Abstract

In the practice of stand up comedy which are carried out in front of the class, there are still many students who are confused in conveying the material that has been written. In the first performance the students expressed more monotonously and it was not seen that the material presented was a form of humor. Students are still confused about starting words, giving facial expressions that match what is said so that other students who watch do not understand the meaning of the humor conveyed. The purpose of this experiment is to find out the effect of YouTube Stand Up Comedy media on learning stand up comedy on the speaking ability of class X SMKN 7 Semarang. Researchers used the experimental method by carrying out the normality test and T test. The average pre-test score was 73.78 and the post-test average score was 80.39. The results of the experiment show that the paired sample t-test table obtained a significance value (2-tailed), namely 0.000 <0.05. From these results, Hypothesis 0 is rejected and Hypothesis a is accepted. The conclusion from the research results is that there is an effect of using YouTube stand up comedy media on learning stand up comedy on the speaking ability of class X SMKN 7 Semarang. Suggestions for further research to optimize the data collection process so that the data obtained is more valid.

Abstract

Legal protection for consumers is a must provided by business actors to consumers, because this has been regulated in Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the legal protection for consumers in the event of default in Indonesia is in accordance with the value of justice and how is the legal protection for consumers in the event of default in E-Commerce transactions. The research method used is normative juridical, data collection is done through literature study. The results of the study are first that legal protection for consumers in the event of default in an E-Commerce transaction, namely that the consumer gains achievement and the consumer is entitled to compensation. When a business actor provides compensation or compensation for default or negligence, this is a form of legal protection for the consumer, because the promised performance has been fulfilled by the business actor in accordance with the agreement. Second, consumer protection in the event of default in E-Commerce transactions in Indonesia is in accordance with the value of justice. The implementation of this principle of justice is stated in Article 4 to Article 7 of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection which regulates the rights and obligations of consumers and business actors. Through this principle, consumers and business actors are expected to get their rights and fulfill their obligations in a balanced way.

Abstract

Teacher interpersonal communication skills play an important role in learning, but there have not been many studies on the applicability of these skills in online-based digital learning. This study aims to examine the concept of implementing interpersonal communication in online learning. This study uses the literature study method by referring to literature related to interpersonal communication, communication in learning, and online learning. This research shows that the implementation of interpersonal communication in online learning needs adjustments, including: 1. In online learning, teachers cannot be physically present but can be present socially, cognitively, and learning through scaffolding, direction, and focusing. 2. Teachers should emphasize the importance of quality of communication, not duration, by strengthening relationships and effective communication with students through increasing student involvement in decision-making, distributing roles for each student, and increasing the teacher's sensitivity to the dynamics of student feelings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of differentiated learning at SMK Negeri 3 Jepara. This type of research is qualitative research. Interview, survey and documentation methods were chosen as data collection techniques. The results of data collection were analyzed using data triangulation. In carrying out the research at SMK Negeri 3 Jepara, 42 teachers were involved as respondents who were selected randomly. From the survey results, information was obtained that 80.96% of teachers had heard of differentiated learning. 71.42% of teachers have understood the concept of differentiated learning, 60% better understand the application of differentiated learning strategies, but only 33.33% of teachers carry out differentiated learning. 52.38% of teachers consider differentiated learning to support student characteristics, but the teacher's workload increases. 71.43% still think that the application of differentiated learning requires more time in learning activities. Another fact based on interviews found that there were still a few teachers who carried out differentiated learning because they found many obstacles in its implementation, including difficulties in making the tools, especially student worksheets (LKPD).

Abstract

The development of the times in the era of technology into digital devices plays an important role in fostering the spirit of creativity of every human being. The use of digital devices is inseparable in the field of education which provides convenience or creates problems in less wise use. Problems are created due to excessive use of digital devices, namely affecting the literacy competence of each individual, especially students in the field of education. That way the problems that will be discussed in the article are problems in the field that affect the decline in literacy competence in students due to the unwise use of digital devices. This research has objectives that the author wants to achieve, namely 1) to make readers aware of the influence of using digital devices, and 2) to strategize effective learning tools so that students are more interested in reading book literacy. This article research uses a type of qualitative research that is a literature study with the results of reviewing the problems experienced in the field and then strengthened by previous studies that are relevant to the title of the article.

Abstract

Hubungan yang kuat antara guru dan murid telah terbukti menjadi faktor kunci dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang positif dan produktif. Dalam era di mana teknologi semakin mendominasi interaksi manusia, penting untuk mengakui peran penting koneksi emosional antara guru dan murid dalam proses pembelajaran. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi mengapa membangun koneksi emosional yang kuat antara guru dan murid penting dalam mencapai hasil yang optimal dalam pendidikan. Artikel ini menyajikan bukti-bukti empiris yang mendukung pentingnya hubungan guru-murid yang bermakna. Pertama, koneksi emosional membantu menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan nyaman di ruang kelas, di mana murid merasa didengarkan, dihargai, dan termotivasi untuk belajar. Koneksi ini juga dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan mengurangi kecemasan sosial pada murid, sehingga memfasilitasi partisipasi yang lebih aktif dan kolaboratif dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, hubungan yang akrab antara guru dan murid memungkinkan adanya pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kebutuhan individu setiap murid. Guru yang memiliki koneksi emosional yang kuat dengan murid dapat mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan mereka secara lebih mendalam, serta memberikan pendampingan dan arahan yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu mereka. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, pengembangan keterampilan sosial, dan perkembangan pribadi secara keseluruhan. Artikel ini juga membahas strategi dan praktik terbaik yang dapat membantu guru membangun koneksi emosional yang kuat dengan murid. Faktor-faktor seperti mendengarkan aktif, menunjukkan empati, memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif, dan menciptakan ikatan positif dalam interaksi sehari-hari dapat berkontribusi pada memperkuat hubungan guru-murid. Dalam rangka meningkatkan pendidikan secara menyeluruh, penting bagi para pendidik untuk menyadari pentingnya membangun koneksi emosional yang kuat dengan murid-murid mereka. Artikel ini menyoroti betapa hubungan guru-murid yang bermakna dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, meningkatkan keterlibatan murid, dan membantu mengembangkan murid secara holistik.

Abstract

Student wellbeing is a very important aspect in the context of education. School education management has a significant role in improving student welfare. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of education management in improving student welfare through a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method used involved interviews with school principals, teachers, school staff, and students, as well as observation and analysis of documents related to welfare-focused policies and programs. student. The program developed is a school principal leadership project plan through IHT activities. In this activity the teacher makes technology-based learning media with canva. The results of this study indicate that learning media made by teachers can improve student wellbeing which is indicated by 98.3% of students being enthusiastic about completing assignments, 97.5% of students being motivated to study at home or at school; 99.2% of students easier to understand learning material; 100% of students are proud of their results; 99.2% student achievement increased. School education management has an important role in improving student wellbeing. This research can provide insights for policy makers and education practitioners in designing strategies and programs that focus on student wellbeing e in schools

Abstract

Abstrack This research aims to increase the independence of children aged 3–4 years at the Shabat Hodu Lah Yahweh Kopeng school, Semarang Regency. found several behaviors that are not in accordance with the child's independence, namely: a). The child is unable to take off his shoes and does not put them on the shoe rack, b). Disposing of trash in the wrong place. c). Children cannot clean up their own toys. d). Children still depend on their parents. f). The method used is class action research method (Classroom Action Research). The researcher used a qualitative description method, the results of cycles I to II, the researcher used data trigulation - data collected obtained from researchers and peer teachers. The conclusion based on the results of the recapitulation of aspects in the habituation method can be seen that the activity aspects are developing well, so that parents and teachers can work together in increasing children's independence. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di MI PK Al Ikhlas Tengaran yang meliputi: (l) mengetahui dan menganalisis kemandirian dalam layanan yang bermutu, (2) efektifitas kemitraan dengan instansi atau tembaga lain. (3) efektititas partisipasi masyarakat melalui komite sekolah. (4) mengetahui dan menganalisis transparansi hasil pembelajaran dan keuangan. (5) mengetahui dan menganalisis akuntabilitas sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode diskriptif dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di MI PK Al Ikhlas Tengaran. Waktu dimulai bulan Juli 2022 sampai Juli 2023. pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi, dengan respondensi adalah seluruh stakeholder MI PK Al Ikhlas Tengaran. Temuan pada penelitian ini: (l) pengambilan keputusan penyusunan RKT dan RPJM melibatkan pengawas, kepala sekolah, guru, karyawan TU, dan komite sekolah. (2) kemitraan dengan dinas kesehatan (puskesmas) dan lembaga pendidikan lainnya seperti Erlangga. (3) partisipasi orang tua siswa dalam bentuk sumbangan sukarela untuk mewujudkan sarana prasarana, (4) transparansi hasil pembelajaran dan keuangan. (5) akuntabilitas keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan kepala sekolah hendaknya mensosialisasikan program sekolah, agar pemahaman warga sekolah terhadap program tersebut terus meningkat. Sehingga keterlibatan dan kontribusi mereka dalam melaksanakan program sekolah juga meningkat dan nyata, kepala sekolah hendanya mengadakan pendekatan kepada masyarakat dalam rangka meminta dukungan dalam pengelolaan sekolah, kepala sekolah hendaknya dapat menjalin kerja sama yang lebih luas lagi dengan masyarakat. Kata kunci : Implementasi, manajemen berbasis sekolah, MI PK Al Ikhlas Tengaran.

Abstract

Kompetensi professional guru diartikan guru mampu mengelola proses pembelajaran dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk: 1) mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengembanagn keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru, 2) mengetahui besarnya pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru, dan 3) mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi profesional guru. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini 134 guru dan sampel penelitian 100 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data diskriptif, uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linieritas dan uji hipotesis meliputi regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) korelasi antara pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebasar 0.873. Pengaruh pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 76,2 %, (2) Korelasi antara disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebasar 0.768. Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 68,9 %, (3) Korelasi antara pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebasar 0.874. Pengaruh pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 76,3 %. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 0,763 atau 76,3%. Penulis menyarankan agar kepala sekolah memefasilitasi kegiatan pengembangan diri guru terutama tentang penguasaan landasan kependidikan, kemudian guru juga mengikuti pelatihan dan seminar agar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Guru dapat melakukan refleksi dan evaluasi dengan meningkatkan pengembangan diri dan disiplin kerja.
