Mining activities has some negative effects. One of them is mercury pollution caused by gold processing through amalgamation. The data of this study was collected through mercury parameters analysis on liquid waste in laboratory. The examination of sample was carried out at Laboratory of Research and Industrial Development and Industrial Standardization Institute in Banda Aceh. The sample used was traditional gold processing water in Paya Ateuk Village, SouthAceh. The results showed the value of mercury level is 0.0149 mg/l or above the specified threshold. Improving the management of traditional gold processing is not only the responsibilityof miners, but also involve cross sectoral so that mercury does not pollute the environment.

Hypertension or often called high blood pressure is a disease of the heart or blood vessels characterized by increased blood pressure. This type of research uses a Quasy Experiment Design with a one group pretest-posttest approach. The population in this study were all patients with hypertension at the UPT Puskesmas Bane. The sample in this study was 30 patients with hypertension using total sampling technique. Data was collected by measuring blood pressure before and after intervention with a sphymomanometer. The statistical test used was the T test, for the results of the study showed changes in blood pressure with a significant value = 0.000 <0.05, then there was an effect of boiled celery leaves on reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension at UPT Puskesmas Bane Pematangsiantar. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a change in blood pressure in patients with hypertension after being influenced by giving boiled celery leaves for approximately 14 days so that giving celery leaf decoction was effectively used as non-pharmacological therapy for patients with hypertension.

In this study, researchers used data respondents, such as gender, age and long working respondents to provide information on the characteristics of respondents. The questionnaire was spread over 48. The discussion in this chapter is the result of field studies to obtain data on the questionnaire responses that measure five key variables in the study, namely responsibility, work facilities, work discipline, work motivation and employee performance. Analysis of data with parametric and non parametrics statistics using SEM-PLS (structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) on the research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, as well as discussion of the hypothesis test results and path analysis Path. This research uses path analysis to test relationship patterns that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables against other variables, both direct influences and indirect influences. Calculation of line coefficient in this study assisted with Smart PLS Ver 3.0. To find out the direct and indirect influences between variables then be seen from the calculation result of the line coefficient and to know the significance. The influence of the variable X3 on X4 has a P-Values value of 0,000 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 on X4 is significant. The effect of the X3 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0,005 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X3 on Y is significant. The influence of the variable X4 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.008 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X4 on Y is significant. The influence of variable X1 to X4 has a P-Values value of 0.039 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 to X4 is significant. The effect of the variable X1 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.017 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 on Y is significant. The influence of variable X2 on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.006 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence of X2 on X4 is significant. The influence of the variable X2 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.008 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X2 on Y is significant.

A Mother's work background and family income have a big influence on the incidence of stunting in toddlers. The problem in this study is the high incidence of stunting in children under five which can have a negative impact on human resources (SMD) in the future. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of a mother's work and family income on the incidence of stunting in toddlers. This research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was mothers who had 121 months of under-five children (0-59) months with a total sample of 57 people, which was carried out in January 2022 in Darul Hikmah sub-district, Aceh Jaya district, analyzed using univariate and bivariate which was then tested with the chi-square test. The results showed that there was a significant effect of mother's work and family income on the incidence of stunting in children under five as evidenced by the P-value < 0.05.The conclusion after the analysis was that there was an effect of a mother's work and family income on the incidence of stunting.Suggestions for health workers and other related parties to be more intense in providing socialization to mothers of toddlers in terms of preventing toddlers from stunting.

Parenting patterns and family income have a major influence on the incidence of edits in children aged 2-5 years. The problem is the high number of stunting cases in the festive sub-district, reaching 58 children who are stunted. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between parenting patterns and family income with incidence. Research method This type of research is analytic with a cross-sectional design, while the sample is 58 respondents, analyzed by Univariate and bivariate which is then tested with Chi-Square. This research was conducted in December 2021 in the Gunung Meriah sub-district, Aceh Singkil district. The results showed that based on the results of the chi-square test, a value was obtained (P.Value 0.002 <α 0.05) so that it could be described that there was a significant relationship between Parenting Patterns and Stunting Incidents. Furthermore, there is a relationship between family income and the incidence of stunting, where the results of the chi-square test obtained a value (P.Value 0.012 <α 0.05). The conclusion, along with the results of this research study, proved that there was a relationship between parenting and family income with the incidence of stunting as evidenced by the P-value < 0.05. Suggestions for mothers to increase parenting efforts for their children, even though family income is not sufficient to meet the needs for nutritious food for children, try to keep them fulfilled.

Research Problems: To further increase the existence of conventional banks and the trust of the Indonesian people in conventional banking services, it is necessary to improve the performance of conventional banking. The problems in this study are whether CAR, NIM, BOPO and LDR have a significant effect on ROA; Do CAR, NIM, and BOPO have a significant effect on LDR; and whether CAR, NIM and BOPO have a significant effect on ROA through LDR as an intervening variable. Research purposes: To find out how much influence CAR, NIM, BOPO and LDR have on ROA; to find out how much influence CAR, NIM, and BOPO have on LDR; and to find out how much influence CAR, NIM and BOPO have on ROA through LDR as an intervening variable. Research methods: This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The object of this research is a commercial bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The sample in this study was 10 conventional commercial banks, which were selected based on the purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. Research Findings: Partially there is no significant effect of the CAR variable on the LDR, there is a significant negative effect of the NIM variable on the LDR; and there is a significant positive effect of BOPO on LDR; there is an insignificant negative effect of the CAR variable on ROA, there is a significant positive effect of the NIM variable on ROA, there is no significant effect of the BOPO and LDR variables on ROA. Simultaneously CAR, NIM, BOPO have a positive and significant effect on LDR and CAR, NIM, BOPO and LDR have a positive and significant effect on ROA. LDR is the intervening variable of CAR on ROA, because the number of direct effects of CAR on ROA is smaller, but LDR is not an intervening variable of NIM and BOPO on ROA because the number of direct effects of NIM and BOPO on ROA is greater than the indirect effect.

The number of respondents as many as 114 mothers and toddlers. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and anthropometric measurements (BB/U) according to WHO standards. The data that has been collected were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis (chi-square test). Results: The results of the chi-square test showed that there was no significant relationship between mother’s education (p-value: 0.486; PR: 1.46; 95%CI: 0.492-4.433) and mother's occupation (p-value: 0.388; PR: 1.47; 95%CI : 0.561-4.396) to the incidence of underweight in toddlers.
