The goal of this study was to see how much production parameters influenced sugarcane farming in Belang Mancung Village, Ketol District, Central Aceh Regency. The second goal is to determine whether or not the employment of production variables in sugarcane cultivation in Belang Mancung Village, Ketol District, Central Aceh Regency, is effective. The Cobbdouglass analysis method and the price efficiency approach were employed in this study's data analysis. The results of this study show that the computed F is more than the F table (1042,423 > 2,74) with the choice criterion to accept H1 and reject H0 simultaneously, based on regression analysis based on the F test.

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by inadequate nutritional intake for a long time due to feeding that is not in accordance with nutritional needs. Aceh is the third highest prevalence of stunting in children under five in Indonesia, which is 37.3%. Compared to the national average, only 30.8%. The prevalence of stunting in Aceh is much higher than the provinces of Papua, Maluku and other regional provinces in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the understanding of cadres in carrying out the tasks carried out as Integrated Health Center cadres in dealing with stunting problems in Kaway XVI sub-district. The research method is a quasi-experimental method. The data were collected using a cross-sectional design method, with pretest and posttest questionnaires on a total population of 18 Integrated Health Center cadres and 18 samples of Integrated Health Center cadres observations, with purposive technique and then tested using the dependent t test. The understanding of Integrated Health Center cadres increased from the initial understanding of the average value from 58.61 to 67.50. And the obtained p value of 0.004 means that there is a relationship between providing education and increasing knowledge of Integrated Health Center cadres. The conclusion of the intervention is that it is able to increase the knowledge of Integrated Health Center cadres especially West Aceh, especially Kaway XVI. Suggestions for Integrated Health Center cadres that are necessary to do a full-down so that understanding is increased in dealing with stunting rates in Kaway XVI.

The method used by the Pasie Raja community in processing gold is using the amalgamation, which uses chemicals as chemicals to extract the seeds.waste mercury produced is channeled into the river near the mining site in the Sungai Pasie Raja sub-district. The purpose of this study was to analyze the distribution of mercury (Hg) in river water in Pasie Raja District, South Aceh Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the highest mercury levels in the river water of Pasie Raja District, South Aceh Regency, are found in the lower reaches of the river, reaching a value of 0.02145 mg/l and the lowest is in the middle, which is <0.0005 mg/l. The conclusion of this study is that river water in Pasie Raja District, South Aceh Regency has been polluted by mercury because the mercury levels in the river water have exceeded the normal threshold for quality standards according to the Ministerial Republic of Indonesia Number 57 of 2016 which is 0.001. The study used quantitative associative methods with a population of 42 respondents at the Maitri Earth Restaurant (Vegetarian) Tanjungpinang. The results of the study were Y = 50,503 + 0, 461X1 + 0, 552X2 + E and the value of coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 0.245 or 24.5%. The results of a variable T-test of the work spirit towards employee engagement at the obtained value probability Signifkasi of 0.002 < 0.05 and the value of Thitung 3.309 > this 1.68385.. Work motivation variables against employee engagement at the obtained probability signified value of 0,009 < 0.05 and Thitung value 2.756 > this 1.68385. The results of this study showed that the working motivation variable partially affected the employee engagement in the restaurant Bumi Maitri (Vegetarian) Tanjungpinang. The test results of the working spirit and the motivation of work affect employee engagement with the value of Fcalculate 7.641 > Ftabel3, 24th. The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.245 or 24.5%. The remaining 75.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Malnutrition is a public health problem in developing countries, with 50% of the 10-11 million children under five each year dying from preventable causes. West Aceh regency is known as the wealthiest district, but the wealth cannot necessarily overcome the problems of its people. This is indicated by discovering cases of malnutrition and malnutrition in the West Aceh Regency. Various efforts have addressed the nutritional issue, but the pain rate is still high. Purpose: This study aims to find out the relationship between environmental sanitation and infectious diseases with the nutritional status of toddlers in Meureubo Subdistrict, West Aceh Regency. Method: The type of research used is analytical survey research with a cross-sectional design. The sample was toddlers aged 0-59 months. The number of study samples of 95 people was taken by proportional random sampling method. Environmental sanitation variables were obtained from interviews with respondents using questionnaires and direct observations. Infectious disease variables were obtained from interviews with respondents. Variables bound to nutritional status are determined based on anthropometric measurements using the Weight/age indicator. The bivariate analysis uses chi-square and multivariate tests using logistic regression. Results: Statistical test results show that toddlers who do not have latrines will result in wasting in toddlers (95%CI:1.19-6.45), who do not have access to clean water (95% CI: 0.82-4.38), have a history of infectious diseases for the last three months (95% CI: 1.5- 8.5). From these results, we can conclude that the most significant influence on wasting is a child with a history of infectious diseases.

Based on WHO data (2018), the average prevalence of stunting under five in Indonesia in the 2005-2017 range is 36.4%. Indonesian Toddler Nutritional Status Survey (SSGBI) in 2019 shows the prevalence of stunting under five in Aceh province is 33.6%. Meanwhile, for West Aceh district, the prevalence of stunting under five is quite high, at 40.4%. The high prevalence of stunting in West Aceh is still an important health problem to overcome because children are the nation's assets in the future. Objective: to determine the factors that influence the incidence of stunting in Kaway XVI sub-district. Methods: Quantitative research with Cross Sectional Study approach. The population in this study were all toddlers aged 0-59 months totaling 126 toddlers and the research sample was toddlers aged 6-59 months, with the sampling method using purposive sampling technique with a total of 117 samples. Results: The results showed that there was no significant effect between exclusive breastfeeding (p: 0.683), feeding patterns (p: 0.376), and mother's knowledge (p: 0.483) on the incidence of stunting, and there was a significant effect between maternal education (p: 0.018) on the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 6-59 months in Kaway XVI sub-district.
