Abstract

Mahasiswa merupakan generasi penerus dan cendekiawan muda dalam pembangunan bangsa. Sangat diperlukan jiwa kepemimpinan dalam diri mahasiswa, dengan cara mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya melalui pengalamannya dalam berorganisasi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap peran organisasi PMII dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan. Manfaat penelitian yaitu sumber pembelajaran bagi semua pihak, Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu angket yang terdiri dari 8 indikator dengan 16 pertanyaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota organisasi mahasiswa PMII STAI JM Tanjung Pura. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan rumus slovin sebanyak 50 orang. temuan penelitian menunjukkan hasil rata-rata pada persentase alternative jawaban responden dominan yaitu 56,7% dimana rentang ini berada pada kategori “Baik”. Maka disimpulkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap peran Organisasi PMII dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Jam’iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura berada pada kategori “Baik”.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of the use of Big Book media on science learning outcomes on the ecosystem matter at SDN Inpres Perumnas 2 Waena. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods. The population in this study were fifth grade students and the sampling technique was a total sampling of 50 students. The data collection technique uses a test consisting of a pre-test and post-test, each with 20 multiple choice questions. The results of the trial test on 20 students and validity were obtained with r count = 0.765 with a significance level of 5% with rtable = 0.404. Reliability test with index r11 = 0.773 with high category reliability. The difference between questions is in the good and very good categories, while the difficulty level of the questions is in the categories of 25% easy, 50% medium and 25% difficult. Furthermore, the differentiating power of the test was found to be 15% of questions in the very good category, 35% in the good category, 50% in the quite good category. Descriptive data analysis techniques related to the description of the achievement of mastery of science learning outcomes on the ecosystem matter in the low category were 6 people (24%), in the medium category 11 people (44%) and in the high category 8 people (32%). The pre-test and post-test normality tests for the experimental class obtained sig values of 0.286 > 0.05 and 0.156 > 0.05, which means the data is normally distributed. The homogeneity test obtained a significance value of 0.992 > 0.05, which means the data is homogeneous. Test the hypothesis using an independent sample test and obtain a t count of 1.73 and t table = 1.677 because t count > t table then ho is rejected, which means that there is an influence of the use of Big Book media on the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Inpres Perumnas 2 Waena.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mempunyai kewajiban sentral dalam membimbing dan menumbuhkan kinerja practitioner di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjabarkan hasil strategi dan pelaksanaan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja practitioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di beberapa sekolah menengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen kebijakan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap motivasi dan kinerja practitioner. Kepala sekolah yang bisa memberikan arahan yang nyata, memberdayakan staf, dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, mendorong terciptanya budaya pembelajaran yang dinamis di sekolah. Selain itu, kebijakan penilaian kinerja practitioner yang transparan dan berorientasi pengembangan turut berperan dalam merangsang upaya pengembangan diri para pendidik. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut mengenai pentingnya peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya mengembangkan program pelatihan kepemimpinan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman kepala sekolah dalam mengelola dan memotivasi tenaga kependidikan. Dengan cara ini, sekolah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dan menyediakan lingkungan yang mendorong peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji relevansi konsep pendidikan Ibnu Sina di SMKS TI Muhammadiyah 11 Sibuluan. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui relevansi pendidikan Ibnu Sina dan menganalisis penerapannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), fokus pada pendekatan Kualitatif untuk menghasilkan data deskriptif. Metode ini melibatkan analisis, sintesis, dan evaluasi terhadap literatur yang relevan seperti buku, jurnal, dan dokumen lainnya. Untuk meningkatkan keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi data dengan membandingkan berbagai sumber dan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis dengan reduksi data untuk menyajikan temuan yang komprehensif, kemudian dianalisis untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan yang mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Ibnu Sina mengemukakan konsep pendidikan yang mencakup tujuan, kurikulum, metode, dan guru. Tujuan pendidikan diklasifikasikan meliputi jasmani, budi pekerti, dan keterampilan, serta membagi kurikulum berdasarkan jenjang usia. Metode pembelajarannya meliputi talqin, demonstrasi, keteladanan, diskusi, magang, penugasan, tarhib, dan targhib. Guru, menurutnya, harus menjadi teladan dengan sifat-sifat seperti akal sehat, agama yang kuat, berakhlakul karimah, pemahaman tentang peserta didik, berwibawa, kepribadian yang tangguh, wawasan luas, tutur kata yang sopan, pintar, terpelajar, berpenampilan yang baik dan rapi, dan hati yang tulus. Meskipun pemikirannya tidak dilahirkan di era modern, konsep pendidikan Ibnu Sina masih relevan dan selaras dengan nilai-nilai Islam dari Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah, sehingga dapat mengembangkan dan memudahkan dalam proses pencapaian tujuan pendidikan baik secara lembaga maupun nasional.

Abstract

Educational quality is a complex and multifaceted issue. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the education program at MAS Al-Washliyah using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model to improve educational quality. This study employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Thematic data analysis is used to analyze the data. The findings reveal that the education program at MAS Al-Washliyah has made some progress, but there are still several obstacles that need to be addressed. Recommendations made in this study are to strengthen the role of stakeholders, improve the quality of teachers and education personnel, provide adequate facilities and infrastructure, and increase community participation in education programs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the relationship between teacher competence in using learning technology and student learning motivation. The study utilized a sample of 30 respondents, collecting data through a questionnaire to measure scores of teacher competence (X) and student learning motivation (Y). Correlation analysis yielded a correlation coefficient (r_xy) of 0.880, indicating a significant positive relationship between the two variables. The findings emphasize the importance of investing in training and developing teachers' abilities to effectively utilize technology as a supportive tool in the learning process. The practical implications of this research underscore the need for ongoing support from schools and governments to facilitate better and adequate integration of technology into the educational curriculum, with the aim of enhancing overall student learning motivation and supporting improved learning outcomes.

Abstract

Rendahnya Motivasi dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran kelas VIII–6. 60% dari 30 anak masih belum memenuhi KKM. Ada banyak murid di sini. Tujuan penelitian penulis adalah untuk mengetahui apakah dengan mengajarkan siswa kelas VIII–6 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran cara melempar bola salju dengan menggunakan bola kertas akan meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Dalam penelitian ini, empat proses digunakan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Siswa SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran kelas VIII–VII ikut serta dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus, dengan dua sesi pada setiap siklusnya. Berdasarkan penelitian, siswa kelas VIII–6 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran dapat berprestasi belajar materi artikel ilmiah populer mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang lebih baik apabila menggunakan teknik pembelajaran melempar bola salju dengan bola kertas. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah dengan bantuan paradigma pembelajaran lempar bola salju semoga pembelajaran kedepannya dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain and determine the influence of the Learning Process variables, Understanding the Use of ICT and Learning Satisfaction on Learning Improvement both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of partial hypothesis testing calculations obtained a value of tcount > ttable or 5.618 > 1.978 and the significance obtained was 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that partially the Learning Process had a positive and significant effect on Learning Improvement. The results of partial hypothesis testing calculations obtained a value of tcount > ttable or 4.539 > 1.978 and the significance obtained was 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that partially understanding the use of ICT had a positive and significant effect on improving learning. The results of partial hypothesis testing calculations obtained a value of tcount > ttable or 2.5658 > 1.978 and the significance obtained was 0.011 < 0.05, meaning that partially Learning Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Learning Improvement.

Abstract

Physical education and sports (PES) play a crucial role in the holistic development of individuals, particularly in physical, mental, and social health. Primary schools (SD) serve as an ideal setting for instilling healthy and active lifestyles through effective sports education. At SD IT Haudhin Ilma Kota Langkat, serious attention is given to this aspect. Therefore, an evaluation of the sports education methods employed in the school is essential to ensure the achievement of desired physical education goals. This study employs a qualitative method with an observational analysis approach to assess the sports education process at SD IT Haudhin Ilma Kota Langkat. The research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of sports education methods applied at SD IT Haudhin Ilma Kota Langkat. Consequently, it is anticipated that this study will contribute positively to the development and enhancement of sports education processes at the primary school level.
