Abstract

Learning is a continuous business process in order to get optimal results. Therefore, learning requires sharing creative ways to achieve the best results. As happened at SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 01 Semarang, especially when studying mathematics, the learning outcomes obtained by students were not maximized, that is, there were still 24 out of 40 students who scored below the KKM set, namely 70. This means that only 16 students scored above KKM. Apart from being caused by mathematics being a difficult subject, the learning process is still perfunctory, still conventional and only in class and has not utilized learning media optimally. After going through several processes, we used "UMMAT" as an effort to improve math learning outcomes. And it has been proven that "UMMAT", which is a traditional game-based learning media by applying a cooperative learning approach, can be a solution to overcome the difficulties of math problems. Of the only 16 students who passed above the KKM, after using "UMMAT" there were 36 students who scored above the KKM. And there was an increase in learning outcomes from 16 students or 40% of students who passed the KKM to 36 students or 90% of students after "UMMAT" was used. This means that there is an increase of 50% in student mathematics learning outcomes after using "UMMAT".

Abstract

Referring to the results of academic supervision of teacher competence in preparing lesson plans at SD Negeri 3 Banyuringin in semester 1 of the 2022/2023 school year, it shows that the average value of teacher competency in preparing lesson plans is still low and not as expected. This needs to be followed up immediately and a solution to the teacher's problem is sought. With the various problems faced by each teacher in managing learning, the researcher as the Principal discussed with colleagues (Dabin Supervisor) and planned to carry out CLCK coaching (Example, Exercise, Control, Independent Work) preparation of lesson plans and present the results obtained in reports School Action Research. The formulation of the problems in the research are: 1) Can CLCK coaching (Example, Exercise, Control, Independent Work) increase teacher competence in preparing lesson plans at SD Negeri 3 Banyuringin, Singorojo District, Kendal Regency Semester 2 for the 2022/2023 Academic Year?, 2) How much a large increase in teacher competence in preparing lesson plans through CLCK coaching (Examples, Training, Control, Independent Work) at SD Negeri 3 Banyuringin, Singorojo District, Kendal Regency Semester 2 of the 2022/2023 Academic Year?. It is hoped that after participating in these coaching activities, the competence of teachers in preparing lesson plans will increase. School Action Research was carried out in 2 cycles, where each cycle consisted of 3 meetings. Subjects in the study included: class I-VI teachers, PJOK teachers, and PAIdBP teachers at SD Negeri 3 Banyuringin Semester 2 Academic Year 2022/2023. The process of implementing CLCK coaching (Example, Training, Control, Independent Work) was carried out in research through three phases, namely: planning, implementation process and evaluation. The results of the study show that the teacher's competence in preparing lesson plans has increased in each cycle. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the average teacher competency score in preparing lesson plans. The average acquisition of teacher competence in the initial conditions the average value of teacher competence in preparing lesson plans reached 52.89, cycle I rose to 73.43 (increased by 20.54) and at the end of cycle II to 89.50 (increased of 16.07). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of CLCK coaching (Example, Training, Control, Independent Work) can improve teacher competence in preparing lesson plans at SD Negeri 3 Banyuringin Semester 2 Academic Year 2022/2023. It is hoped that the Principal will always forge himself and improve his competence in providing direction and guidance to teachers in schools so that they can achieve the expected educational goals.

Abstract

Learning in the digital era requires teachers to be able to use a variety of technology-based (IT) interactive learning media. Of course, besides being able to use media, teachers must also be able to create technology-based interactive learning media (IT) that are appropriate to the level of development of students. This is where the importance of the teacher's ability to create instructional media must always be improved. The creation of technology-based interactive learning media (IT) is closely related to the use of computers or laptops and various applications in them. One that is commonly used in classroom learning is Power Point media. Teachers can easily make Power Points, but for teachers who cannot operate computers or laptops at all, it is certainly very difficult. This is also the case at SD Negeri 3 Ngareanak, where most of the teachers are not proficient in operating computers or laptops. Of course, this is a problem that must be overcome using appropriate, effective and efficient steps. This research is a School Action Research (PTS) which consists of four stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection and is carried out in 2 cycles with 3 meetings each cycle. The subjects of this study were teachers in grades I to VI at SD Negeri 3 Ngareanak, Singgorojo District, Kendal Regency, semester 2 of the 2022/2023 school year. There were 6 teachers at SD Negeri 3 Ngareanak, who were the subject of the study, consisting of 2 male teachers and 6 female teachers. The results of the study show that mentoring activities and In House Training which are carried out in a planned and sustainable manner can improve teachers' abilities in making interactive learning media with Power Point-based learning videos at SD Negeri 3 Ngareanak, Singgorojo District, Kendal Regency semester 2 of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This is evident from the acquisition of the ability score in the initial conditions which was only 50.00 and then given action through mentoring and In House Training so that it increased to 68.52 in cycle I. Then in cycle II, the acquisition of the average teacher's ability score increased to 88, 43 and has successfully fulfilled the indicators of research success.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to 1) describe the steps for implementing clinical supervision to improve teacher performance in teaching, and 2) describe improving teacher performance in teaching. The results showed that the implementation of clinical supervision based on Focus Group Discussion (FGD) had gone well and was in accordance with the proper procedures. The steps for implementing clinical supervision based on Focus Group Discussion (FGD) carried out by researchers as school principals go through 6 stages, namely 1) Determining moderators and incentives for participants, 2) Preparing teams and implementation plans, 3) Implementation of Focus Group Discussions (FGD) , 4) Recording and summarizing substance, 5) Viewing and analyzing data, and 6) Processing data and making decisions. The implementation of the school principal's clinical supervision on teacher performance in teaching at SD Negeri 2 Trayu gave very satisfactory results. This can be seen from the realization of teacher professional competence in schools which includes teacher skills in preparing lesson plans, managing and implementing learning and conducting learning evaluations which are indicators of professional teachers. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of clinical supervision based on Focus Group Discussion (FGD) has been proven to significantly improve teacher performance in teaching. In the initial conditions the average value of teacher performance in teaching only reached 69.62 with category C (low), in cycle I it increased to 78.77 with category B (moderate) and at the end of cycle II it became 89.55 with category A ( Tall). Thus the teacher performance indicators in teaching through the application of clinical supervision based on Focus Group Discussion (FGD) at SD Negeri 2 Trayu semester 2 of the 2022/2023 school year of ≥ 75.00% of teachers obtained the high teacher performance category with a score range of 86 – 100 has been achieved ..

Abstract

The learning outcomes of class II students at SDN 2 Kedungsari, Singorojo District, Kendal Regency in semester 2 of the 2021/2022 Academic Year on the theme My experience, the content of Indonesian lessons is low. This happens because learning is dominated by the teacher, only a small proportion of students can follow the lesson well. To minimize teacher dominance in learning, teachers need to plan and develop learning models and media. One of the learning models that can be used is the true-false model with the help of word cards. This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of 3 cycles with 2 meetings in each cycle. The subjects in this study were grade II students at SD Negeri 2 Kedungsari, Singgorojo District, Kendal Regency, semester 2 of the 2021/2022 academic year, with a total of 20 students consisting of 9 male students and 11 female students. The results showed that the average value of students in the initial conditions was 63.50 with a completeness percentage of 45%. This condition experienced an increase in the average value of students in cycle I, which was equal to 70.00 and the percentage of completeness was 60.00%. In cycle II the average value of students is equal to 75.00 and the percentage of completeness is 75%. Then after continuing to cycle III the average value of students again increased by 80.00 with a completeness percentage of 90%. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the true-false learning model with the help of word cards can improve learning outcomes with the theme My experience, Indonesian language lesson content for second grade students at SD Negeri 2 Kedungsari, Singorojo District, Kendal Regency, semester 2 of the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to improve students' ability to write short stories in class IX SMP. To achieve this goal, the Sprightly research method (emotion, fast motion, and revision) is used. This research is a class action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The results of this study indicate that the learning process and students' ability to write short stories increases after the teacher applies the Sigap method. Student learning outcomes in pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II also increased, namely 9%, 34%, and finally 66%.

Abstract

The problem that the Class III teacher at SD N Bugangan 03 complained about in Mathematics was the low score in Mathematics, especially on the Unit of Time. This is evidenced by the holding of an initial test of students' abilities in learning Mathematics regarding "Time Units" which is still low, namely out of 31 students only 13 students (41.94%) scored above 76 (above KKM). So one of the efforts that can be made in learning Mathematics is through example non-example learning. This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve learning mastery and student learning outcomes through the Example non Example cooperative learning model in the Mathematics subject about Class III Semester 2 Semester 2 SD N Bugangan 03 academic year 2021/2022. The subjects in this study were 31 students of Class III. This research is a classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles. The instrument used in data collection was a written test. The results of the study: (1) The use of the example non example type of cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes, as evidenced by the increase in student learning at an average pre-cycle of 69.14. In the first cycle the average is 74.64, and in the second cycle the class average is 81.71; (2) The use of an example non example type of cooperative learning model can increase the completeness of learning outcomes, as evidenced by an increase in student learning completeness at pre-cycle 39.29%. In the first cycle the classical learning mastery was 71.43% and in the second cycle the classical learning mastery was 85.42%. The success of this study was the achievement of success indicators of 85.42% > 75% of the number of students who achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). In conclusion, the implementation of the example non-example learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

The application of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning model to increase the activity and learning outcomes of Class XI MIPA 5 Students on Trigonometry at SMA Negeri 1 Godong in the Academic Year 2022/2023. The background of this research is that mathematics as one of the lessons in school plays quite a role important in forming quality students, because mathematics is a means of thinking to examine everything logically and systematically. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of education in mathematics. One of the things that must be considered is the improvement of students' mathematics learning outcomes at school. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out collaboratively. The subjects of this study were 36 students of class XI MIPA 5 at SMA Negeri 1 Godong. The research object was the implementation of learning mathematics with the NHT (Numbered Heads Together) learning model to determine student activity and achievement. In this study, it consisted of 2 cycles, namely cycle I, three meetings and cycle II, three meetings. Research data obtained from observations during learning activities , questionnaire results, test results and documentation.The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative method and to calculate the data using quantitative methods.The results of this study indicate that student activity has increased, as seen from the activeness questionnaire, for the first cycle of the 1st meeting the percentage was 65.36 % and at the second meeting it increased to 71.79%, so that in the first cycle it reached 68.57%. 50%.In addition, you can also see an increase in activity from the observation sheet, the activity of each indicator has increased. Students also experienced an increase, in the first cycle of the student evaluation test results the average value was 68.75, students who fulfilled the KKM with a percentage of 65% (15 students who completed) increased in cycle II with a percentage of 78% (31 students who completed ) which fulfilled the KKM with an average of 79.58.

Abstract

Writing skills are one of the language skills that need to be developed and improved as a means of written communication. Writing must be done effectively and efficiently considering that writing is a productive and expressive activity. Improving writing skills needs to be done with an appropriate and efficient approach. In this case, the teacher as a facilitator plays an important role in choosing learning methods that are appropriate for learning writing skills. This classroom action research aims to improve learning outcomes and student learning activities by using the think-talk-write model assisted by comic strip media in learning to write explanatory texts. In this study, the research subjects were students of class XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang for the 2022/2023 academic year. The indicator of the success of this research is the learning outcomes and activities of students in class in cycle 1 being able to achieve an average score for each aspect that is ≥ 75% or in good criteria and in cycle 2 it increases to ≥ 75%. The average score showed an increase from 73.03 in cycle I to 78.35 in cycle II. The average increase in learning outcomes is low due to several factors, namely students are focused on rewriting content in comics, do not insert a more varied vocabulary, and often make mistakes in spelling, punctuation, use of capital letters, and arrangement of paragraphs. Meanwhile, student learning activities increased from 58.33% in cycle I to 86.11% in cycle II. Based on the results of the classroom action research that has been done, it is concluded that learning explanatory text using the think-talk-write model assisted by comic strip media is able to improve learning outcomes and learning activities for class XI MIPA 1 students of SMA Negeri 6 Semarang in the academic year 2022/2023.

Abstract

The rampant use of technology at this time has caused various changes that have a major impact on society, one of which is the use of social media related to freedom of expression and opinion. So that someone can easily provoke and defame others. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors a person commits a criminal act of defamation on social media and to find out an analysis of criminal sanctions for defamation on social media. The research was conducted using normative juridical methods. The results of this study indicate that someone commits a criminal act of defamation on social media due to internal factors, namely hurt, while external factors such as human resources, namely the social environment, economy, politics, low level of education, lack of legal awareness. The judge's decision is in accordance with the legal provisions based on Article 27 paragraph (3) juncto Article 45 paragraph (3) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 on amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 regarding information and electronic transactions.
