Abstract

In 2019 Kopi Jaga Cirebon joined the cafe industry in Indonesia and succeeded in surviving until now for a period of 4 years. Kopi Jaga Cirebon always maintains its existence in the sector of coffee drinks and non-coffee. In preserving its existence, Kopi Jaga Cirebon also creates a comfortable cafe atmosphere equipped with public facilities so that Kopi Jaga Cirebon customers can enjoy drinks while relaxing at Kopi Jaga Cirebon. This research was conducted to find out how influential the store atmosphere towards the customers' purchasing decisions at Kopi Jaga Cirebon. To find out this, the researcher conducted the study using a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis along with the result of the Hypothesis Test. The researcher used ways by spreading questionnaires and observation for collecting data. The result of the T-test is T count > T table. Then, the significance value is 0.00 < 0.05. Therefore, the store atmosphere gives some positive effects on the purchasing decisions at Kopi Jaga Cirebon. The formulation of the multiple linear regression test equation is Y = 11.401+0.240X1+0.167X2+0.640X3+0.145X4 wherein every time there is a store atmosphere there will be an increase of 34.6% to the purchasing decision obtained from the test results of the coefficient of determination. The conclusion is that store atmosphere influences purchasing decisions at Kopi Jaga Cirebon so that managers can maintain and improve each indicator of the store atmosphere (X) to improve each indicator on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

Problems related to changes in the structure of employment opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the existence of competency gaps faced by vocational schools in the field of tourism today. The SMK revitalization program that is currently running has a very important role as an effort to prepare SMK graduates to become skilled workers who are ready to work in various economic sectors such as agriculture, industry, tourism, and even the creative economy. This program also answers problems related to the preparation of superior human resources to process economic potential spread throughout Indonesia. The Teaching Factory is part of ten steps to revitalize vocational schools launched by the government, but it feels not optimal. This phenomenon arises so that vocational schools in the tourism sector can implement teaching factory programs in accordance with project-based learning. The research method uses a quantitative approach with secondary data collection techniques such as questionnaires and interviews. In addition, data collection in the form of tourism education curriculum is a source of data in primary data collection techniques. The analysis method uses quantitative content, exploratory, and descriptive analysis. The findings are expected to be able to answer the targets of this study which includes identifying the distribution of the SMK Tourism teaching factory management program in Bandung City based on project based learning to increase entrepreneurial interest of SMK students.

Abstract

Tax avoidance terjadi melalui suatu usaha bisnis yang legal untuk menurunkan beban pajak dalam suatu perusahaan. Tax avoidance yang dibayarkan oleh perusahaan memiliki konsekuensi yang sangat besar pada pendapatan negara. Perusahaan yang melakukan penghindaran pajak karena beban yang begitu tinggi sehingga harus melakukan penghindaran pajak. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui kepatuhan wajib pajak terhadap program tax avoidance diproksikan dengan Cash Effetive Tax Rate (CETR) dengan mengetahui seberapa banyak jumlah dewan komisaris independen yang di proksikan dengan (KI), Leverage diproksikan dengan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Ukuran Perusahaan diproksikan dengan Ln (total aset). Penelitian ini memilih sektor dibidang jasa sebagai populasi dan dengan teknik purposive sampling mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 159 pada periode (2020-2022) dengan kriteria yang telah mengikuti program tax avoidance dan terkumpul data keuangan sebanyak 195 data pada periode (2020-2022) yang diambil merupakan data sekunder didapati dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, secara simultan Komisaris Independen, Leverage dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Tax Avoidance. Secara Parsial Komisaris Independen dan Leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Tax Avoidance pada sektor Property dan Real Estate pada periode 2020-2022 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

This article provides an in-depth, systematic literature review on the positive impact of e-WOM in the tourism village marketing context. The purpose of this study is to determine the research gap, trend or impact pattern of positive e-wom from the research keyword, namely Positive E- Wom using the Publish or Perish application as a search for the Research Journal database and Vos Viewer as a graphical visualization for determining research gaps. Through systematic literature research methodology, filtered and analyzed various relevant articles from various databases. The results illustrate the various positive impacts of e-WOM. Based on the curated results of research sources, only 100 articles were relevant to the 2018-2023 research time interval from several databases. Based on the research gap analysis using the Mendeley Application and Vos Viewer, the keywords that are relevant to Positive E-Wom research are obtained, namely tourist destination, destination image, intention, positive impact, tourism, Social Medium, Tourist Satisfaction, decision and which has the lowest Research Gap or Variables rarely studied which affect positive E-wom are tourist destination, intention, negative impact/anxiety, enjoyment, esthetic, escapism, authenticity and memorable tourism experience, social media context, symbolic value, tourist delight which are variables that are not visible in the VOS viewer visualization. In this context, positive e-WOM also has a viral effect that is able to reach a wide audience in a short time, as well as encourage active tourist participation in providing feedback and reviews.

Abstract

The advances in information and communication technology have many benefits for everyone in everyday life. The use of the internet to surf information by the Indonesian people is extremely high, including universities students. The convenience provided by smartphones to many groups is also inseparable from the negative impact that stalks internet users (social media) in Indonesian universities in the form of online sexual violence. Along with the massive spread of COVID-19 from 2020 to 2021, this negative impact has been transformed into the form of online gender-based sexual violence on various campuses. Revenge porn is the spreading of sexual information that is displayed in the form of pictures, photos or videos. Revenge porn is included in cases of sexual violence, where the victims are not only women but also men, can also become victims of the revenge porn act. These actions have been widely carried out to make victims famous by dropping victims psychologically and physically. This phenomenon has finally caused polemics both internally and externally on campus in responding to the challenges of the high number of online gender-based sexual violence cases. The purpose of this study is to examine the social, cultural, legal, and political aspects of the high number of revenge porn cases in universities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Technology-based fundraising or crowdfunding has become a popular trend in corporate funding thanks to the development of the internet. This research uses a normative juridical method by examining library materials to analyze legal protection in crowdfunding services based on the Investment Law and the Capital Market Law. The results showed that legal protection of crowdfunding activities has not been maximized. There is legal uncertainty regarding OJK regulations that are responsible for losses due to third party errors. There needs to be more detailed rules regarding liability in this case. In addition, the current legal structure in the crowdfunding activity platform is considered not clear enough in risk reduction and loss prevention for users. The lack of information due to the low level of knowledge of the Indonesian people about crowdfunding is also a challenge in efforts to protect actors and users from the risks of this activity. Nevertheless, crowdfunding activities have great potential in improving the Indonesian economy after the recession due to the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of creativity, taste, intention, the principle of independence, and knowledge of taxation on the interest of accounting students to become tax consultants. The results of this study indicate that Creativity, Taste, Intention, the Principle of Independence, and Knowledge of Taxation have a positive effect on the interest of accounting students to become tax consultants. This study uses a quantitative description method and primary data using a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study was 103 respondents from students of the 2018 and 2019 Accounting Study Programs, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Sampling in this study used a snowball sampling technique. Data was taken using a Google form questionnaire. This study shows that creativity, taste, and intention do not have a positive effect on the interest of accounting students to become tax consultants, while the principle of independence and knowledge of taxation have a positive effect on the interest of accounting students to become tax consultants.

Abstract

This research was conducted by researchers because it was motivated by several phenomena that occurred at SMK X Kota Tangerang, namely the use of smartphones which resulted in less interest in learning and increased student procrastination behavior. as a result of using a smartphone so that the test or test scores drop, submitting assignments not on time or not submitting assignments at all, looking for answers to exams or tests using a smartphone, when in the online learning process there are often students who disappear from online learning because they are preoccupied with activities on smartphones either whether playing games or other social media, when offline learning takes place there are students who are engrossed in playing smartphones so they don't listen to the teacher's explanation. The formulation of the problem in this study is how much is the use of smartphones for students at SMK X Tangerang City, how much is the interest in learning students at SMK X Tangerang City, how much is the procrastination behavior of students at SMK X Tangerang City, is there any effect of using smartphones on students' learning interest in SMK X Kota Tangerang, is there any effect of smartphone use on students' procrastination behavior at SMK X Kota Tangerang. The results of the research conducted are the use of smartphones by 81% of respondents including the medium category, student learning interest of 66% of respondents in the medium category, student procrastination behavior of 49% of respondents in the low category, there is a significant influence between the use of smartphones on student interest in learning and a significant value of 0.040 <0.050 and tcount of 2.088 is greater than ttable (1.99), there is a significant effect between smartphone use on students' procrastination behavior at SMK X Kota Tangerang with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount of 3.776 bigger than ttable (1.99).

Abstract

A tear of the birth canal becomes the second cause of postpartum hemorrhage. Technique straning can affect the occurrence of perineal rupture in mothers who give birth spontaneously. The biggest cause of maternal death is bleeding, which is 30.3% and old partus is the lowest cause at 1.8%, but better treatment is needed so that it does not occur during labor (Ministry of Health, 2018). This study aims to analyze how to straining with incidence of perineal rupture in maternity mothers in Kala II Labor at PMB Sukasari Village, Rumpin District, Bogor Regency. The research method used is an observational analytical with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 55 people with a sample of 35 primiparous mothers. This research instrument uses SOP observation sheets for how to run and partograph sheets. Data processing is carried out univariately and bivariately with Chi Square Test with the help of SPSS computer program. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship how to straining the Valsalva technique and the perineal rupture whith a volue ρ = 0.004 < α = 0.005 indicating that how to straining the valsava technique affects the incidence of perineal rupture. The results of the study concluded that the way of straining can affect the incidence of perineal rupture at the time of labor. It is recommended that pregnant women in the third trimester can learn to straining properly so that there is no perineal rupture at the time of delivery

Abstract

Research objectives: (1) To analyze and explain whether existing regulations are able to provide protection for women victims of sexual violence. (2) To analyze and explain how the police provide legal protection for women victims of sexual violence. This study uses empirical research methods. This method is used to review or analyze primary data in the form of data in the field where the writer researched and the results of direct interviews and electronic questionnaires (e-questionnaires) submitted to respondents and then connected with secondary data in the form of legal materials to analyze legal protection women victims of sexual violence in the city of Makassar. The results of research related to legal protection for women victims of sexual violence in the city of Makassar have not been maximized, this is because the TPKS Law has not been implemented optimally, and during the last five years, the number of sexual violence has been quite high. In addition, there is no special room for examining victims (taking BAP), so the level of comfort and safety for victims during examinations is still minimal. Research Recommendations: Build a strategy to maximize the implementation of the TPKS Law and Strengthen the Capacity of APH and Facilitators; build maximum coordination of APH and related service institutions.
