Abstract

This study aims to design customer personas as a foundation for developing digital marketing content strategies in an office rental company. A qualitative method was employed through in-depth interviews with a customer, Tenant Marketing staff, a Social Media Specialist, and the company director, with data analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the primary customers belong to the business-to-business (B2B) segment, consisting of business owners, company managers, and business consultants who require practical workspaces, complete facilities, flexible rental systems, and transparent pricing. The study resulted in three main customer personas—founder, branch manager, and business consultant—which can be used as a basis for creating more relevant and customer-oriented digital marketing content strategies.

This study was conducted to determine the influence of communication, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on the performance of employees at the Ngawi Regency Transportation Agency. To determine the results of the study, a quantitative research type was used by distributing questionnaires. The employee population at this agency was 126 people. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples. So all populations were used as research samples. To find out the answer to the research objectives, a multiple linear regression analysis technique was used with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that communication partially influences employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture and organizational commitment do not affect employee performance. Simultaneously, the results of the study indicate that there is an influence between communication, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of employee environmental awareness, green competencies, personality and motivation on the implementation of green human resource management in the textile and apparel industry in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. This research method used a quantitative approach with 95 respondents, which were analysed using logistic regression. The results of the study indicate that all variables simultaneously influence the implementation of GHRM. Partially, employee environmental awareness, green competencies and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of GHRM, while personality has a negative and significant effect on the implementation of GHRM. This study can be a basis for companies in considering individual factors in the implementation of GHRM. This study is limited to the textile and apparel industry in DIY, therefore, the findings cannot be broadly generalized.

Abstract

This case study examines capacity constraints at Dr Laundry, a small-scale service business established in 2021. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with field observations and interviews, the study reveals that despite a theoretical washing capacity of 975 kg/day and drying capacity of 325 kg/day, operational bottlenecks emerge when daily demand reaches 100 kg. The primary constraint does not arise from equipment limits or ironing speed (5–10 kg/hour/worker), but from process interruptions caused by overlapping cashier and washing responsibilities. Mitigation strategies including overtime extension, workforce allocation control, and load sequencing are evaluated. The findings demonstrate that task fragmentation and uncoordinated multi-role assignment degrade theoretical throughput in SME service lines, contributing to service operations management literature by highlighting that optimizing capacity does not necessarily require capital expansion, but rather targeted job redesign and process scheduling

Abstract

This study examines the effects of workload and emotional intelligence on employee productivity at PT Astra International Tbk - Daihatsu Sales Operation. A quantitative approach with saturation sampling yielded 57 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS revealed that workload has a positive and significant impact on productivity, while emotional intelligence shows a positive but statistically insignificant effect. The simultaneous F-test confirms that both variables jointly exert a significant influence on productivity. These findings underscore the need for organizations to balance effective workload management and emotional competence to achieve optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Inventory control is a key to operational success in minimarket retail. This study examines the effectiveness of the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) method adapted from manufacturing to retail inventory systems. Through quantitative simulation, the Master Production Schedule was adjusted into a Master Procurement Schedule based on Point of Sale data. MRP computation proved effective in balancing shelf inventory on a Just-in-Time basis. Results indicate a reduction in stockouts to below 2%, an increase in inventory turnover, and holding cost efficiencies of up to 35%. This implementation successfully optimizes minimarket working capital turnover efficiently.
