satisfaction and its impact on patient loyalty at AIC Medical Clinic. The sample of this study were medical check-up patients who received services at AIC Medical Clinic. The research sample was divided into 2 groups because of the intervention to be studied. The number of research samples before the intervention was 159 respondents, while the number of respondents after the intervention was 193 respondents.This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and SEM PLS analysis techniques. The descriptive analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS program, while the PLS analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS version 3.2 program.Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was concluded that partially, reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy had a positive effect on patient satisfaction, the five dimensions of service quality were also proven to have a significant effect on patient loyalty, while patient satisfaction itself was also proven to have an impact on patient loyalty. The result also found a significant effect of intervention in post-experimental subjects.  Overall it is concluded that the better the quality of services provided by AIC Medical Clinic in terms of tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, the higher the patient satisfaction which in turn will increase patient loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian kualitatif ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi transformasi holistik siswa yang mengikuti kelas taekwondo di tiga lembaga pendidikan olahraga di Jakarta. Transformasi holistik diartikan sebagai perubahan aspek fisik, mental, dan spiritual siswa. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan holistik terhadap kesehatan dan kebugaran melalui pendidikan olahraga Kristen dianggap penting. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pertanyaan-pertanyaan berikut: apa tujuan kepemimpinan Kristen dalam pendidikan olahraga; bagaimana mengajarkan nilai-nilai Kristen melalui kelas taekwondo; apa peran master taekwondo sebagai pemimpin; dan bagaimana transformasi kepribadian holistik pada siswa melalui kelas taekwondo? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, dilakukan wawancara semi terstruktur dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Para peserta termasuk Pendeta, pemimpin olahraga Kristen, guru olahraga, master Taekwondo, siswa Taekwondo dan orang tua. Setting penelitian ini adalah tiga organisasi pendidikan olahraga berbasis Kristen di Jakarta yang menawarkan kelas taekwondo untuk anak-anak dan remaja, baik Kristen dan non-Kristen: K-art Studio, New G, dan tim Somang Taekwondo.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate factors affecting people's intention to use the Halodoc application. The sample in this research was gathered with a purposive sampling method with inclusion criteria of people using the Halodoc application with a minimum age of 18. Data was gathered using a questionnaire that was spread online using Google Form. The questionnaire consists of 32 questions using Likert Scale 1-5. There are 101 respondents participating in this study. Data were then statistically analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 4.0.9.1 application. The result of this research states that user satisfaction as the component of object-based attitude significantly affects perceived usefulness and perceived ease as the component of behavior belief. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use also affect behavior attitude significantly. This research also states that perceived ease of use can directly affect intention to use significantly without going through mediating variables. But, perceived usefulness does not significantly affect the intention to use through a direct path without using a mediating variable (behavior attitude).

Abstract

Ruang gerak industri rokok di Indonesia makin dibatasi oleh pemerintah dengan kenaikan cukai disamping persaingan yang ketat untuk dapat bertahan pada masa-masa krisis. Penelitian ini mengunakan deskripsi analisis PESTLE, Porter 5 Forces, dan SWOT Matrix karena industri rokok di Indonesia mengalami tantangan yang besar dari regulasi dan kebijakaan pemerintah,  kampanye anti tembakau, serta perubahan pada perilaku konsumen. Berdasarkan analisa PESTLE, Porter 5 Forces, dan SWOT Matrix, PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. memiliki kekuatan pada pertumbuhan pasar rokok yang ada di pasar Indonesia, memiliki aset dan kompetensi yang unik sehingga mampu bertahan dalam persaingan, memperoleh keuntungan dan terus meningkatkan efisiensi serta inovasi produk. Perusahaan memiliki kelemahan yaitu peraturan mengurangi tingkat konsumsi rokok konvensional dan kenaikan cukai yang terus dilakukan pemerintah untuk menutupi biaya kesehatan masyarakat.

Abstract

The current era of digitalization is a very important era because it is still a transition from the previous era. The acceleration of digitalization is supported using information technology, which is increasing very rapidly, one of which is the use of internet media so that the performance of internet providers is important to pay attention to. This study examines the effect of digital transformational leadership on organizational performance through the mediation factor of intellectual capital and innovation in one of the internet providers companies in Indonesia. The analysis technique uses Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) with the Smart-PLS program. The results of the research show that all hypotheses are accepted, and all the characteristics of the influence are positive. Where digital transformational leadership has a positive influence on organizational performance, intellectual capital, and innovation. Likewise, intellectual capital and innovation have a positive influence on organizational performance.

Abstract

Pergeseran kebiasaan dan pola belanja pelanggan menjadi secara online menjadi fenomena penting yang berpengaruh bagi keberlangsungan industri supermarket. Pandemi COVID-19 yang membatasi aktivitas masyarakat dan mendorong aktivitas dilakukan secara online, termasuk berbelanja telah mendorong munculnya platform online yang menyediakan kemudahan belanja kebutuhan sehari-hari. Fenomena pergeseran kebiasaan dan perilaku tersebut berdampak pada penurunan berbelanja fisik pada Hypermart tahun 2021 dan 2022 yang terlihat di laporan tahunan. Analisis PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces, dan SWOT, menjelaskan secara deskripsi bagaimana Hypermart di Indonesia dapat bangkit dengan didukung oleh faktor-faktor eksternal, dan meningkatkan aspek-aspek internal untuk dapat bertahan, meningkatkan kapabilitas, dan meningkatkan daya saing.

Abstract

The three steps of Media Innovation are focusing on optimizing TikTok, implementing a fair usage policy (FUP), and working strategically with Starlink. Optimization of TikTok aims to optimize digital marketing campaigns; the application of FUP includes regulations governing the fair use of internet bandwidth. And use Starlink satellite technology to expand the market. External adjustments in communication, branding, and interaction with customers and stakeholders. All activities and initiatives can be monitored by applying the balanced scorecard to measure media performance by considering four perspectives. Qualitative research methods through document studies to discuss the use of the balanced scorecard in dealing with external influences, analyze the industrial environment, discover internal strengths and weaknesses, and develop creative strategies and appropriate action plans, as well as change management to become the basis for implementing the desired changes for overall company performance measurement.

Abstract

Technology and the internet are helping to create new ideas and opportunities by digitizing customers, businesses, products, services, and processes. Businesses can influence every digital area, including consumers, employees, partners, business processes, and a global network of companies and objects. These circumstances result in fundamental adjustments in social behavior and associated repercussions. Organizations require digital transformational leadership to adapt to innovation, creativity, and change capacity. This research aims to explain the idea of digital transformational leadership as a trait of future CEOs of digital businesses. Evidence from the literature suggests that digital transformational leaders enhance organizational innovativeness and performance in many successful businesses. The founder of the Indonesian technology company Tokopedia, William Tanuwijaya, is analyzed using descriptive and phenomenological methodologies for his digital transformational leadership style. As a preliminary study, the research discusses how William's digital transformational leadership philosophy and tactics helped Indonesian market startup Tokopedia prosper.

Abstract

Pelanggaran disiplin kerja karyawan menjadi tantangan serius yang berdampak pada produktivitas, citra perusahaan, dan keharmonisan hubungan industrial. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab pelanggaran disiplin dan strategi pencegahan yang diterapkan oleh manajemen PT XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap tujuh informan dari berbagai jenjang di PT XYZ. Teknik analisis menggunakan coding (open, axial, dan selective) untuk mengidentifikasi tema dan pola. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor utama yang memengaruhi pelanggaran disiplin, yaitu kurangnya sosialisasi kebijakan, lemahnya pembinaan dari atasan, faktor keluarga, lingkungan kerja negatif, motivasi intrinsik yang rendah, kelemahan sistem pengawasan dan pelaporan, mekanisme pembenaran diri (rationalization), serta kepemimpinan yang tidak etis. Strategi yang efektif untuk mencegah pelanggaran meliputi penguatan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan mentoring rutin oleh atasan, penciptaan lingkungan kerja positif, perbaikan sistem pelaporan, serta penerapan kepemimpinan etis. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan multidimensi untuk menjaga kedisiplinan dan integritas karyawan.
