<![CDATA[The importance of Instagram as a social media that is useful as a platform for spreading information and communication. The effectiveness of the dissemination of information and communication is certainly influenced by the content posted on Instagram. This is of course related to content criteria that match the audience on social media Instagram. This study discusses the application of design principles to Instagram kpu diy. This study aims to determine the application of existing design principles to content on Instagram by the General Election Commission of the Special Region of Yogyakarta as an information center for the community. This research was analyzed by theoretical and empirical studies, then described and interpreted based on the research results. The population in this study uses the DIY KPU Instagram feed design. The sample in this study uses a simple random sampling technique, namely choosing a design that is less relevant or in accordance with existing design principles. The results of research on this design can be described based on an analysis of some of the content that is not in accordance with the principles of graphic design which will then be related to the information conveyed to the audience whether it meets the information needs of the readers. The results of this study can be concluded that the Diy KPU's Instagram found some content that was not in accordance with design principles, and also information about elections that was conveyed on the Diy KPU's content was mostly covered with internal KPU DIY information]]>

<![CDATA[This study focuses on School Culture on Yanindo Middle School Students' Confidence. The objectives to be achieved from this research are: To explain the positive impact of student self-confidence in school culture, to explain that student self-confidence plays an important role in a good school culture, to find out the self-confidence of Yanindo Middle School students and to find out whether there is an influence of school culture on trust student self. The sample studied in this study consisted of 46 students, namely all Yanindo Middle School students, using the saturated sample technique as a data collection method. Data collection techniques Data collection uses questionnaires and observations with Likert scale measurements and performs descriptive analysis of variables, prerequisite analysis tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this study were obtained based on simple linear regression analysis which produced a significance value of 0.000 which, if based on the interpretation guidelines of the results, indicated that there was an effect of 52.8% in the medium category between school culture on self-confidence indicating a positive direction which if If the school culture is carried out well, the higher the student's self-confidence.]]>

<![CDATA[The prelimary field study that inspired this research found that peer connection is crucial for childer’s social and personal growth. Peer’s ability to serve as an information and comparison source outside the family is one of their most crucial roles. Everyone receives evaluations on their skills from their peers. One of the elements that affects a person’s self-efficacy is peer interaction. Peer interaction, as we all know, has a significant influence on a child’s development. Low self-efficacy in demonstating one’s one conduct can also have an impact on student learning results. This study sought to ascertain how peer interaction with students in grade XI at SMA Negeri 3 Cibinong affected their sense of self-efficacy. The researcher might make judgments based on the study. Correlational quantitative research methodology are used in this study along side as quantitive approach. 65 grade XI students from SMA Negeri 3 Cibinong made up the study’s sample through the data that was gathered using a basic random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques used questionnaire and observation methods with Likert scale measurements and conducted descriptive analysis of variables, prerequisite analysis tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that there is an influence of 18,9% with a moderate category between peer interaction on self-efficacy showing positive development, with the higher peer interaction, the higher self-efficacy of students. The results of this study were obtaines base on simple linear regression analysis, which produces a significance value of 0,000.]]>

<![CDATA[The Cough Shortness interactive module is a medium that was developed to facilitate students' independent learning at the comprehensive stage, in order to increase the graduation rate for UKMPPD participants at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Riau. This study aims to determine the success of an interactive module that was developed by measuring the increase in user knowledge of the module and the level of user acceptance (usability). This research is a quantitative study using an experimental one group pretest post-test design to assess increased knowledge and quantitative descriptive to see user acceptance of the cough and tightness interactive module using 2 questionnaires, namely the System Usability Scale (SUS), User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) . This research was conducted at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Riau in September – November 2022. The results of this study showed an increase in mana knowledge with a different test between the average pre-test score of 57.91 and the average post-test of 82.83, paired sample T-test shows the difference with sig. (2–tailed) of 0.000 (p <0.05). The SUS score of 71 indicates that the interactive cough shortness module is developed in the acceptability ranges obtained are "acceptable" which means acceptable. On the grade scale, the category "C" is obtained and on the adjective ratings, the category "good" is obtained. The overall UEQ score has an average value of 1.52 with a "good" interpretation. Pragmatic quality has an average value of 1.80 with an "excellent" interpretation, for hedonic quality has an average value of 1.22 with a "good" interpretation. With the results of this study it can be concluded that the interactive cough and shortness of breath module succeeded in facilitating users to learn independently, by showing good acceptance from users of the interactive modules that were developed and able to increase user knowledge]]>

<![CDATA[Developments in the world in the economic field in the Indonesian and international regions have greatly encouraged a lot of competition for business people who are passionate about competing. This study aims to measure the profit growth of manufacturing companies that will be sampled. The variables used are the dependent and independent variables, while the dependent variable is profit growth. The independent variables include the financial ratios of trun on assets, Net Provit Margin and Return on Assets. This study uses panel data regression model testing with several tests. The results of the analysis show that partially the financial ratios of total assets turnover and return on assets have an effect on profit growth while the financial ratios of net profit margin have no effect on profit growth in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Then the data used in this study as many as 20 companies have fulfilled the classic assumptions which include normally distributed data, no multicollinearity symptoms occur, there are problems with heteroscedasticity symptoms. The results of this study can provide information for the public or investors by choosing high quality companies by looking at profit growth and corporate financial statements]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by a preliminary study of the field based on the results of observations and filling out questionnaires that researchers conducted on the object of class VIII students and research subjects at SMP Negeri 20 Jakarta school, where everyone does things that are considered a joke in a relationship that ends up commenting on each other and mocking both verbally and physically without realizing it becomes a normalized thing in the environment. This study aims to determine and describe how the level of bodyshaming behavior in adolescents based on gender, as well as see how big the level of bodyshaming among adolescents. The population of this study were 176 students of SMP Negeri 20 Jakarta class VIII. The sample of this study consisted of 122 samples with propotional random sampling technique. This research uses descriptive quantitative where it looks deeper, describes, explains things as they are, and draws conclusions from observable phenomena using numbers between existing variables. This research technique looks for percentages. As a way to find out how much the level of the variable is, the researcher uses parametric data analysis with the calculation of mode, median, mean, standard deviation and percentage calculation. The results obtained with a higher significance of the level of tendency of respondents in this study gender or male sex as many as 67 obtained the results of 41.70% while 55 female respondents obtained 31.91% who could answer from the total of all bodyshaming level instruments based on gender. This means that the level of bodyshaming among adolescents based on male gender is higher than female towards bodyshaming behavior]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between democratic parenting on student independence at MTsN 1 Tangerang City. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. This study uses a sample technique taken with certain considerations, namely purposive sampling technique with consideration of the criteria for students who are parented using democratic parenting. Thus in this study an initial survey was conducted using a questionnaire questionnaire to find out students who met the research criteria category. In this study, the sample size that met the research criteria after going through the initial research stage using a questionnaire questionnaire was 57. The results showed 11 students with a high level of democratic parenting, 38 students with a moderate level of democratic parenting and 8 students with a low level of democratic parenting. The results of the level of independence show that there are 12 students with a high level of independence, 40 students with a moderate level of independence and 6 students with a low level of independence. The results of this study resulted in a value of 0.003 which based on these results shows the presence of 13.3% where if democratic parenting is carried out well, the higher the independence of students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of spending treasurers in the work units of the Maluku Regional Police. The background of this research is the Performance of Expenditure Treasurers at the Moluccas Polda Satker where there are several personnel who are dissatisfied with the results of their work because the results of the work carried out by Financial staff at the Maluku Polda Satker are often not assessed well by partners and leaders where the results of the work carried out have not received maximum value in managing and financial accountability. This study uses quantitative research by collecting data that is measured using statistical, mathematical and computational techniques. With a total sample of 80 (eighty) respondents. And using regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 software. The findings from this study indicate that workload has a positive and insignificant impact on the Performance of Treasurers for Spending SATKER Staff of the Maluku Regional Police, the Work Environment has a positive and insignificant impact on the Performance of Treasurers of Spending SATKER for the Maluku Regional Police. As for Job Satisfaction, it has a positive and insignificant impact on the Performance of the Treasurer's Expenditures for Work Units for the Maluku Regional Police. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Harris Suites FX Sudirman restaurants. This study uses a survey type of research. The population in this study were consumers of the Harris Suites FX Sudirman restaurant. The sample used is consumers who know the existence of the Harris Cafe brand. The sampling technique used in this study was slovin with a sample size of 399 respondents. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by a preliminary study of the field based on the results of observations and interviews that researchers conducted with one of the students who had hedonic lifestyle behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine a relationship between self-concept and hedonistic lifestyle of class X students of SMA Negeri 7 Depok. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation method. The population in the study was 291 students. With the sample test results totaling 44 students with sampling techniques using simple random sampling where the sampling of sample members from the population is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in the population. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to students using google form. This research technique has a normal and linear distribution. As for how to determine the relationship between variables x and y, researchers used parametric data analysis with the Moment Product Correlation test method. The results obtained with a significant -0.070 if r> 0.05 then it is stated that there is no relationship between variables x and y.]]>
