<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and company size on the dividend payout ratio. The sample for this study were 8 companies listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2022, which were selected through a purposive sampling method. The results of this study using multiple linear regression analysis show that firm size partially has a significant negative effect on the dividend payout ratio, while the cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership partially have no significant effect on the dividend payout ratio.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure, liquidity, ownership structure and company size on stock prices of LQ45 Index companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. The independent variables in this study are capital structure (DER), liquidity (Cash ratio), ownership structure (KI and KM) and company size (SIZE). The population of this study is nonbanking and financial sector companies that are consistently listed on the LQ45 Index for the 2017-2022 period. The research sampling technique used purposive sampling, the number of samples was 10 companies. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate Ownership structure as measured by Managerial Ownership (KM) has no significant negative effect on stock prices and Company size measured using (SIZE) has a significant effect on stock prices. Capital structure, liquidity, ownership structure, and company size simultaneously influence stock prices. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables simultaneously on stock prices.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the relationship and determine the effect of price and store atmosphere on repurchase intention at Kedai Kuliner 27 Gading Serpong. The research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to the number of respondents according to the requirements of the research. Based on the research, it consists of 3 variables, namely variable X1, variable X2, and variable Y. The average value for variable X1 is 4.18 (High), X2 is 4.05 (High), while variable Y is 4.06 ( Tall). Based on the results of the T test, it obtained a significance value of 0.00, which means that the variables X1 (Price) and X2 (store atmosphere) have an effect on Y (Repurchase Intention). The Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) gets a value of 0.706. So, it can be concluded that variable Y can be explained by 71%.]]>

<![CDATA[It is easy to find that there are some who experience difficulties in the learning process of their students in class, all of which are influenced by the low learning motivation that students have. Motivation itself has a very important role in the process of student learning activities. But sometimes student motivation can decrease due to several factors, both internal and external. There are several guidance and counseling services, one of which is information services. Where this information service itself can be provided to students in order to provide information about the problems experienced by students. The research conducted has the objectives of: 1) Knowing the role of information services to increase students' learning motivation at SMPN 282 Jakarta with student learning motivation, 2) Obstacles in the implementation of information service activities at SMPN 282 Jakarta, 3) The reality of students' learning motivation at SMPN 282 Jakarta. Data collection techniques in this study, using observation and interviews. This research was also conducted with a descriptive descriptive type of research, with the support of some literature study materials. therefore, the research data that researchers get will be strong. The results of this study show that: 1) Guidance and Counseling teachers plan information services by adjusting students' needs, 2) There is involvement of the teacher/homeroom teacher and the school in the implementation of information services, 3) The form of the reality of learning motivation carried out by students in school. What can be found is that information services can increase students' learning motivation at SMPN 282 Jakarta]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims of this research is to analyse the impact of leverage, profitability, and tax planning on earnings management. The data used in this study are secondary data derived from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2019 – 2021. The research sample used 50 companies that met the criteria of a total of 216 companies with purposive sampling methods for the sample collection of the research. Data analysis using panel data regression, this study measurement using Econometric Views 12 (EViews 12). The results of this study show that the variable leverage projected by the Debt-equity ratio (DER) has a significant negative impact on earnings management. Variable profitability projected with Return on assets (ROA) has a significant positive impact on earnings management. Tax planning variables proxied with the Tax Retention Rate (TRR) do not affect earnings management. For the company to be able to define positive policies that can maintain the sustainability of the business and can meet the expectations of shareholders in earnings management.]]>

<![CDATA[Along with advances in science and technology, educational institutions are required to play an active role in improving the quality and quality of education optimally to balance advances in science and technology as well as increase the competitiveness of graduates to face intense competition and challenges in the world of work. Based on the results of initial observations of learning at SDN 1 Rawalaut, the learning process is still monotonous using only blackboards, printed books, and worksheets as learning media. Learning that tends to be monotonous certainly has a very significant effect on the development of student learning in the classroom which causes student learning outcomes to decrease. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of digital-based Discovery Learning learning to improve mathematics learning outcomes for students at SDN 1 Rawalaut. The method used in this study is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. Data collection is carried out using documentation and reviewing all articles related to the discovery learning model. Based on the results of the research been carried out in the table of research results, explains that the effectiveness of learning media contributes to the teaching and learning process in the classroom, with the presence of digital media, of course, learning can be creative and fun and of course can improve student learning outcomes, especially at SDN 1 Rawalaut.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the level of patient perception and level of patient satisfaction as well as the relationship between these two variables on the quality of pharmaceutical services at the Patuh Karya Regional General Hospital. The method used in this study is the design in this study is observational descriptive using quantitative data based on a cross sectional approach using the ServQual model with 5 (five) dimensions of service quality, namely: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness (Responsivness), Assurance (Assurance) and Empathy (Emphaty). The number of samples in this study were 56 people using the sampling technique, namely accidental sampling and the samples were selected according to the inclusion criteria. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire that was compiled based on pharmaceutical service criteria. The data analysis used in this study was a univariate test and a bivariate test with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the patient's perception of the quality of pharmaceutical services obtained results that were sufficient with a level of satisfaction (30.4%) and good (69.6%). For patient satisfaction with the quality of pharmaceutical services, the results were quite satisfied (66.1%) and satisfied (33.9%). Based on the results of statistical tests with Bivariate analysis or chi square test where this is done to see the relationship or correlation between variables, the independent variable is the patient's perception of the quality of pharmaceutical services and the dependent variable is patient satisfaction with the quality of pharmaceutical services, where the research subjects are patients outpatient care due to the Asymptotic Significance (2-sided) or p-value of 0.00 which is less than the 0.05 significance level (0.01 ≤ 0.05) so that there is a significant relationship between patient perception and satisfaction with the quality of pharmaceutical services at the Regional General Hospital Patuh Karya.]]>

<![CDATA[SMK students are designed to prepare the nation's generation so that after graduating students are better prepared to work and more easily get jobs in accordance with their respective expertise competencies. However, the fact is that in one vocational school with a boarding school system, many female students do not work immediately, unlike male students. Career adaptability is a psychosocial construct that shows that an individual has the readiness and ability to face current or future career development tasks, face educational or work transitions, and face the difficulties and risks experienced. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the level of career adaptability of vocational boarding school students in terms of gender. The research was conducted at one of the boarding school SMKs in Jonggol. The subjects in this study were 104 students including women and men. Data collection uses a hardiness scale containing 24 Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) items. The sampling technique used saturated samples for women and proportional stratified random sampling for men. Data analysis was carried out with the statistical technique of independent sample t-test with the help of SPSS 26.0 for Windows program. The results of data analysis showed that there was no difference in the level of career adaptability of vocational boarding school students in terms of gender (sig> 0.05).]]>

<![CDATA[Changes in people's mindsets about the importance of education have an impact on the increasing public interest in higher education. Higher education is considered to be a place that produces quality human resources. Increasingly fierce competition and the demands of society's needs for quality oriented toward the value of service users ultimately pressure organizations to be able to respond quickly. Facing this condition, the main thing that must be prioritized by universities is student satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of administrative services, educational facilities, and lecturer competence on the satisfaction of Bali Land Transportation Polytechnic cadets. The number of samples used was 69 with the proportional sampling method. Data collection using a questionnaire The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SmartPLS application. The results showed that administrative services, educational facilities, and lecturer competence had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Bali Land Transportation Polytechnic cadets. Among the three influential independent variables, lecturer competence is the one that has the most influence on cadet satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of independent variables on cadet satisfaction is 92.9%.]]>

<![CDATA[Before knowing the factors that influence competitive advantage and marketing performance of Kre' Alang weaving, it must first determine the indicators that have a relationship with the latent variables. The method used to analyze this is confirmatory factor analysis. This method is used to provide information whether the model that has been modeled is in accordance with the hypothesis that has been formulated. The results of the study show that the latent variables for technology orientation are composed by the use of the latest technology, accelerating service to customers, supporting the innovation process, and ease of operationalization. Product innovation latent variables are composed by indicators of duplication and synthesis. Competitive advantage latent variables are composed by product uniqueness indicators. While marketing performance variables are composed by indicators of financial performance, operational performance, and market-based performance. The test results of the confirmatory factor model of the marketing performance of Kre' Alang woven fabric which were compiled were valid and reliable.]]>
