Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio and current ratio toPrice to Book Valuein Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2021. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the food and beverage subsector from 2019 to 2021 constitute the population of this research. Purposive sampling was used for this research, resulting in a research sample of 30 companies. This research uses secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The E-Views 9 tool was used to perform panel data regression analysis on the data collected in this research. According to research results, ROA has a positive and significant effect on Price to Book Value. DER has a positive and significant effect on PBV and CR has a negative and insignificant effect on PBV.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the desire and hope of the organization to be able to develop and be able to achieve the expected goals, where one of the factors comes from the organization's employees. Organizational climate and job satisfaction can influence an employee's performance. Based on this description, this research was conducted to determine the influence organizational climate and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research is quantitative research with a causal comparative nature using survey methods. The population in this study were non-educational employees at Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya, with a population of 75 non-educational employees and a sample of 50 employees. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. The research data collection technique was carried out through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, descriptive data analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this research are 1) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The Indonesian economy is currently quite good with a strong foundation These conditions make Indonesia look very attractive to investors, also supported by the results of Indonesia's ranking by Standard and Poor's (S&P) in 2023, which shows that Indonesia is able to maintain its BBB rating with a stable outlook. This stimulates market conditions, which is shown by the increase in performance and development of companies in Indonesia, especially those that have been listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. However, in its development efforts, even though it has gone public, companies often face challenges in meeting financial needs for continued growth, expansion and innovation. So this research aims to explore alternative sources of financing that can be used by listed companies company for the purpose of company growth and development, as well as factors that influence the selection of alternative funding sources. In order to do this, this research uses literature research methods review using the PRISMA approach. The journals and books reviewed are in the range of 2017 – 2022. The results of the review show that the types of alternative financing that are widely used are: share issuance, corporate bonds, and asset-based financing. Meanwhile, the factors that need to be considered in the selection are: risk, market conditions, environmental issues, maximization of internal financing sources, investor expectations of returns, and business operations

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the involvement of various actors in a complex education policy network. The main focus of this research is to understand the dynamics of interaction between the actors involved in the process of formulating, implementing and evaluating education policies. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In this research, the focus is given to the role and involvement of various actors in the education policy formulation process in Indonesia. These actors include legislators, executives, administrators, political parties, interest groups, community organizations, universities, and individual figures. In the policy formulation process, they play a significant role in determining policy direction and implementation. Factors such as political, economic, social, cultural, as well as technology and globalization also influence their involvement. This study highlights the importance of collaboration between actors and inclusive strategies to create effective and sustainable education policies, which are able to have a positive impact on society and the education system as a whole.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between culture and entrepreneurial behavior on the performance of MSMEs in Tana Toraja and North Toraja Regencies. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, data collection is carried out through questionnaires with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with SPSS 26 and Sobel Test. The number of respondents in this research was 100 MSME actors. Partially, culture has a significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior, culture has a significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior and culture has an indirect effect on the performance of MSMEs through entrepreneurial behavior in Tana Toraja and North Toraja Regencies.

Abstract

Today's global market is characterized by increasingly fierce competition, with rapid changes in consumer preferences and technological advances. The aim of this research is to analyze how product innovation can be a key strategy for companies to remain relevant and superior in a changing market. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that product innovation has been proven to have a significant positive impact on the company's business growth and success. By continuing to develop innovative products that are responsive to market needs and consumer preferences, companies can increase revenue and profits, strengthen their brand image, and expand their market share. Product innovation also plays a crucial role in maintaining a company's competitiveness in a competitive market, by helping companies identify new opportunities, create product distinctiveness, and strengthen relationships with customers. Through a planned and integrated approach to product innovation, companies can remain major players in an ever-changing and dynamic industry.

Abstract

Established in 2002, RSGM-P FKG Universitas Trisakti is a specialist dental and oral hospital located in West Jakarta. Hospital used to be seen as social endeavour and now shifted into socio-economics ventures. In the competitive field of health services, hospitals strive to create strategies to maintain and even increase profits. An important key to obtaining these profits is by paying attention to patient loyalty. Patient loyalty can be achieved if patient satisfaction and trust are met. This can be happened if the company can provide a good quality service and also strategic location to This research was conducted to analyze the influence of service quality and location on patient loyalty at RSGM-P FKG Universitas Trisakti with the mediation of patient satisfaction. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The inclusion criteria in this study were independent patients or general patients who received treatment at RSGM-P FKG Universitas Trisakti for the past 2 years with a minimum of 2 visits. In this study there were 160 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire by google form. Data analysis in this study used the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling) method using SmartPLS software version 4.0.6.9. The results showed that service quality and location have positive and significant effects on patient satisfaction and patient loyalty and this study also proves that patient satisfaction mediated service quality and location towards patient loyalty positively and significantly.

Abstract

The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia, hereinafter abbreviated as POLRI, is a state instrument that plays a role in maintaining public order and security, enforcing the law, and providing protection, protection and service to the community in the context of maintaining domestic security. The method of collecting primary data from respondents was carried out by survey method through distributing questionnaires given to respondents. Survey is a primary data collection method by providing written questions to respondents Respondents in this study were Budget User Authorities (KPA) who worked for the Maluku Regional Police. The research data consisted of 34 questionnaires delivered directly to the respondents who were the object of research. Of the 34 questionnaires sent, all participated in this study because the completed questionnaires were returned in full so they were feasible for analysis in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Maluku Provincial Transportation Office. The method used in this study is a quantitative method involving all civil servants (PNS) of the Maluku Province Transportation Service, totaling 62 people as a population. The sample in this study amounted to 54 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is stratified random sampling. The measurement tool used is SPSS version 26. The results of the study show thatOrganizational culture partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Maluku Province Transportation Service, as evidenced by the tcount = 2.377 greater than the ttable = 1.675, work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Maluku Province Transportation Service, evidenced by the tcount = 2.158 greater than the value of ttable = 1.675 and work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Maluku Provincial Transportation Office,evidenced by the value of tcount = 2,964 greater than the value of ttable = 1,675. The better the application of organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, as well as if the higher the motivation and work discipline, the higher the performance of employees. Conversely, the lower the application of organizational culture, work motivation and work discipline, the lower the employee performance. This means that the research hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of each independent variable on price perception, online customer rating, and trust in purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study are consumers who use the Shopee Food application in Semarang and have previously purchased at least 1 time. with a sample of 100 Respondents were determined using purposive sampling. The data analyzed were primary data collected through a questionnaire. Based on the F test, all independent variables simultaneously affected purchasing decisions. The t-test and multiple regressions show that the price perception variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the online customer rating variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the trust variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
