Abstract

Mutmainah Bima Gallery is a souvenir center that sells various products made in Bima, especially woven fabric products. This research aims to determine the significant influence of shopping lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying of Bima specialty products in the Mutmainah gallery. This type of research is associative using quantitative data. The population and sample in this study were 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, literature study, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination tests, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 26 for Windows. The research results show that there is a significant influence of shopping lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying of Bima specialty products in the Mutmainah gallery.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy on Financial Management Behavior with Financial Attitudes as a Mediation Variable. The object of this study are SMEs Leather Craft Village, Yogyakarta. This research uses a Quantitative type of research with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this study was 140 SMEs in Keparakan, Yogyakarta. The data collection method used purposive sampling technique. Data processing is carried out used partial least squares and used tools Smart PLS. The results and conclusions of this study indicate that financial literacy has a direct and significant effect on financial management behavior. Financial literacy has a direct and significant effect on financial attitudes. Financial attitudes have a direct and significant effect on financial management behavior. Financial attitudes can fully mediate the effect of financial literacy on financial management behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the company's financial performance uses Du Pont System analysis which is measured by the Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return On Investment (ROI), Equity Multiplier (EM) and Return On Equity (ROE) ratios. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, the data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports at PT. Astra International Tbk for the 2013-2023 period which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data was analyzed using Du Pont System analysis by calculating formulas from the ratios used. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Astra International Tbk for the 2013-2023 period is in a bad position, the resulting positive value tends to fluctuate or be unstable every year. Based on standard industry ratios, the company is still below average, with an average NPM of 11.27% of 20%, TATO of 0.71 of 2 times, EM of 1.86 of 2 times, ROI of 8.05% of 30%, and ROE is 15.01% from 40%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the decisions of Dina SME consumers in making purchases. UKM Dina is a UKM that produces quality woven fabric so that UKM Dina has great potential to develop further and be known by the wider community. The increasing interest of local people and tourists in woven fabrics is one of the reasons that encourages craftsmen at UKM Dina to create the latest designs from woven fabrics while maintaining the authenticity of the techniques and motifs. This research uses associative research using quantitative data from primary data sources, namely data obtained directly from respondents' questionnaire answers to the research object. The research instrument used in this research was a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this research is all SME Dina consumers in the city of Bima, the exact number of which is unknown (unknown population), the sample size is 50 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature review. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, decision test, f test, and t test. The research results show that only product design has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while UKM Dina's brand image has no effect.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of supervision and work environment on the work spirit of State Civil Servants at the Bima City Food Security Service. This type of research is associative using quantitative data. The population and sample in this study were 30 State Civil Service employees using a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence of supervision and the work environment on the work spirit of State Civil Service employees at the Bima City Food Security Service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana dana desa dialokasikan dalam pembangunan ekonomi dalam perspektif Irfan Syauqi. Fokus penelitiannya adalah pada penguatan sistem nilai-nilai Islam, penyediaan kebutuhan dasar, dan pemeliharaan keamanan serta kesadaran sosial dalam konteks prinsip ekonomi Islam dalam perspektif Irfan Syauqi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan perangkat desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi dana desa melalui penguatan nilai-nilai keislaman seperti pemberian pos anggaran khusus bagi dewan taklim, bantuan dana bagi guru mengaji dan marbot masjid, serta dukungan kegiatan keislaman lainnya. Di sektor industri dan perdagangan melalui pemberdayaan UMKM. Pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar dengan menyediakan dana obat-obatan, makanan bergizi dan perbaikan rumah. Sedangkan bidang keamanan diselesaikan melalui alokasi dana untuk Babinsa dan Babinkamtibmas. Kesimpulannya, peran aktif pemerintah desa dan konsistensi antara teori dan praktik berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity ratio, solvency ratio and profitability ratio on financial distress with managerial ownership as a moderation variable in food & beverage sub-sector companies on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive and associative approach. The population in this study is food & beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. Sample determination is carried out using the purposive sampling method. The source of data in this study comes from secondary data in the form of company financial statements. Data collection techniques use documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are outer model test and inner model test. The results of this study show that liquidity ratio (CR) and solvency ratio (DAR) have no effect on financial distress, profitability ratio (ROE) has an effect on financial distress, managerial ownership is not able to strengthen the effect of liquidity ratio (CR) on financial distress and managerial ownership is able to strengthen the effect of solvency ratio (DAR) and profitability ratio (ROE) on financial distress.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Return On Assets, Current Ratio and Firm Size on Company Value in Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection techniques by means of documentation. The population in this study were 23 textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2020-2022. The sample in this study used 20 companies with techniques sampling purposive. This research data uses secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that return on asset and current ratio partial effect on the value of the company. Meanwhile, firm size has a negative and significant effect on company value. Return on asset, current ratio and firm size have a simultaneous effect on company value. Return on assets has a dominant influence on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange using EVA and MVA methods. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, with variables consisting of EVA and MVA. The population in this study is telecommunications companies listed on the IDX. Sample selection using purposive sampling and eleven companies were selected that met the criteria set by the researcher. Data is sourced from secondary data with a collection method using documentation. The results showed that there are ten companies whose Economic Value Added (EVA) value is positive or > 0, so it is said to be able to create economic added value for the company so that financial performance can be said to be good and there are seven companies that have a Market Value Added (MVA) value or > 0 indicating that the company is able to provide market added value for its shareholders so that financial performance can be said to be good. Abstract

Mixue It self is an ice cream and boba drink shop originating from China. This research aims to determine the significant influence of brand image and brand awareness on purchasing decisions at Mixue, Bima City. This type of research is associative using quantitative data. The population and sample in this study were 51 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, literature study, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination tests, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 29 for Windows.
