This study aims to describe how effective the implementation of religious activities is in the midst of pandemic COVID-19 in Tutong Village. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research subject is the Ustadz or Ustadzah in recitation at the children's recitation place. Ustadz the leader of the weekly Islamic study, as well as several people who take part in the weekly study. The research instrument used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The result showed that religious activities carried out in the midst of pandemic were effective, both in the implementation of routine assesment and children's recitation. There are no obstacles in the implementation of the two activities, and there is also noregulation requiring all participants who participate in recitation to wear masks, but in children recitation place, student are required to maintain personal hygienie. As for the two religious activities, the Ustdaz or Ustadzah always provide education about COVID-19 to children's recitation student and to routine recitation participants every week.

Keragaman Negara Indonesia dari mulai agama, suku, ras, bahasa dan lain, membuat Indonesia menjadi Negara yang sering terjadi konflik. Salah satu pemicu konflik yang paling sering adalah sempitnya masyarakat memahami agama Islam sehingga banyak diantara mereka menjadi eskstrimisme. Untuk mengatasi semua ini, diperlukan penerapan dari nilai-nilai ukhuwwah dan Islam wasathiyah. Nilai-nilai tersebut berupa sikap saling menyayangi, toleransi, tidak berlebihan dalam bersikap, bersikap â€˜adil dan selalu mengedapankan kepentingan bersama dengan cara mufakat. Penelitian ini menggunkan penelitian library research (penelitian kepustakaan) dengan mengumpulkan semua sumber-sumber dari buku jurnal dan lain-lain kemudian mengkajinya kedalam kajian tematik dengan cara menulusuri ayat-ayat yang semakna.

In 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic has become a global problem and has an impact on all aspects of life, including education. The learning process in all educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the educational institutions affected by this pandemic is the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ). The Covid-19 pandemic made the government try to suppress the spread of Covid-19, with that the government issued a policy to all educational institutions to close, then switched to Distance Learning (PJJ) and Learning From Home (BDR). Many of the educational institutions carry out an online learning process (online), but not all levels of society are able to adapt to the online learning process, especially those in rural areas. So this research aims to obtain information about the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the learning process at TPQ. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. In this study, 5 respondents were selected, namely TPQ teachers in Kutelintang Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. The results of this study obtained information that the learning process at TPQ took place face-to-face, and generally the learning process at TPQ was less effective because there were too many holidays. So that it has an impact on students, teachers and parents. In addition, TPQ also played an important role in disseminating the Covid-19 pandemic to students.

The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has caused unrest for all levels of society. The virus, whose symptoms are similar to SARS, not only affects a person's physical condition, but also affects psychological, social, and economic conditions. Among the general population, people infected with this virus or COVID-19 patients are more likely to experience changes in psychological, social, and economic conditions. This study aims to describe the impact of COVID-19 on psychological, social, and economic changes in patients in Dendang village Langkat regency, North Sumatera. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with interview techniques to patients who have undergone treatment and recovered. The results showed that there were changes in the psychological, social, and economic aspects of COVID-19 patients. Psychologically, patients experience changes ranging from fear, sadness, depression, decreased motivation to trauma. While the social impact, patients get different treatment and views from society. Then, economically, patients experience a decrease in income so that it is difficult to meet their food needs.

Pandemi virus corona mulai menyebar di Indonesia sejak awal tahun 2020 dengan penyebaran yang sangat cepat sehingga pemerintah Indonesia mengimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat untuk melakukan social distancing, mengikuti protokol kesehatan, dan mengisolasi untuk meminimalisir penularan virus corona. Saat ini Indonesia memiliki 457.735 orang dengan status dikonfirmasi, 57.604 berstatus aktif, 385.094 berstatus sembuh, dan 15.037 berstatus meninggal. The Covid-19 phenomenon around the world is getting worse day by day. The covid 19 pandemic has put the world's economy in uncertainty. However, not only in the economic sector, one of the effects of this pandemic is also being felt in the education sector. Students and school have been sent home and closed. Therefore, learning must be done at home. Teachers are confused about finding the right learning method for students, then they have to ask parents for help in learning. A new problem resurfaced. Parents struggle to manage work and childcare. Moreover, Islamic Education, which must be really ascertained whether you already understand or not will have a big impact in the future. This study aims to see how the role of parents in accompanying children in learning Islam at home. Qualitative research methodology using exploratory study case method. In this study, respondents were 8 parents of students in various schools in Banyuasin. Interviews were conducted semi-structured with a list of questions compiled for interviews developed based on related literature. Respondents were selected using a purposive method. The results of this study are that there are several impacts or safety as parents and students in online teaching and learning activities and the application of face-to-face learning zoning in schools are ineffectiveness in the learning process, especially regarding the implementation of practices in Islamic education, lack of using technology and additional work for parents. in accompanying children and the limited knowledge of parents in Islamic Education.

This research aims to describe the attitudes in preventing the spread of Covid-19 of the villagers of Gampong Lampuuk and Gampong Cot Suruy, Aceh Besar. It uses a case study of the qualitative approach. Data is collected by using observation and interview techniques and analyzed by using the thematic technique. There are positive responses from the community who received counseling on the prevention of Covid-19, although the level of public concern about Covid-19 was low due to the distrust of the existence of the Corona virus. Followed the World Health Organization (WHO) declaration of the existence of Covid-19 as a pandemic on March 11, 2020, The Indonesian government issued some regulations related to preventing the spread of Covid-19. The realization of each regulation involves the central government, local government, head of the villagers, and the whole society. Specifically, The head of the villagers (Geuchik) and health workers mobilize outreach activities to prevent the pandemic. In fact, not all people are willing to apply health protocols for preventing the spread of the disease.

This research aims to describe the accuracy in the distribution of social assistance during Covid-19 to the people of Gampong Sapik and Air Berudang. It uses a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, and analysis using thematic techniques. The distribution of social assistance has received a positive response from the community because it can help the economy of residents in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, even though there are several polemics that have occurred due to incorrect data used and several other obstacles. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 54 / HUK / 2020 regarding the Implementation of Basic Food Social Assistance and Social Cash Assistance in Handling the Impact of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), the Government realizes social assistance to people affected by Covid-19 which involves the Central Government, regional governments and heads of villages in distributing it to the community.

The government is expected to develop a public service paradigm from a centralized service to a service that focuses more on community satisfaction-oriented management. Moreover, the village apparatus (gampong in Acehnese language) as part of the state apparatus has a direct relationship so that they should better understand the living conditions of the people who are within the scope of their administration. In this case, the author takes a case study of the Gampong Empee Trieng Government, where the author performed community service tasks. To meet the demands of excellent administrative services, Gampong government officials are required to provide good services, especially in providing professional services, having work systems and service procedures that are transparent, integrated, responsive, and adaptive to any changes. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative research that will provide an overview of how the performance of the Gampong Empee Trieng government in improving the quality of public services for its people. The three principles of government administration that focus on public services will be used as indicators to measure the quality of public services in Gampong Empee Trieng, Darul Kamal District, Aceh Besar District.

The gampong government is a group of people the community has trusted because of their abilities and good backgrounds. In this case, the role of the gampong government is closely related to fostering religious activities. Because it is used as a guide for religious activities in the community, we want to know what roles the village government plays in fostering religious activities. The existence of religious activities is fundamental in human life, especially during a pandemic recently. This study uses a qualitative method that aims to find out the kind of activities in the village Ie Masen. This study found that teaching and learning tajwÄ«d and reading Al-Quran activities are fully supported by the gampong Doy Banda Aceh government.
