Abstract

Cimahi City, as one of the cities included in the Greater Bandung metropolitan area, faces complex challenges related to slum problems and rapid urbanization. To overcome this problem, the Cimahi City Government launched the City Without Slums (Kotaku) program which aims to create a livable and sustainable urban environment. This research aims to analyze and understand the policy network involved in implementing the Kotaku program in Cimahi City. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research results show that in research related to the implementation of the City Without Slums (Kotaku) program in Cimahi City, it was found that the success of the program really depends on effective collaboration between various actors, including the Central Government, Regional Government and the Business World. In addition, it was found that a well-organized bureaucratic structure and an adequate level of institutionalization were also key factors in supporting the success of the program. Rules of the game consistently followed by actors and judicious use of power also help create a productive work environment. By utilizing policy networks as a strategy for interdependence, related actors are able to achieve common goals and improve the quality of the urban environment and community welfare in Cimahi City.

Abstract

Coffee is one of Indonesia's natural riches. West Java has quite a potential coffee commodity. Where West Java has an area of 43,555 ha with a total production of 20,732 tons per year. Based on this, there is a need for research to develop coffee in West Java This research approach method is firstly using the Business Model Canvas which consists of 9 elements or nine building blocks. The second study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process to process data. This method is carried out to determine the influence of the BMC segment on each tire of the coffee supply chain. The third study is to analyze the condition of the coffee supply chain in West Java The calculation results for the supply chain are as follows: At the farmer level the influence is channels with a value of 0.20. , At the SME level the influence is key partnership with a value of 0.46. , At the distributor level the influences are channels and cost structure with a value of 0.24. , At the retail/outlet level, the influence is customer relationship with a value of 0.46. At the consumer level, the influence is key resources with a value of 0.09.

Abstract

Robusta coffee cultivation in Bali's Pupuan District is vital to the Indonesian economy. This study aims to contribute to the improvement of agricultural productivity through the development of a mobile application utilizing geographic information system (GIS) and the collection of robusta coffee cropping cycle data. The purpose of the application is to amass historical data pertaining to various stages of coffee plant development, including fertilization, insect management, and harvesting. By utilizing this application, agricultural practitioners are empowered to enhance the quality of their decision-making regarding the administration of their plantations. The study adhered to a methodical framework, which comprised gathering data, analyzing user requirements, designing the application, and developing it. An application is developed to provide assistance to administrators and producers in various tasks such as crop cycle recording, location setting, and farm management. With any luck, this application will aid in the development of a smart agriculture system in the Pupuan District of Bali and contribute to the enhancement of coffee farming's productivity and efficiency.

Abstract

Digital transformation is able to expand marketing in the context of business development to increase market share for small and medium industries (IKM). The aim of this research is business development to increase market share in SMEs. The benefits of research include input into effective marketing strategies in batik SMEs. Data collection methods through questionnaires, interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The research object at batik SMEs centers involves business owners and consumers of batik products. The analytical method uses structural models to identify and analyze the relationship between exogenous and endogenous variables. Based on the research results, the model formulation applied is able to increase market share.

Abstract

Research at the Masaran Sragen batik industry center aims to formulate a set of technopreneurship marketing strategy models based on digital e-commerce in order to increase product sales capacity in small and medium industries. The benefits of the research resulted in the formulation of a model and implementation of batik marketing that is goodness of fit and effectively implemented. The research object was carried out at the SME batik industry center Masaran Sragen. Data collection methods are through questionnaires, observations, interviews and direct activities at batik IKM. The analysis method is by formulating a digital marketing implementation model, e-commerce, through regression to determine the influence of indicators for implementing digital marketing strategies on increasing the sales capacity of batik products. Digital marketing strategy variables include: company website (X1), TikTok social media account (X2), Instagram social media account (X3), Facebook social media account (X4), digital marketing marketplace (Shopee) X5, product catalog (X6), YouTube social media account (X7), company nameplate promotion (X8) and company profile (X9) and business capacity variable in the form of sales volume (Y). Based on the analysis, a formulation of a marketing technopreneurship implementation model based on digital goodness of fit was produced, digital marketing market place (shopee) dominantly influences increasing sales capacity, overall the implementation of digitalization variables influences increasing sales volume.

Abstract

Villages in West Java have a lot of potential that can be developed to improve the welfare of their communities, but village development often experiences obstacles, one of which is in Cimenyan Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with the aim of seeing how the sanitation program is carried out by village working groups in the Cimenyan area, Bandung Regency. The results of this research explain that environmental sanitation is an effort that can be made to achieve a clean and healthy environment through controlling physical factors, especially controlling things that appear to damage the environment. Implementing development is one of the agendas that the Amin Jaya Village government continues to carry out every year. These development programs are designed to meet the needs of the community and village government institutions. Development implementation begins with planning and design through a village deliberation forum involving the village government, BPD and community institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of integrating environmental aspects in company marketing plans as part of efforts to achieve sustainable marketing. Using a theoretical framework involving the concepts of sustainable marketing and corporate social responsibility, this research analyzes the impact of integrating environmental aspects on brand image, consumer loyalty and company financial performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This research emphasizes the importance of sustainable marketing practices for companies amidst pressure to be socially and environmentally responsible. The integration of environmental, social and corporate governance factors into marketing strategies allows companies to reduce negative impacts on the environment and build strong relationships with consumers who care about social and environmental issues. Key steps include efficient use of resources, support of sustainable suppliers, development of environmentally friendly products, and education of consumers about the company's sustainability efforts. Consistency in messaging and commitment to sustainability can also strengthen brand image and employee engagement, thereby playing an important role in advancing global sustainability and societal well-being.

Abstract

Diarrhea is a disease that is still a health problem in Indonesia. Patients with diarrhea experience dehydration due to loss of fluid in the body which can cause loss of consciousness and death. Diarrhea cases are caused by factors such as not washing hands with soap, consuming unhygienic food, inadequate latrines, and lack of availability of clean and healthy water. Objective: to determine the effect of health education on knowledge about diarrhea disease in elementary school students before and after being given health education. Method: This study used Pre-experimental method using one group pretest and posttest design. The research sample was grade VI students as many as 45 elementary school students using Total Sampling. The analysis test uses the Wilcoxon Test to determine the effect of health education on increasing knowledge about diarrhea in elementary school students. Results: the results showed that there was a difference between the level of pretest and posttest with the difference in the average value of knowledge of elementary was 1.74 and the Wilcoxon Test analysis showed pvalue=0.00. Conclusion: There is an effect of health education on increasing knowledge about diarrheal diseases in elementary school students. Suggestion: It is expected that the implementation of this health education can be implemented in other schools or in the home environment so that the expansion of this information can increase the knowledge of school students or the community about diarrheal disease so that morbidity and mortality rates due to cases of diarrhea disease can be prevented

Abstract

Cloud computing has emerged as an attractive solution for companies looking to increase operational flexibility, reduce infrastructure costs, and improve business performance. Through comprehensive analysis of primary and secondary data, this research aims to evaluate the impact of implementing cloud computing in various corporate sectors. This research aims to investigate the application of cloud computing technology in a corporate environment as a strategy to increase business efficiency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the use of cloud computing services has had a significant positive impact on various business entities and organizations. The use of cloud computing helps optimize operational cost efficiency by reducing the need for expensive physical infrastructure, while providing high scalability and strong data security. Additionally, integration between cloud computing and the Internet of Things (IoT) has enabled efficient data collection and analysis remotely, facilitated effective cross-divisional collaboration, and enabled the development of complex projects. Overall, the results of this research emphasize the importance of adopting cloud computing as a crucial technological foundation for innovation and business growth in today's digital era.

Abstract

Bankruptcy law in Indonesia is regulated by Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004. Bankruptcy occurs when a debtor is unable to pay their overdue debts. A bankruptcy court decision results in a public seizure of the debtor's entire estate. In Case Nomor 2/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2018/Pn.Niaga.Mdn, PT. Tri Murti Perkasa and Hotmaulin Simare-Mare, filed a bankruptcy petition against PT. Pro Mekanika Indonusa. The second petitioner also claims a debt from the company. The judge ruled for bankruptcy against PT. Pro Mekanika Indonusa, and Balai Harta Peninggalan (BHP) Medan was appointed as the Curator. Legal consequences of bankruptcy include the debtor losing control over their assets, the appointment of a supervising judge and curator, and the judge deciding on costs. The legal process must meet legal requirements and consider juridical, philosophical, and sociological considerations. To enhance the efficiency of the bankruptcy process, it is necessary to revise bankruptcy legal regulations, supervising judges and curators must maintain transparency, and the panel of judges must carefully examine evidence to avoid baseless lawsuits.
