The data were collected from students 480 students from various degree colleges of Kashmir (21-24 years old age). The data was analyzed by computing Pearson’s correlation to test the relationship between study variables. The main intent was to estimate relationship between perceived social supports with well-being. The well-being questionnaire and perceived social support questionnaire were administrated. Results demonstrated that there was significant difference was found on the basis of gender, area of residence and family monthly income. Findings also indicated that there is a perceived social support is positively correlated with well-being

Abstract: Gender inequality remains a persistent issue worldwide. In order to measure and track progress towards gender equality, the Gender Inequality Index (GII) was introduced by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in 2010. The GII is a composite index that measures gender-based inequalities in three dimensions: reproductive health, empowerment, and labor market participation. This paper provides an overview of the methodology used to calculate the GII, including the selection of indicators and the weighting system. We also discuss the strengths and limitations of the GII as a measure of gender inequality, and highlight areas for future research.

The nutritional status of Suka Makmue District in 2019 has a nutritional status rate of 27.8%, the number of cases of wasting reaches 9.1%, and cases of underweight with a rate of 13.1% (50%). (Puskemas Cot Kuta, Suka Makmue District, Nagan Raya Regency 2019). In 2020 in Suka Makmue District, cases of nutrition were at 30%, cases of wasting were 8.90%, and underweight were at 12.85%. 2021 nutritional status reaches 20% while toddlers who experience malnutrition are 8.88%. 2022 states that data on the nutritional status of toddlers has decreased by 2.8% to 21.6%. carried out in this problem of nutritional status. determine the factors that cause nutritional status problems that cause nutritional status events in the working area of Posyandu Cot Peuradi, Nagan Raya Regency. Method: this study uses a quantitative method with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The population in this study were all toddlers in the Posyandu Cot Peuradi data and the sample used was 30 toddlers, using the sampling method of sampling. The results showed that there was a significant influence between knowledge and cases of malnutrition (p-value = 0.07), patterns of feeding children (p-value = 0.000), or family income (p-value = 0.013). Because it is not a problem in the health sector that can easily be cured and requires willingness from the start at the prevention stage, this case starts with the prospective mother and father. Because childhood, which is composed in the first 1000 days of life, greatly influences what events can happen to children.

This research paper aims to explore the social structure of Kashmir during the Chak Sultanate era, which lasted from the 15th to the 16th century. Using primary sources, including historical accounts and inscriptions, this study provides an in-depth analysis of the social hierarchy, class system, and religious and ethnic diversity of the region during this period. The paper highlights the significant influence of Islam on the social fabric of Kashmir, as well as the role of the ruling elite in shaping the political and social landscape of the region. The research reveals that while the Chak Sultanate era was marked by a high degree of social stratification and inequality, it was also a period of cultural and intellectual flourishing, as evidenced by the development of art, literature, and architecture. Overall, this research sheds light on a crucial but understudied period in the history of Kashmir, offering insights into the social and cultural dynamics that continue to shape the region to this day.

Palm shell is a waste from palm oil production which is shaped like a shell with a hard layer character that aims to protect the palm kernels. The addition of palm shells to concrete is an innovation and breakthrough in the more productive use of palm oil waste. In this study, the percentage of addition of palm shells was used, among others, 0%, 7% and 14% by weight of cement with variations in the cement water factor (FAS) of 0.35, 0.45 and 0.50. The test object used was a cube (15 x 15 x 15) cm with a total of 9 test objects for each FAS with a test time of 28 days. The results of the concrete compressive strength test obtained data for FAS 0.35, the average compressive strength for BTCS was 348.15 kg/cm2, BDCSA (7%) was 363.07 kg/cm2 and BDCSB (14%) was 302.90 kg/cm2. FAS 0. 45 the average compressive strength for BTCS was 292.59 kg/cm2, BDCSA (7%) was 303.20 kg/cm2 and BDCSB (14%) was 249.27 kg/cm2. FAS 0.50 average compressive strength for BTCS was 273.09 kg/cm2, BDCSA (7%) was 271.53 kg/cm2 and BDCSB (14%) was 219.47 kg/cm2. The test results show that the average concrete compressive strength is influenced by the cement water factor (FAS) and the percentage of addition of palm shells in the concrete mix.

Early childhood period is in dire need of good nutrition. Poor nutritional statuscan cause delays in children's cognitive development. Nutrition report global (2020), statedthe whole countryexperiencing nutritional problems. Globally, the most children with malnutrition problems are in Sub-Saharan Africa.Indonesia is experiencing a triple burden of disease, namely malnutrition, obesity and stunting. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of nutritional status on the cognitive development of pre-school aged children. This research approachis a retrospective cohort analytic study with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This study was conducted using data from 79 children aged 5-6 years from early childhood education school students. Nutritional status is determined using anthropometry by measuring body weight and height based on the child's age. Assessing children's cognitive abilities using instruments from the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) questionnaire. The results showed that 72.2% of children's nutritional status was normal and 72.2% of children's cognitive development was normal. Data analysis was based on the chi-square test, p-value = 0.011 (p <0.05), with a relative risk value of 2.591. Shows that nutritional status has an effect of 2.591 times on the cognitive development of pre-school age children.

This study aimed to investigate the impact of resistance and aerobic training with protein intake on the body mass index (BMI) of volleyball players living at altitude. The participants consisted of 48 male volleyball players, randomly divided into four groups: the resistance training with protein intake group 1 aerobic training with protein intake group II combined resistance and aerobic training with protein intake group III and control group IV the EGunderwent a 12 –week training programme that consisted of resistance and aerobic exercises, coupled with high protein intake . The CG received no intervention during the study period. The BMI of both groups was measured at the beginning and end of the study. The results showed that the EG had a significant decrease in BMI compaired to the CG (p<0.05). The study concludes that resistance and aerobic training with protein intake can effectively reduce BMI in high- altitude volleyball players

This study examines the effect of the disclosure of financial statements on financial distress in infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The research used secondary data obtained from annual reports and financial statements of 19 infrastructure companies. The research utilized a quantitative approach by employing logistic regression analysis to determine the effect of financial statement disclosure on financial distress. The study found that financial statement disclosure has a significant negative effect on financial distress. This finding implies that companies that disclose their financial statements adequately have a lower likelihood of experiencing financial distress. Therefore, companies should prioritize the timely and accurate disclosure of financial information to reduce the risk of financial distress.
