Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the impact of BPUM, human capital, and digital marketing funding variables on the performance of MSMEs in Malang Regency. The research method used is descriptive statistical quantitative method with multiple regression analysis techniques. The total population used is 84,800 micro business actors. From the total population, the slovin formula is used to determine a minimum sample of 100 respondents. The number of samples obtained from distributing questionnaires directly obtained 106 respondent data with 3 outlier data. The research results showed that the BPUM and digital marketing funding variables had a significant effect on MSME performance, while the human capital variable had no significant effect on MSME performance in Malang Regency. Abstract

A volunteer is someone who joins hands with groups, communities and institutions to produce a beneficial impact on the general public. There are several factors that can influence a person's motivation to be a volunteer. The purpose of this research was to examine the direct and indirect effects of altruism and self-esteem to volunteer motivation through locus of control. The method of analysis uses path analysis. The research sample was 76 volunteers at Rumah Makan Rakyat Malang. All items were declared valid and reliable. The results of the path analysis prove that there is a direct effect between altruism and self-esteem on motivation to volunteer with a significance <0.05. However, there is no direct effect between locus of control on motivation to volunteer because the significance value is > 0.05. It means that locus of control did not mediate altruism and locus of control on volunteer motivation. The biggest direct effect on motivation is self-esteem with the largest standardized beta value of 0.554.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Inventory Turnover, Current Ratio, and Working Capital Turnover on Return On Assets in the Plantation Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling was carried out using the Purposive Sampling method with the criteria of all Plantation Sub Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which published their financial reports consecutively during the 2018-2022 period and financial reports presented in rupiah currency. With this method a sample of 65 company financial data is obtained. The research data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test consisting of a normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2) and hypothesis testing consisting of a partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (test F). The results of the study concluded that partially the Inventory Turnover and Current Ratio variables had a significant effect on Return On Assets, Working Capital Turnover did not have a significant effect on Return On Assets. The test results simultaneously variable Inventory Turnover, Current Ratio and Working Capital Turnover together have a significant effect on Return On Assets.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio on Profitability in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all financial statements of banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The samples used were 10 companies. The analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test which consists of a normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing which consists of a t-test (partial) and f-test (simultaneous). The results of this study conclude that partially only the Quick Ratio has no effect on Return on Assets, while the Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have an effect on Return on Assets. Simultaneously Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio together have a significant effect on Return on Assets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi efektivitas perubahan organisasi dari jabatan struktural ke jabatan fungsional pada Dinas Pertanian Dan Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengambilan data dengan obsesrvasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dengan verifikasi data, data display, kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian Pengalihan jabatan dari struktural ke fungsional pada pegawai di Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah dianggap penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Ini juga membantu dalam penyebaran pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan mengurangi birokrasi serta meningkatkan fleksibilitas dalam pengambilan keputusan. Identifikasi masalah dalam pengalihan tersebut dilakukan dengan memerhatikan kesenjangan keterampilan atau pengetahuan yang perlu diatasi serta melibatkan peran pihak terkait, termasuk pimpinan Dinas. Memastikan keberlanjutan pengalihan, membangun jabatan fungsional, menetapkan kriteria kompetensi, pemetaan peran, dan keterlibatan serta persiapan karyawan dalam perubahan jabatan menjadi langkah efektif dalam membangun perubahan jabatan dari struktural ke fungsional di Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on product quality and brand image of Telkomsel on customer loyalty with satisfaction as a moderating variable (study of the students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar). The type of research that the author uses is quantitative research. The data collection technique that the researcher used was through a questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents. Based on the results of the research, the product quality has an effect on customer loyalty to students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Brand Image has an effect on Customer Loyalty to Students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Product Quality and Brand Image have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty to Students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Product quality has an effect on customer loyalty which is moderated by satisfaction with students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Abstract

ABSTRAC Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy, but they currently face a number of obstacles, including difficulty accessing credit. There are still a number of obstacles to overcome, one of which is difficulty in raising capital and financing due to lack of access to financial institutions. capital and finance because they are not accessible to financial institutions. Poor access to finance in Indonesia means that some small and medium-sized enterprises still cannot access financial institutions, and difficulties in accessing finance affect the performance of businesses. medium and small. To overcome this problem, the government is implementing a financial inclusion program, with technological developments now creating collaboration between technology and finance, commonly known as fintech. One of the classifications of fintech is peer-to-peer lending. The data used were collected using a questionnaire. This study uses simple regression analysis techniques using the test tool, IBM SPSS 25.0. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Financial Risk, Sales Growth on Profitability and Value of Pharmaceutical Companies of pharmaceutical companies in 2020 – 2022. The type of research conducted in this study is quantitative which aims to determine the relationship between independent and bound variables, in this study it is carried out to determine the effect of financial risk, sales growth on profitability as an intervening variable and company value. The source of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. To determine the effect of DAR and sales growth on profitability and company value using pricebook value, Debt to Asset Ratio, Sales Growth, and Return on Asset ratio. The results showed that DAR had a significant negative effect on profitability. This means that the smaller the DAR value, the greater the level of profitability achieved. Sales growth has no insignificant effect on profitability. That is, the level of sales growth is not the cause of the rise or fall of company profitability. The effect of DAR, Sales Growth and ROA on Company Value. DAR has no effect and is not significant on the Value of the Company. That is, investors look more at the prospects of the company than at the Financial Risk in this case the value of the Debt to Asset Ratio. Sales Growth has a positive and significant effect on Company Value.

Abstract

Penelitian yang telah dilakukan mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim, kompensasi dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Surya Abadi Elektrik. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada pada CV Surya Abadi Elektrik. Jumlah sampel yang dipergunakan dalam pebelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan, penetuan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Kemudian setelah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas , uji realibilitas ,uji asumsi klasik ,analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis untuk membuktikan apakah ada atau tidaknya pengaruh dari tiap-tiap variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di marketplace dimana dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa Universitas AKI. Jumlah sampel yang dipergunakan dalam pebelitian ini adalah 100 mahsiswa, Data yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan luaskan kepada responden. Kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas , uji realibilitas ,uji asumsi klasik ,analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hasi; hipotesis untuk membuktikan seberapa besar pengaruh dari tiap-tiap variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat.
