<![CDATA[This study intends to understand whether there is an impact of individual counseling on increasing faith in the holy Qur'an in grade 8 students of SMPN 3 PAMARAYAN during semester 2 of the 2022 - 2023 school year or not. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method by collecting data through observation, question and answer, and documents about subjects and subjects of SMP Negeri 3 PAMARAYAN. Based on the results of observations made by researchers, they undergo observation (exploration) and question and answer. Analysis of the results obtained by researchers was then carried out with field tests and activity documentation, after which the researchers concluded with individual consulting services to develop students' self-confidence. Individual counseling services are provided when students' problems can affect student performance in learning and dealing with their environment, often causing embarrassment to students. Like those with low capacity, students with low self-esteem tend to mingle less with their peers and play less of a role in learning because they realize that it is not appropriate to make assumptions and often realize that what they are doing is wrong and very embarrassing when in class. From the results of this observation, it can be found that if there is no excessive psychological impact on the counselee, what must be done is to organize a BMB3 consultant so that the counselee can manage his daily activities as well as possible and tends to follow a good structure.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic has led to changes in people's lifestyles, including their shopping habits, with many preferring to shop online through e-commerce platforms. Women are said to engage more frequently in online shopping due to their susceptibility to discounts. This can foster consumeristic behavior, especially among young adult women, and one influencing factor is self-control. This research aims to empirically examine the influence of self-control on consumeristic behavior among young adult women who use e-commerce during the Covid-19 pandemic. A quantitative method was used in this study, with purposive sampling technique to select 102 respondents of young adult women who frequently shop through e-commerce. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing was conducted through simple regression analysis, and the research results showed that the hypothesis was accepted with a significance value of 0.000 (ρ<0.05) and an R square value of 0.356. This indicates a highly significant influence of self-control on consumeristic behavior, where self-control accounts for 35.6%, while the remaining 64.4% is influenced by other factors not included in the study.]]>

<![CDATA[Pajak kendaraan roda dua merupakan salah satu sumber potensial yang dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pendapatan daerah, namun di UPTD Pelayanan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Bali di Kabupaten Buleleng mengalami penurunan kepatuhan wajib pajak, hal ini menjadi hambatan utama dalam merealisasikan potensi sumber pendanaan bagi pemerintah daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi pelayanan, kualitas pelayanan dan sosialisasi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan roda dua di UPTD Pelayanan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Bali di Kabupaten Buleleng. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert. Jumlah responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian telah melalui tahapan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas sehingga indikator yang digunakan layak untuk mengukur variabel. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi pelayanan, kualitas pelayanan dan sosialisasi perpajakan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan roda dua di UPTD Pelayanan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Bali di Kabupaten Buleleng. Besarnya pengaruh inovasi pelayanan, kualitas pelayanan dan sosialisasi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan roda dua di UPTD Pelayanan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Bali di Kabupaten Buleleng sebesar 69,5%. Disarankan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi digital dan terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, dan melakukan sosialisasi yang lebih intensif.]]>

<![CDATA[Adolescence is a period of searching for their identity or identity, and many are marked by things that lead to negative things such as tend to be unstable, have overflowing emotions, self-control scales and verbal aggression scales with data analysis techniques, namely product moment correlation. The results of data act impulsive, and also high aggressive behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-control and verbal aggression of grade VII students of SMPN 174 Jakarta. This study used a correlational quantitative approach. The study population amounted to 120 students and the research sample was 92 students, the sampling technique is by simple random sampling. The instruments used are analysis showed a pearson correlation value of 0.609 with a level of sig. 0.001 (p< 0.05) which shows that the hypothesis is accepted so that there is a significant strong positive relationship between the self-control variable and the verbal aggression variable has a strong positive correlation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and career planning for class XI students of SMAN 11 Jakarta. The research method used is a correlational quantitative research method. The population used in this study were students of class XI SMAN 11 Jakarta, totaling 210 students divided into 6 classes (class XI Science totaling 3 classes and class XI Social Sciences totaling 3 classes). The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the hypothesis was accepted, meaning that there was a relationship between variable self efficacy (X) and variable career planning (Y). This was obtained at a significance value of 0.00 less than 0.05 (0.00 <0.05) meaning that the relationship between self-efficacy and career planning was obtained at (0.724) indicates a positive relationship direction. It can be concluded that if the self-efficacy variable is high, then the career planning variable is high. Conversely, if the self-efficacy variable is low then the career planning variable is low.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and addiction to the social media TikTok in class X students of SMAN 11 Jakarta in the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method used in this study is a correlational quantitative research method to be able to see the relationship between x and y variables. The population used in this study were students of class X, totaling 216 students consisting of 6 classes (classes X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, and X6). The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The results of the study show that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between the x variable and the y variable. It can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing using the product moment correlation, the sig value is obtained. 0.001. Decision making based on product moment correlation test criteria is if the sig. <0.05 then correlate. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test in the table above, it can be seen that the sig. 0.001 <0.05 which means that the addiction variable with self-control variables is correlated. As for the Pearson Correlation value, it was obtained at 0.658. So it can be seen that the social media addiction variable of TikTok and the self-control variable have the same strong correlation.]]>

<![CDATA[The research conducted to determine the effect of green marketing on buying interest in the food and beverage product at Starbucks BSD. This research was Conducted using quatitive method with questionnaire method distributed via Google Form. One of the analysis technique because in this study only had one X variable and one Y variable. The result pf this study can be seen that (1) green marketing has a significant influence on buying interest at Starbucks BSD. This can be proven from the result of the T test Count > T table of 18.975 > 1.290 (2) From the simple linear regression value the significance value of 0.00 is less than 0.05 (3) from R Square has a value .786 states the effect of the variable 78.6% and 21.4% is influenced by other variables that are not examined.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to look at the effect of competitive advantage and environmental uncertainty on business performance and the implications for the sustainability of MSME businesses in Depok City. This type of research is associative quantitative (causality) and the population in this study are MSME business actors in Depok City. The sample of this research was determined by convenience sampling method so that the total sample is 100 samples. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS program data processing. The results showed that there was a significant influence of competitive advantage on business performance in Depok City. There is a significant influence of environmental uncertainty on business performance in Depok City. There is a significant influence of competitive advantage on the sustainability of MSME businesses in Depok City. There is a significant influence of environmental uncertainty on the sustainability of MSME businesses in Depok City. There is a significant influence of business performance on the sustainability of MSME businesses in Depok City. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and company size on the dividend payout ratio. The sample for this study were 8 companies listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2022, which were selected through a purposive sampling method. The results of this study using multiple linear regression analysis show that firm size partially has a significant negative effect on the dividend payout ratio, while the cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership partially have no significant effect on the dividend payout ratio.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure, liquidity, ownership structure and company size on stock prices of LQ45 Index companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. The independent variables in this study are capital structure (DER), liquidity (Cash ratio), ownership structure (KI and KM) and company size (SIZE). The population of this study is nonbanking and financial sector companies that are consistently listed on the LQ45 Index for the 2017-2022 period. The research sampling technique used purposive sampling, the number of samples was 10 companies. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate Ownership structure as measured by Managerial Ownership (KM) has no significant negative effect on stock prices and Company size measured using (SIZE) has a significant effect on stock prices. Capital structure, liquidity, ownership structure, and company size simultaneously influence stock prices. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables simultaneously on stock prices.]]>
