Abstract

Uncertain economic recovery requires MSMEs to always be adaptive in order to survive carrying out operational activities in difficult times, some experts even predict a recession will occur in 2024. Having a quality Accounting Information System can encourage business entities to improve quality and maximize high public consumption. to always make improvements to inventory and sales costs. This research aims to partially examine the influence of business models, business strategies, organizational culture, and information digitalization on the quality of Accounting Information Systems. The research was carried out in order to answer the relationship between related variables which have an impact on the problems that have occurred recently. The results of the research show that the quality of the accounting information system in several MSMEs in Cimahi City can be said to be good, although in terms of recording and reporting it still needs to be improved so that the financial reports produced can be said to be of good quality in accordance with the established SAK EMKM rules. This can be seen from the test results which show through calculations The calculated t value is in the H0 rejection area, that is, the calculated t is greater than the positive value of t table so that there is a significant influence from several test results of the variables studied.

Abstract

This research highlights the importance of supply chain management (SCM) and competency excellence in improving organizational performance. In the context of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk in South Kalimantan found that SCM plays a crucial role in influencing organizational performance and building superior company competency. The research results show that SCM has a positive and significant influence on the company's organizational performance. This confirms that efforts to improve supply chain management can result in significant performance improvements. Apart from that, SCM also has a positive and significant influence on the company's competency excellence. This emphasizes the importance of effective integration of SCM in a company's business strategy to build competitive advantage. Research findings also reveal that competency excellence has a significant positive impact on organizational performance. This shows that companies that are able to build and maintain competitive advantages in the industry have the potential for better performance. Furthermore, this research reveals that competency excellence acts as a mediator between SCM and organizational performance. In other words, effective supply chain management can help companies build competitive advantages, which in turn improves organizational performance.

Abstract

To support the success of a business and customer satisfaction, Val Barbershop and other developing barbershops need human resources or employees who already have skills in their field. As well as servicescape which is a physical design that can support placement and segmentation strategies. Thus, this research aims to determine the influence of job skills and servicescape on consumer satisfaction. This type of research is correlative research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study are consumers who visit and use services at Val Barbershop in Solok City, with an average of 10 visitors/day or 300 people/month. The sampling technique used in this research is incidental sampling. The data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are consumers who visit and use services at Val Barbershop in Solok City. Partially, the research results show that job skills influence consumer satisfaction and servicescape influences consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, job skills and servicescape simultaneously influence consumer satisfaction. And the coefficient of determination test shows the results that consumer satisfaction is influenced by job skills and servicescape variables as much as 28.3%, and the remaining 71.7% is influenced by other variables outside the variables of this research.

Abstract

The reason the researchers chose PT Astra Internasional Tbk, as the object of research is due to the company's unstable financial condition in generating profits. One of the tools to assess financial performance can be done using financial ratios. The purpose of this study was to determine how the financial performance of PT Astra International Tbk using the analysis of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios and activity ratios. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative using secondary data sources obtained from the financial statements of PT Astra International Tbk for the period 2018-2022 as well as additional data such as documents and others. Technical data analysis in this study using financial ratio analysis. The results showed that the average result of the liquidity ratio using the current ratio indicator was 1.40%, the quick ratio was 117.4%, and the cash ratio was 42.90%, this shows that the company's performance based on the liquidity ratio is still considered unfavorable because it is still below the industry standard, this means that the company is not good enough to pay its short term. Based on the average results of the solvency ratio using the debt to asset ratio indicator of 44.18% and the debt to equity ratio of 79.82%, this shows that the company's performance based on the solvency ratio is considered quite good because it meets industry standards and the company is good enough to pay overall debt with its capital and assets. Based on the average results of the profitability ratio using the return on assets indicator of 77.55%, return on equity of 13.58%, net profit margin of 11.53%, and gross profit margin of 21.91%, this shows that the company's performance is not good enough in making a profit because the company is not optimal in utilizing its assets. Based on the average results of the activity ratio using the inventory turnover indicator of 7.58% and asset turnover of 65%, it shows that the company's performance is considered poor because it is carried by industry standards, this means that the company has not been efficient in managing its assets.

Abstract

This study aims to identify financial ratios that affect underpricing on the IDX in the 2010-2022 period. This type of research can be categorized as quantitative research. The population of this study includes all companies that go public or conduct initial public offerings (IPOs) on the IDX in a certain period from 2010 to 2020. This research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. This research was carried out by conducting multiple regression. Based on the results of the discussion and explanation that has been presented in the four chapters above, it can be concluded that Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Profit Margin (PM), Payout Ratio (PR), Earning per Share (EPS), and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Underpricing. Based on the results of the T test (Partial) shows that Return on Asset (ROA), Earning per Share (EPS), and Current Ratio (CR) partially have a significant negative effect on stock underpricing. While the partial test results on Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Profit Margin (PM), and Payout Ratio (PR) show that these three variables have no significant effect on stock underpricing.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between attitudes towards money and savings behavior among household financial managers in Kupang City. Attitudes towards money are defined through the dimensions of power-prestige, time retention, distrust, and anxiety. Referring to the fields of financial management and psychology, this research forms relevant hypotheses. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 26 software. The results of the study indicate that savings behavior is significantly influenced by attitude factors towards money, including power-prestige, time retention, distrust, and anxiety. These findings provide deeper insights into how psychological factors can affect savings behavior within the context of household financial management. This study contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing savings behavior and their implications for household financial management.

Abstract

One of the risks faced by every bank in running its business is credit risk. Credit risk is the risk that arises as a result of the debtor's failure to fulfill obligations. In general, two factors cause bad credit, namely internal factors and external factors. This research aims to determine Bad Credit which is influenced by Credit Monitoring and Debtor Character. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative (relationship) approach. The population of this research is all bad credit customers in 2018-2022 at Bank Nagari, Sungai Tambang Sub-Branch. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The data used is data on bad credit customers at Bank Nagari, Sungai Tambang Sub-Branch. The data sources in this research were obtained from direct observation, questionnaires and interviews with company employees and customers of Bank Nagari, Sungai Tambang Sub-Branch. Partially, the research results show that Credit Monitoring has no effect on Bad Credit and Debtor Character also has no effect on Bad Credit. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Credit Monitoring and Debtor Character influence Bad Credit. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, Bad Credit is influenced by Credit Monitoring and Debtor Character by 8.7%. And the remaining 91.3% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables used in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impacts that occure from the provision of FHP assistance of the community in Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City. As well as knowing what forms of FHP assistance are given to the community and the role of FHP facilitators in providing assistance to beneficiary communities in the Kelapa Lima sub-district are, Kupang City. The research method used is qualitative using a case study approach with the aim of analyzing the impact of FHP assistance in overcoming the economic difficulties of the sub-district community in Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City. The results showed that the impact of FHP assistance on the community to overcome economic difficulties had positive impact, namely reducing the burden on poor community household which can help families of FHP recipient participants to pay for education and health, as well as community welfare to ensure the nutritional intake of the elderly and disabilities. While the negative impact is that there are informants who are still dependent or too hopeful on this assistance so that they are less willing to try to work.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the amount of income of itinerant fish traders and sedentary fish traders in Oesapa market, Kupang City and 2) to determine the results of a comparative analysis of the income of itinerant fish traders and sedentary fish traders in Oesapa Market, Kupang City. The data collection method in this research is survey method. The method of taking samples in this study uses the method of Disproportionitstratifidrendom sampling which aims to make the samples compared equal. The sample taken in this study was a total of 8 people, 4 people each for itinerant fish traders and 4 people for sedentary fish traders. The data analysis technique used was the method of analyzing total cost (TC), revenue (TR), and income (π) from each itinerant fish trader and sedentary fish trader. The results of research showed that the income of sedentary fish traders is greater than the income of itinerant fish traders in Oesapa Market, Oesapa Village, Kupang City.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the magnitude of the influence of several characteristics of the size of the board of directors, the frequency of board commissioner meetings, and the competence of the audit committee on financial performance in construction companies in 2018–2022, with company age as a moderating variable. The theory of this research refers to agency theory and good corporate governance. This research is empirical, using data from audited financial reports on construction companies published in the period 2018–2022. Data analysis uses panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of panel data regression analysis with a significance level of 78% using the Eviews 12 application, This research uses ROE and Tobin's Q measurements to test the company's financial performance. The research results show that the size of the board of directors does not have a significant positive effect on financial performance based on ROE and Tobin's Q. Based on ROE, the frequency of board of commissioners meetings has a significant negative effect on financial performance, while based on Tobin's Q, the frequency of board of commissioners meetings has a significant positive effect on financial performance. Based on ROE and Tobin's Q, audit committee qualifications do not have a significant effect on financial performance. This research also shows that the size of the board of directors, the frequency of board of commissioners meetings, audit committee qualifications, and company age together or simultaneously influence financial performance.
