Abstract

Communities in coastal and marine areas generally depend on fishing, especially capture fisheries (fishermen). The potential for fishery resources in coastal areas is quite large, but some people in these areas are still below the poverty line. With the difficulty in getting capital from the cooperative, SME entrepreneurs are looking for other alternatives by borrowing money from relatives and or middlemen. However, middlemen in most cases actually ensnare SME entrepreneurs, namely in the form of providing loans at high interest rates (18 – 30% per year). Thus, the objective of developing capital associated with business development cannot be achieved. Achievement of the target of mastering the material, all participants can follow the entire training process from start to finish, and the activities designed are 100% implemented. The target for delivering training material was also achieved because the material could be delivered as a whole. Thus, the objectives of technical guidance activities can be fulfilled.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental method approach. The results of the research in this thesis, the learning model used in this study is Number Head Together (NHT). The obstacles encountered in implementing the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning method are first, students are not familiar with the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning method. Second, the relationship between students and friends in one discussion group in teaching and learning activities is still lacking. Third, the participation and seriousness of students in teaching and learning activities is still lacking. Fourth, the lack of effective use of time in teaching and learning activities. Fifth, there were some students who could not answer the questions. The solution to facing these obstacles is the need to use the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning method in learning, not only in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education but in other subjects. In addition, it is necessary to reduce the use of the lecture method in the application of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning method, and a teacher needs to look at the abilities of each student, so that the distribution of groups is fair and equitable. The use of the Numbered Heads Together method affects student learning outcomes. It is known that there is a significant (real) difference between the average student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. In addition, seen from the results of posttest calculations for the experimental class using the Numbered Heads Together method, the average value was 77.70. this shows a higher value compared to the control class that does not use the Numbered Heads Together method obtained 65.00. Thus the average value of student learning outcomes taught by the Numbered Heads Together method is significantly higher than the students taught not using the Numbered Heads Together method.

Abstract

The current research study utilizes a type of correlation research, meaning that it is related or interrelated. That is, there is a reciprocal relationship between one variable and another variable. The results of this study are based on the results of calculations with the help of IBM SPSS 22 for windows software, it can be seen that of the 12 statements tested it can be seen that all instruments are valid, becausethe results of rcount > rtable. Meanwhile, based on Cronbach's alpha value of 0.972, it can be obtained that the questionnaire is declared reliable. Based on data analysis it is known that the relationship obtained through the product moment correlation test between active learning strategies of the Every One Is Teacher Here (ETH) type and learning outcomes in Muhammadiyah Private Middle Schools At Taqwa Tebing Tinggi of 0.630. These results are interpreted roughly or simply by matching the calculation results with the correlation index number "r" product moment. It turns out that the magnitude of rxy (0.630) which is 0.39 – 0.70 means that there is a positive correlation between variables X and variable Y, there is an adequate or moderate correlation. If the results are interpreted roughly or simply by matching the calculation results with the correlation index number "r" product moment. It turns out that the magnitude of rxy (0.630) which ranges from 0.70 to 0.90 means that there is a positive correlation between variables X and Y that has a strong or high correlation. From the results of the calculation of the Determinant Coefficient, it can be seen that the value between the active learning strategy of the Every One Is Teacher Here (ETH) type on learning outcomes at Muhammadiyah At Taqwa Tebing Tinggi Private Middle School is 39.69%.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach, where the symptoms are measured using numbers. The results of the research in this thesis, There is a significant positive relationship between the development of teaching materials on students' understanding of class VII Islamic Education subjects. This is evidenced by the results obtained, namely by using the product moment correlation formula, the correlation index value is obtained of 0.808 which ranges from 0.70 to 0.90, this means that there is a significant correlation between variable X and variable Y, namely a strong or high correlation. Then by examining the table of the value of "r" product moment, it turns out that with a df of 50 at the 5% significance level, the "r" table is 0.297, then at the 1% significance level the value is 0.361 . If we look at the number " Barriers to understanding students in class VII Islamic Education subjects are not entirely due to the development of teaching materials, but it is likely that these teaching materials have indeed become one of the factors that can affect the inhibition of student understanding. This is evidenced by 100% of the development of teaching materials in accordance with KI and KD.
