Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of educational background, work placement and work experience on employee productivity at PT. Multi Mas Chemindo. In the research, the number of respondents used was 110 respondents. The data sources used in the research are secondary and primary data sources. The testing techniques used in the research are research instruments, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and research hypothesis tests. The data collection techniques used in this research used questionnaire data, literature, interviews and documentation. Based on the partial test results, it was found that educational background, work placement and work experience had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Multi Mas Chemindo Medan. The results of this research simultaneously show that background variables, work placement and work experience together influence employee productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, leadership and interpersonal communication on employee job satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Hiyoto. The number of samples used in this research was 62 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this research used observation, questionnaires and interviews. The testing techniques used in this research use research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. The test results concluded from the partial test are that the work environment variable has no significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, while the leadership and interpersonal communication variables have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneous test results showed that together the work environment variables leadership and interpersonal communication affected employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and motivation on employee productivity at PT. Tjipta Rimba Djaja. The data collection technique used in this research uses questionnaire data and documentation, the type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data sources. The sample used in this research was 66 respondents. The instrument tests used in this research are validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of hypothesis testing in this research show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, then the work discipline variable has an effect on employee productivity and the motivation variable has no effect on employee productivity at PT. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication work discipline and work stress on job satisfaction at PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara. This research used a total of 70 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this research used questionnaires and interviews. The testing techniques used in this research are research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. The results obtained from hypothesis testing are that the work discipline variable has no positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction, then the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction and the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara. Simultaneously, the results showed that the variables of work discipline, communication and work stress had an effect on employee satisfaction at PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job training and career development on employee loyalty at PT. Multi Mas Chemindo Medan. The number of samples used in this research was 150 research samples. The data collection techniques used in this research used questionnaires and observation. The testing technique used in this research uses research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression UI and hypothesis testing. The data sources in this research use secondary and primary data sources. The results of this hypothesis research show that job training and career development variables have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The results of the simultaneous tests can be concluded that together they have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of management control systems, profitability and profit growth on managerial performance in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The type of research used in this research uses quantitative research. The data source used in this research uses secondary data sources. The number of samples in this research was 80 research samples. The results of this research show that the internal control system (X1) and profit growth (X3) have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance (Y), while profitability (X2) does not have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance (Y) in the food and beverage sub-sector. The sample used in this research was 188 respondents whose type of sampling used a saturated sample. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of taxpayer awareness, tax sanctions,implementation of the e-filling system and quality of tax service on individual taxpayer compliance in reporting annual tax returns at the Medan Petisah Pratama Tax Service Office (KPP). The researchmethod in this study used the Quantitative Method. The populatin in this study was 158.386 and the sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data collection tehnique used in this research was literatures study and questionnaires. The results of the T test show that Taxpayer Awareness has No. significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. Tax Sanctions, Implementation of the E-Filling System and taxpayer Service Quality have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. The resukts of the F test show that Taxpayer Awarenes, Tax Sanctions, Implementation of the E-Filling System and Taxpayer Service Quality have a simultaneous effect on Taxpayer Compliance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the E-registration, E- filling and Tax Transparency Systems on Taxpayer Compliance at the Pratama Medan Petisah Tax Service Office (KPP) with Internet Understanding as a Moderating Variable. The type of research used is quantitative research with associative methods. The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire, as well as secondary data in the form of data from the KPP Pratama Medan Petisah. The analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis. The population in this research is all Corporate Taxpayers registered with KPP Pratama Medan Petisah and the sample is 100 people represented. The research results show that the variable implementing the e-registration and e-filling system has a positive and significant effect on corporate taxpayer compliance, while the variable implementing Tax Transparency does not have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The internet understanding variable is able to moderate the implementation of the e-registration system on compliance. taxpayers, and the variable internet understanding is not able to moderate the implementation of the e-filling system and tax transparency on taxpayer compliance
