Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing in attracting consumers' buying intention and to find out whether the current relationship marketing is following sharia marketing. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research was conducted in July 2020 on palm sugar craftsmen and buyers in Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province. In this study, the sampling method used is probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique through a simple random sampling with a lottery system. The results of the study show that the relationship marketing of palm sugar craftsmen in Kaur Regency in attracting Buying Intentions is still cheating in producing palm sugar by mixing sago to harden palm sugar. This is not harmful to health but affects the quality of sugar, which is less sweet. Another result is that the relationship marketing of palm sugar craftsmen in attracting buying interest still does not match the characteristics of the sharia marketing perspective because there are still those who commit fraud in marketing sugar by reducing the sugar dose when consumer demand increases

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what behaviors and negative impacts occurred on Muslim employees who were affected by Covid-19 in North Bengkulu. The type of research is descriptive qualitative by conducting field research. The results of the research found that: 1) The behavior of Muslim employees has full responsibility for their work. For them, an employee must have a sense of responsibility towards work, be trustworthy, disciplined, positive thinking, empathetic and professional. 2) The behavior of Muslim employees affected by Covid-19 is innovative, namely creating new ideas for doing their work. This Covid has indeed had an impact on employees, employees present solutions that have not been shown by others in overcoming this problem, such as looking for a side job to fulfill their daily needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction. The number of respondents is 54 users of the bisatopup application in the South Jakarta area. The analysis used in this research is using SPSS 21.0 software. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with least-squares equations and hypothesis testing using t-statistics and F-test to test the regression coefficients partially and simultaneously, test validity, test reliability, and test classical assumptions which include normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that: There is a positive and significant effect between service quality and customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant effect between product quality and customer satisfaction. So it can be concluded that the quality of service and product quality together affect customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of TQM as independent variabel on corporate sustainability as dependent variabel with knowledge management as an intervening variabel. The number of respondents involved in this study were 60 respondents, all of whom were employees of gas industry companies in Batam City who had ISO 9001 certification in company quality standards. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data in this study were obtained from the results of filling out a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique which was carried out with the help of the Smartpls version 3 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, several conclusions were obtained, namely: (1) TQM can have a positive and significant effect on CS, which is the better practice of TQM in the company, the better company's sustainability could be, the dimensions of CS that can be significantly influenced by TQM practice are Environmental dimension of sustainability, good TQM practices can certainly improve the sustainability of a company in the social environment; (2) TQM as a positive and significant effect on KM, the better implementation of TQM in a company, the better knowledge management could be, the dimension of KM that can be significantly influenced by the implementation of TQM in a company is the Knowledge Acquisition dimension; (3) KM has a positive and significant effect on corporate sustainability, the better the company's knowledge management, the better the company's sustainability, all dimensions of corporate sustainability can significantly increase from the increase in knowledge management; (4) KM can mediate the influence of TQM on CS, which means the good implementation of TQM can improve KM and increase CS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM) sebagai variabel independen terhadap Corporate Sustainability (CS) sebagai variabel dependen dengan Knowledge Management (KM) sebagai variabel mediasi. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 responden yang seluruhnya merupakan karyawan di perusahaan gas industri di Kota Batam yang telah memiliki sertifikasi ISO 9001 dalam standar mutu perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS) yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program SmartPLS versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan, yaitu : (1) TQM dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CS dimana semakin baik praktik TQM di perusahaan maka semakin baik keberlanjutan perusahaan, dimensi CS yang secara signifikan dapat dipengaruhi oleh praktik TQM adalah dimensi Enviromental Sustainability, praktik TQM yang baik dipastikan dapat meningkatkan keberlangsungan perusahaan berdasarkan lingkungannya; (2) TQM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap KM, dimana semakin baik pelaksanaan TQM di sebuah perusahaan maka semakin baik KM di perusahaan tersebut, dimensi KM yang secara signifikan dapat dipengaruhi oleh pelaksanaan TQM di perusahaan adalah dimensi Knowledge Acquisition; (3) KM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CS, dimana semakin baik KM di suatu perusahaan maka semakin baik keberlangsungan perusahaan. Seluruh dimensi CS secara signifikan dapat mengalami peningkatan keberlanjutan melalui KM; (4) KM dapat memediasi pengaruh TQM terhadap CS, pelaksanaan TQM yang baik dapat meningkatkan KM dan meningkatkan CS.

Abstract

During the last five years, the number of loans disbursed to the Indonesian people has increased (in trillions), namely in 2009 was 11,855; in 2010 is 15,021; the year 2011 was 19,872; in 2012 was 22,854; and in 2013 was 21.505 (BPS, 2016). Likewise, the development of the number of requests for credit disbursed by PT Pegadaian Cirendeu has increased in the last five years. The increasing number of requests for credit by the public provides an opportunity for PT Pegadaian as an alternative to channeling credit to the community, especially for the middle to lower class people who do not get credit facilities from banks. KCA (Fast and Secure Credit) is a loan from PT Pegadaian with a pawn system whose repayment is made by paying the loan money and capital rent and given to all groups of customers

Abstract

The social development of society in this world has progressed very rapidly. The most prominent thing in the development of information technology is the presence of new technology in the form of a computer network that is connected to the whole world, namely the internet. Jaya Mobil Variations Store is a store that is engaged in the sale of goods by offering various types of car accessories that can be used on all vehicles. The current sales system only serves direct sales, so it doesn't have an online sales system yet. The store only displays product catalogs to offer consumers and as a promotional medium. Customers placing orders or simply asking about prices must be via telephone, text message, or email which is then processed manually by employees or marketing of this company. Jaya Mobil Variation Stores have difficulty in managing sales transactions in large quantities manually. Developing business through the internet, expanding the market without having to incur high costs, selling products, and delivering information to customers, making it easier to serve consumers who need the product information they need

Abstract

This study discusses Archiving in Case Files in the Criminal Sector of the Cibinong District Court Class IA. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive design techniques. The purpose of this study is to understand the management of inactive records of criminal cases, to know the equipment used in managing these records, and to identify obstacles in the management of inactive records of criminal cases at the Cibinong District Court Class IA. This study concludes that the Cibinong District Court Class IA in storing inactive dynamic archives of criminal cases uses a dual storage system, namely according to chronology, besides the principle of storage used is the principle of centralization. The equipment used for archival processing is still relatively simple and good to use.Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengarsipan dalam pemberkasan perkara pada bidang pidana Pengadilan Negeri Cibinong Kelas IA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik desain deskripsi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memahami pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif perkara pidana, mengetahui peralatan yang digunakan dalam pengelolaan arsip tersebut dan mengidentifikasi hambatan dalam pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif perkara pidana di Pengadilan Negeri Cibinong Kelas IA. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pengadilan Negeri Cibinong Kelas IA dalam penyimpanan arsip dinamis inaktif perkara pidana menggunakan sistem penyimpanan ganda yaitu menurut kronologi, selain itu azas penyimpanan yang digunakan adalah azas sentralisasi. Peralatan yang digunakan untuk pengolaan arsip masih tergolong sederhana dan baik untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Information technology has been developing rapidly and affected every aspect of human life boundlessly directly or indirectly. One of them is computer technology and telecommunication devices and any other eligible information media that are capable of assisting in knowledge learning activity based on information technology, input technology, processing technology, output technology, software technology, and storage technology. This research is purposed to discover how immense the knowledge of technology and how the role of parents in the usage of information technology to obtain information and the communication that is required in knowledge delivery and the learning interest of children. The usage caused a positive impact in delivering the learning process that provided comprehensive concepts of information technology by using media resulting from print technology, audio-visual technology, computer-based technology, and mixed media that support the application to parents to improve the good communication capability towards the children by using satisficing models. The result that was obtained such as 71,67 strongly agreed and 28.33 agreed with using information technology also supporting comprehensive, communication capability, controlling and optimizing the learning process for elementary school children.Teknologi informasi berkembang sangat pesat saat ini membuat hampir tidak ada bidang kehidupan manusia yang bebas dari pengguaanya baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, salah satunya dengan teknologi komputer perangkat serta alat telekomunikasi dan media informasi lainya yang mumpuni dalam membantu kegiatan pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan dengan di dasari oleh teknologi informasi, teknologi masukan, teknologi proses, teknologi keluaran, teknologi perangkat lunak, dan teknologi penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur seberapa besar penggunaan teknologi dengan ilmu pengetahuan dan bagaimana peranan orang tua dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk menggali informasi dan komunikasi yang dibutuhkan dalam penyampaian materi serta minat belajar terhadap anak-anak. Penggunaannya  memiliki dampak positf di dalam menyampaikan proses pembelajaran yang dapat memberikan pemahaman terhadap konsep-konsep dari penggunaan teknologi informasi yakni dengan cara mengunakan media hasil teknologi cetak, media hasil tekologi audio-visual, media hasil berbasis komputer dan media hasil gabungan yang dapat membantu pengaplikasiannya bagi para orang tua dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik terhadap anak-anaknya dengan menggunakan menggunakan satisficing models. Hasil yang di dapat adalah 71,67 sangat setuju dan 28,33 setuju dalam pengguanan teknologi informasi serta membantu mempermudah pemahaman, penyampaian komunikasi, mengontrol dan mengoptimalkan cara belajar bagi para anak-anak Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of the ministry of social employees. (2) To determine the effect of motivation on performance at the Ministry of Social Affairs. (3) To determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method using T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the multiple linear regression test of leadership style and motivation variables has a positive effect on employee performance. The results of the T test of leadership style and motivation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The F test shows that both variables simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on employee performance. And from this research, the Adjuster R Squaer value is 0.201. This shows that 20% of employee performance is influenced by the variables of leadership style and motivation. While the remaining 80% is influenced by other variables not examinedPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk :(1) Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai kementrian sosial. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pada kementrian sosial. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kementrian sosial RI. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi berganda liner berganda menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan uji regresi liner berganda variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji T variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motifasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Uji F menunjukkan kedua variabel secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpegaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Adjuster R Squaer sebesar 0,201. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 20% kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 80% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
