Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of culture and financial literacy on the actual use of digital payments by MSMEs in Rantepao City. Study This use approach quantitative . The object under study are MSME owners in Rantepao City, Regency North Toraja . Data obtained through survey with instruments, ie questionnaire And method taking sample used _ is random sampling method . Data analyzed with using the SPSS 20 statistical program . The research results concluded that culture had a significant effect on the actual Use Digital Payment System, financial literacy has a significant effect on Actual Use Digital Payment System, culture and financial literacy simultaneously influence Actual Use Digital Payment System

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test, prove and analyze the influence of work morale, compensation on employee performance with individual characteristics as intervening variables. This research uses primary data in the form of distributed questionnaire data. The sample used was 48 employees at PT. Panji Bintang Jaya, saturated sampling method. The analysis used in this research is SEM. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the variables Work morale significantly influences individual characteristics, Compensation does not significantly influence individual characteristics, Work morale significantly influences employee performance, Compensation does not significantly influence employee performance, Work morale and compensation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with individual characteristics as an intervening variable. The implications and suggestions are that it would be better if every employee complied with and adapted the culture that exists in the organization, such as compensation, work morale and individual characteristics. The information that has been obtained and analyzed can be made into studies such as the suitability of the objectives of compensation, work enthusiasm and individual characteristics that can be used to contribute to building the company. Compensation, work morale, individual characteristics and employee performance are very suitable to be used as the main study on the theme of HR development for Company employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential for parking revenue based on the number of vehicles, rates, working days and parking revenue collection costs in Sumbawa Regency. The type of research used is descriptive, the research sample is parking points based on the level of visitor crowds, shopping centers, visitor intensity, location of the research object, and the proximity of one object to another. The locations for this research are 13 locations or parking points in Sumbawa Regency. The analytical tool used in this research is Quantitative Analysis where the potential for parking levies or taxes is calculated according to the potential revenue of each point. The research results show that the gross potential (gross) parking revenue for 13 parking locations in Sumbawa Regency amounts to an average of IDR 542,436 per day per location. So in one year (363 days) for these 13 parking locations the potential for receiving parking fees is Rp. 2,559,756,729,-. The largest potential parking levy comes from the Seketeng Market parking levy, which is an average of IDR 1,613,143 per day. And Jl. Kartini amounting to Rp. 1,492,000.-, The net potential (net) of parking revenues for 13 parking locations in Sumbawa Regency amounts to an average of IDR 273,607,- per day per location. So in one year (363 days) for these 13 parking locations the potential for receiving parking fees is Rp. 1,291,149,514,-. The largest potential parking levy comes from the Seketeng Market parking levy, which is an average of IDR 806,571 per day. and Jl. Kartini amounting to Rp. 746,000,-.

Abstract

Through the implementation of the categorical analysis method Probit, the research aims to analytically examine the preference model of the Karangwidoro Village community through the dimension of participation probability in the food security program initiative, as well as to formulate a model approach strategy aimed at revitalizing community motivation factors. The results indicate that distance influences community motivation to participate in the food security program, and there are methods of approach to encourage community motivation, namely through the SSA and ZOPP methods.

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved is to determine the influence of transformational leadership on business ethics and its relationship to employee performance. The research population was employees of PT Wahana Ritel Honda Medan Sunggal using the entire population. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square. Based on the calculation results, it shows that transformational leadership has a significant effect on business ethics and employee performance. The direct influence of transformational leadership on employee performance is 0.50, while the influence on business ethics is 0.60. The influence of business ethics on employee performance is 0.45. Meanwhile, the overall influence of transformational leadership and business ethics is 0.67 or 67%. This shows that changes in employee performance can be explained by 67% of transformational leadership and business ethics, while the remaining 33% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how liquidity, profitability, and solvency affect audit delay. This study employs quantitative techniques. Employed in this study is the population of energy sector companies listed between 2020 and 2022 on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study employed the purposive sampling method as its sampling technique. 180 organisations made up the entire research sample from 2020 to 2022. This study employs several different analytic techniques. The study's findings indicate that while the significant value for profitability is 0.417, the variables for liquidity and solvency have no bearing on audit delay because their significant values are greater than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the human development index in East Kalimantan province during the period 2015 to 2022. The research findings were evaluated using the Fixed Effects Model (FEM) panel data test conducted with Eviews 13 software. The dataset consists of secondary data collected from 10 districts/cities in East Kalimantan, both time series and cross-sectional data. The research findings show that the economic growth variable has a positive and significant influence on the human development index. In contrast, the poverty rate variable has a negative and significant influence on the human development index. In addition, the open unemployment rate has a negative and significant impact on the Human Development Index in East Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of managerial and institutional ownership structure, as well as company size, on credit risk in national private banks in Indonesia during the period of 2018-2022. The population of this study is all national private banks, which amounts to 68 banks. The sample selection is done through purposive sampling, and 14 banks meet the criteria as the research sample. The data analysis method used in this research is panel data regression analysis using SPSS software. In conclusion, these findings suggest that the ownership structure of both managerial ownership and institutional ownership has a significant influence in playing an important role in shaping private bank credit risk, while the firm size does not have a significant impact on credit risk.. The study also highlights the importance of good corporate governance implementation in influencing bank risk management.

Abstract

In the era of ever-growing globalization, diversity management has become a necessity for organizations around the world. This article explores the concept of diversity management, an approach that encourages the creation of an inclusive work environment regardless of differences such as race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and background. Implementing diversity management has a number of benefits, including inclusiveness, creativity, positive reputation, improved performance, and legal compliance. In the context of the Department of Industry, Trade, Mining and Energy in South Kalimantan Province, diversity management becomes more important. Organizations in the province face unique diversity challenges, and diversity management is key to addressing unconscious bias, increasing team member participation, and creating conditions that support diversity. However, diversity challenges in organizations include discrimination, unequal access, resistance to change, ineffective communication, difficulty creating an inclusive culture, and meeting diverse customer expectations. This study uses quantitative research methods to identify the relationship between effective diversity management and organizational inclusivity. In conclusion, diversity management is the key to creating inclusive, innovative and high-performing organizations. Concrete recommendations can help organizations such as the Department of Industry, Trade, Mines and Energy in South Kalimantan Province in implementing concrete steps to increase inclusiveness. This article offers a comprehensive view of diversity management and illustrates the importance of this approach in addressing diversity challenges in global and local contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of digital technology on consumer behavior, with a focus on the millennial generation. With rapid changes in digital technology, the millennial generation has become the group most affected by these changes in the context of consumer behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews and content analysis to describe how digital technology has influenced consumer shopping habits, brand preferences and interactions. The research results show that the millennial generation has experienced significant changes in consumer behavior in response to advances in digital technology. They tend to prefer shopping online, respond positively to attractive digital marketing strategies, and are actively involved in brand-consumer interactions via social media. Additionally, changes in their consumption patterns are also reflected in a tendency to make impulse purchases and increased brand awareness, with a strong preference for products and services that offer an easy and engaging digital shopping experience.
