<![CDATA[Parents' treatment of children will affect children's attitudes and behavior. One of the efforts made to form good character is with parental assistance in the form of parenting. Parents should prepare with knowledge to find the right parenting style in educating children. In his theory, Harlock states that there are three types of parenting patterns, namely democratic, authoritarian and permissive parenting. Providing the right parenting style for children can optimize children's growth and development. All of this is certainly inseparable from the role of parents, because children's behavior is a reflection of parental care, all behavior is no exception to empathetic behavior which is the result of the learning process from the environment, both directly and indirectly. This research is motivated by the problems found at SMPN 174 Jakarta while conducting PLP 2 activities for 2 months. The problem found by researchers is that the empathy of students at SMPN 174 Jakarta is quite low because there is a mismatch in the parenting patterns given by parents to their children. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of parenting on empathy. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The type of research used is correlational. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaire distribution techniques. The population used is students in class VIII D, E F, SMPN 174 Jakarta, each class totaling 10 people and using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results showed that based on the results obtained after conducting a simple linear analysis, the sig. value amounted to 0.149, which is based on the interpretation guidelines if the Significance value> 0.05 then there is no influence between parental parenting on student empathy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to reveal and find out how financial management accountability practices are carried out from the perspective of cultural values contained in the Friday alms community of South Sulawesi. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods that take the Friday Sulbar alms community as a research site. Data collection was done in a natural setting through participatory observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique uses a modified and simplified Smith analysis model in the form of transcripts. The results showed that the SJS Community interprets the cultural value of malaqbiq in the practice of accountability by members of the Sulbar Friday alms community, from every practice action produced; there are values that surround it, namely the value of Malaqbiq. Financial management in the South Sulawesi Friday Alms community goes through two processes, namely the planning and implementation process. Planning is carried out in small discussions through Whatsapp groups, which involve all competent and involved elements in the organization. The process of implementing alms at the South Sulawesi Friday Alms Community is carried out in accordance with several existing programs. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted in Bangko Permata Village, Bangko Pusako Rokan Hilir District. The purpose of the study was to find out: 1) the Tiktok User Phenomenon for Teenagers and 2) Tiktok Trends towards the Teenager Lifestyle. This study used qualitative research methods by taking 5 research subjects aged 16-19 years. This study used purposive sampling techniques through data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used is lifestyle theory according to David Chaney and Jean P Baudrillard. The results of field research can be concluded that the phenomenon of using TikTok for teenagers, namely teenagers, means that TikTok is an application as entertainment when tired of all school activities, the reason the subject uses TikTok is because TikTok is an application that has many filters, features, and trends that make it exciting even though it is only 15-30 seconds. The existence of tiktok trends in the lives of teenagers affects lifestyles such as fashion in dressing, research subjects usually choose clothes according to their tastes or trending models and also influence eating behavior that follows the type of food that is popular. TikTok trends also affect the style of language in the lives of teenagers such as using slang more often in communicating. Teenagers' free time is spent more on activities such as hanging out with friends to create TikTok content, but there are also those who spend their free time sleeping]]>

<![CDATA[The recent outbreak of the Covid-19 virus presents new challenges for government agencies to manage their financial performance and financial reporting responsibly. Financial analysis is needed to analyze how the position and financial performance, and evaluate the operational performance of an agency in the future. The impact of this pandemic was also felt by Paser district with a decrease in regional economic growth. The purpose of this study is to understand how operational and financial performance in the Paser district local government in the period 2020 to 2021. This study uses a descriptive-quantitative approach by examining the calculation of the level of financial independence, efficiency and effectiveness, and also regional operations including the allocation of operating and capital expenditure costs. The results of the study show that Paser district is generally in a good financial position, but there are still some financial aspects that need to be improved in the coming financial year. Paser Regency needs to be more specific in setting revenue targets during the Covid-19 pandemic by observing trends in regional economic development and the possibility of enacting and implementing policies that maximize Local Original revenues so that they do not always depend on the contribution of the central government. <![CDATA[Polysemy is a word that has more than one meaning and each meaning is related in one context and is also listed in the same entry in a dictionary. In Mandarin, the phenomenon of polysemy is also found, one of which is the word看 kàn. This study will describe the extended meaning of the word看 kàn and explain the relationship between the basic meaning and the extended meaning. Data were collected from the novel你是我的荣耀 nǐ shì wǒ de róng yào data source. The data is then analyzed by determining the classification of the meaning of the word 看 kàn and classified according to the type of meaning. Furthermore, this study explains the relationship between the basic meaning and the extended meaning of the word 看 kàn. From the data obtained through data sources, it is concluded that there are 6 extended meanings of the word看 kàn. The extended meanings found are: observe, consider, depend on, visit, diagnose; treat, take care of. Based on the results of the study, all the extended meanings of the word 看 kàn taken from the data source has semantic relationship with the basic meaning.]]>

<![CDATA[Today, the role of Human Capital Management HCM is very important to make the company business more competitive in the global economic competition. Human capital must retain the top talent employee, beside it must make the employees engage with the company. Providing the best employee value proposition that fits with the company's ability and conditions is the one's element of the company's strategy to make employee engagement. Employees who are engaged will be committed and do more than expected to the company. Employee branding can't be forced but as a willingness and self-awareness that requires emotional link between employee and company. This connection is called an employee engagement. This research attempts to explore the roles and the impacts of HCM in employee branding. The methods used in the research are qualitative with descriptive models The sampling of collecting data is through observation, interview, and questionnaire sent directly to 50 employees as respondents. The results indicate that the Human Capital Management has the roles and impacts to the employee branding directly and undirectly.]]>

<![CDATA[This journal article aims to explore Martin Heidegger's concept of thinking about building and dwelling, and how it is interpreted in the world of architecture, especially contemporary architecture. Heidegger, an important philosopher in the 20th century, proposed revolutionary ideas about architecture that went beyond the traditional view of buildings/dwellings as inanimate objects. He expressed his views on the relationship between people, place, and space and how humans actually space in space (earth as space), and the importance of understanding the essence of” building and dwelling” properly. <![CDATA[Indonesia's economic situation after the Covid pandemic is experiencing recovery with a slow increase in sales of small business products. One type of travel business that almost went bankrupt due to the absence of income during the pandemic has also started to carry out its business activities. This increase in activity is in line with government policies that have allowed normal business activities. However, in this post-pandemic situation, many things must be adjusted by business actors in the field of travel because people's travel needs may experience significant changes. This research aims to test innovations that will be carried out in the travel business model. This trial is essential to improve business continuity in the post-pandemic period. This research strategy uses a case study in Arjuna Travel Corner. The qualitative research approach uses data collection techniques with interviews and observations. The results showed that the new business model implemented by Arjuna Travel Corner has been valid, following the wants and needs of consumers. This research can be used as a reference for further research related to this field. Practitioners of this research are expected to be input for decision-making in carrying out business model innovations on related objects. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parental attention and juvenile delinquency towards the actions and behavior of adolescents in their relationships in the school or community environment. With a total population of 320 people consisting of 8 classes and each class consists of 40 students. With the sample used as many as 40 students. the results of the Linearity test are known to be the value of Sig. Deviation From Linearity (2-tailed) of 0.870 > 0.05. With the product moment correlation test with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.005. So there is a relationship between parental attention and juvenile delinquency in students of SMPN 29 Jakarta.]]>
