When a village has been agreed upon, proclaimed as a "Tourist Village" the village should have the potential to be attractive with the characteristics of a non-urban village. These characteristics will be represented by traditional life and the uniqueness that surrounds it. The purpose of this writing is to find out the strategy of the Regional Government in empowering tourist villages. This is a form of village tourism empowerment carried out by the local government to improve the economy and maintain village wisdom. In this study, researchers used the library study method accompanied by an elaboration analysis of government regulations or policies regarding village tourism. Villages in the world of tourism certainly have their potential, including the natural wealth of the mountains or villages with the wealth of the sea, in terms of culture to history, all of which are present in the body of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. This research uses a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. According to Moleong, qualitative methods include document observation, or literature search. The results of the study show that in the process of development or tourism village development, the village government is the main party responsible so that the community can be involved, through a regulatory strategy that has been prepared by the village government.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the management of Sedana Mekar BUMDes applies the principles of village autonomy in Mekarsari village, East Lore sub-district, Poso district. This research was conducted in the village of Mekarsari, East Lore sub-district, Poso district with the theory of village autonomy put forward by Sutoro Eko (2014), which is Impunity and Initiative. The research method uses qualitative with descriptive research type. The technique of determining informants used a purposive sampling technique with 6 informants. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study concluded that the implementation of the principles of village autonomy in the management of BUMDes Sedana Mekar in Mekarsari village was considered not optimal. This is based on aspects of Sutoro Eko's theory used in this study, namely the principle of impunity and initiatives in the management of BUMDes Sedana Mekar. Inadequate planning often occurs in BUMDes management so that the initiatives implemented are not optimal. And it is also found that there are irregularities in the principle of impunity, namely the appointment of BUMDes administrators from village officials which causes the village oversight function of BUMDes to become village oversight of itself.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which Corona virus control policies have been implemented in the tourist village of Warung Boto. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The theory used is the theory of public policy implementation from George Edward III. The results of the study show that self-assessment control standards and assessment results have not been carried out by the Boto Warung tourism village due to uncertain pandemic conditions and crowd restrictions. Managers feel that their own assessment is more focused on tourist objects, not tourist villages. Many standard facilities and infrastructure are available with assistance from various parties, especially from the Department of Tourism. Standards for the availability of human resources in the control and prevention of Covid-19 are available in collaboration with the urban village covid handling group. Standard SOP procedure documents are available. Funding sources still rely on assistance from stakeholders regarding the control and prevention of Covid-19. Communication between organizations in the tourism village network, the village Covid-19 control and prevention group and the tourism office is very important to reduce limited resources. The legality of the tourism village management organization strongly supports access to funding for various parties. The management status of the Boto shop location is one of the obstacles to the weak control and prevention of Covid-19 in the tourist village of Boto stalls.

Abstract

Social welfare is often measured based on aspects such as income, population, health, education, employment, consumption, housing, and social culture. However, some people who already have a luxurious house, vehicle, deposit, and various other forms of wealth actually feel anxious, restless, fearful, and even commit suicide. This fact shows that there is something lacking in measuring social welfare. Islamic economics offers a different concept of welfare. Welfare in Islam is not only measured from the material aspect, but also from the spiritual aspect. In Islam, the happiness of life is given by Allah SWT to anyone who is willing to do good deeds accompanied by faith in Allah SWT. Three indicators for measuring welfare and happiness in Islam are mental formation (tauhid), consumption, and the disappearance of fear and all forms of anxiety. Zakat is one of the important instruments in Islamic economics to achieve social welfare. Zakat is an obligation for every Muslim who is able to give out a portion of his wealth to be given to those in need. Zakat can make a significant contribution to the economy of society, especially for rural communities. Zakat can also help reduce poverty and social inequality. By applying the concept of welfare offered by Islam, we can create a prosperous society, both materially and spiritually.

Abstract

Penitentiary is a public institution that plays an important role in carrying out state duties in terms of correctional and inmate development. However, in its implementation, the government apparatus, especially within the Penitentiary, is still ineffective and efficient, and there are still many problems that have not been resolved, such as the results of Hamzah's interview with former prisoners in Tanjungpinang Class IIA Prison. The purpose of the study was to determine whether there is an influence between employee performance and the satisfaction of correctional assisted citizens. The approach used in this study is a Quantitative approach, using Kumorotomo's theory, namely: efficiency, effectiveness, fairness, and responsiveness, and indicators from PERMENPAN No. 14 of 2017. The study population was correctional assisted citizens who received services at the Tanjungpinang Class IIA Correctional Office with a total of 520 people. The number of samples taken was 81 people, based on the calculation of the slovin formula with a tolerable margin of error of 10%. The results showed that none of the services had any influence on the independent variable and the dependent variable, with the value of F calculated = 0.213 with a significance level of 0.645 > 0.05 so that Ho was acceptable and H1 was rejected
