TARBIYATUNA: Jurnal Pendidikan merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh STIT Ibnu Sina Malang. Jurnal ini diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun, baik dalam versi cetak maupun online. Jurnal ini memuat manuskrip ilmiah pada Pendidikan Islam secara umum, dengan topik dan scope kajian: Pendidikan Agama Islam, Pendidikan Bahasa Arab, dan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Artikel yang dimuat dalam jurnal ini berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian maupun pemikiran pendidikan Islam dan pembelajaran yang disajikan secara ilmiah dengan proses review yang dilakukan oleh ahli maupun pakar di bidangnya dengan terbit dua kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan juni dan desember yang dimulai secara online tahun 2017.

Abstract

Islam has placed the Arabic language on the main positions, because that language is the language of the two basic religion of Islam i.e. Al Quran and Hadith, and to understand the Quran and Hadith need to understand the Arabic language itself. Al Quran is kalamullah, not only addressed as a guide but more of that, Allah SWT will also give the reward of goodness for every singgle letter has been read. Therefore, every muslim considerably need a method that will help him in learning Arabic. In its development, new theories emerged in the learning and teaching of the Arabic language. Ahmad Rushdi Thuaimah points out that teaching the Arabic language should notice to the relation between Arabic with native language in Indonesia, both the similarities and the differences. Due to teaching the same thing, it is certainly easier to teach the similarities than the differences. So, to teach the Arabic language, it is advisable to lecture the sound of the Arabic language that similar with the sound of indonesiaon language before teaching the sounds of Arabic language that does not exist in Indonesian language. In other words, teaches an easy thing preferably done before a difficult thing.

Abstract

The syllabus is considered as one of the main components in the learning process, it contains lists of activities that should be done at the end of the programs and reaches the purpose of language learning. There are many kinds of syllabuses, one of them is Notional Syllabus. It is coupled with a communicative teaching approach make clear benefit in learning and using language. This syllabus is more suitable for learning language for specific purposes. But the creative teachers can bring the notional syllabus into their class, with some considerations, and make the learning process more interesting. This article describes the application of a notional syllabus in Arabic teaching and learning.

Abstract

In today’s dynamic and competitive organization environment, institutions face competition, not only in physical evidence but also human resources. Humans have become a strategic factor that determines the success of an educational institution. This condition leads the importance of planning activities in the management of human resources in the institutions of education. This article aims to discuss the basic concepts of human resource planning and implementation in the institutions of education. Conceptually, human resource planning is meant as a process that involves a series of activities of forecasting and estimation in the fulfillment of the needs of the workforce, as well as a strategy for human resource development in order to achieve success. Implementation in the institution including the activities of the analysis and forecasting of projection or educators and educational needs, such as human resources inventory, projected enrollment of new learners, review goals or objectives educational institutions and ending with human resource forecasting.

Abstract

In Arabic language curriculum management, there are information resources which should be maintained to be a basic consideration for decision makers in solving problems relating to the implementation of the Arabic language curriculum in educational institutions. This article discusses the information resource, and its role in the implementation of the Arabic language curriculum, also the concept of information management curriculum of Arabic language. Information has a strategic role in the activities: (1) the implementation of the curriculum, both schools-grade and class-level; (2) Monitoring the curriculum; (3) the assessment and improvement of the curriculum. Through the activities of information management, information resources can be processed and stored, in a system called MIS (Management Information Systems), to prepare and facilitate decision making. Thus, information resources can be contributed effectively to improve the implementation of Arabic language curriculum in the future.

Abstract

To survive and thrive, educational institutions need the direction of human resources management has focused on the achievement of the long-term goals, by applying the strategic human resource management approach. This article aims to discuss the implementation of the fundamental to the human resource management (HRM) approach in educational institutions, include: the basic concepts of strategic human resource management; principles and urgency of its application in educational institutions. Through the study of literature, the results of the study show that to cope with the challenge of managing educational that an increasingly complex, it needs human resource management that not only run management functions, but also leads to the strategy to achieve the long term goals of institutions. This approach is known as the strategic human resource management. This approach became particularly urgent to implement in the educational institutions on three needs; (1) Managing human as the most important resources in the achievement of the main objectives of education; (2) Keep the accountability of institutions in the public eye; and (3) Making human resources as a competitive advantage for the institution. Its application at educational institutions require a series of principles include: understanding of the institutional environment; understanding of the development of the world of work; focus on long term goals of the institution; attention to the development of institutional personnel; and integrating human resources strategy with the strategy of the institution.

Abstract

Social network Facebook has become a trend among teens, hence can be used as an alternative medium of learning. This research aims to know the use of Facebook as a learning aids media of Islamic religious education, and to know the motivation of learning students using Facebook as a social networking medium helps the learning of Islamic religious education. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case studies. The use of case studies is intended to find out how the utilization of social media Facebook as an effective medium to increase motivation and student learning outcomes. The data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results were analyzed using three steps: reduction, display, and verification. The results showed that instructional design of Islamic religious education can utilize social media Facebook through the use of integrated learning strategies, by combining face-to-face learning in class and take advantage of Facebook as learning outside the classroom. Design of learning through Facebook can be done by making use of the feature Group, with steps: (1) create a Facebook for class experiments; (2) Adding students into group; (3) Upload files; and (4) Conducting discussions.

Abstract

Science and Islam is a field of science that has a different perspective, but there is a great relationship of lead when both are integrated. Relevance about science and Islam can also be seen from the story method in the perspective education of al a'raf 176 with neuroscience In the letter of al-A'raf verse 176 shows the importance of the method of story so that people want to think. In terms of neuroscience science also found the fact that the activities of story telling and thinking activities is an important activity because it can stimulate the right brain activity and able to be the key to one's success if done continuously. The use of the word tafakkur in al-A'raf verse 176 also has relevance to neuroscience where tafakkur is the process of thinking about nature and so forth in order to remember the greatness of Allah SWT which uses reason where activates the right brain, and in neuroscience, God Spot or the nerves that drive humans to find gods are also in the right brain.

Abstract

مهارة الاستماع هي إحدى المهارات اللغوية الأربع التي يدرسها الطلاب أول مرة قبل دراستهم المهارات الأخرى. كفاءة الاستماع الجيدة تفيد فهم الأفكار الأساسية تفصيليا. مادة مهارة الاستماع في قسم تعليم اللغة العربية بجامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج هي مادة مفروضة تشتمل على مرحلتين هما مهارة الاستماع الأولى والثانية. عملية تعليم مهارة الاستماع الجيدة وطرق التعليم الفعال تفيد الحصول على النتيجة الكافية. لتحقيق هذه الأهداف، فكان قسم تعليم اللغة العربية إجراء عملية تعليم مهارة الاستماع الأولى لمرحلة واحدة، بالخلاصة أن تعليمها في قسم تعليم اللغة العربية بجامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم مالانج يحتوي على أهداف التعليم، المادة، الطريقة، الوسائل والتقويم.

Abstract

Fokus dalam kajian penelitian ini adalah bagaimana bermain peran atau role playing dalam pembelajaran Maharah al-Kalam di PKPBA UIN Maliki Malang? Berdasarkan fokus tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bermain peran atau role playing dalam pembelajaran Maharah al-Kalam di PKPBA UIN Maliki Malang. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan menggunakan dua teknik dalam pengumpulan datanya, yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk data yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini, bersifat deskriptif yang kemudian dianalisa secara induktif. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa hasil penelitian, yaitu adanya rencana pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran Maharah al-Kalam di PKPBA UIN Maliki Malang dengan menggunakan permainan peran (role playing), ditemukan adanya kelebihan dan kekurangan dari permainan peran (role playing) dalam pembelajaran Maharah al-Kalam serta adanya materi-materi pembelajaran yang dapat dijadikan sebagai naskah dalam permainan peran (role playing).

Abstract

Kosakata tidak dapat dipisahkan dari pembelajaran bahasa. Kosakata diperlukan dengan program pembelajaran bahasa supaya pembelajar bahasa dapat mengerti terhadap apa yang ia pelajari secara efektif. Saat ini, banyak peneliti menyadari bahwa kosakata adalah suatu hal yang penting dan merupakan bagian dari pembelajaran dan pengajaran bahasa. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengenalkan sebuah metode yang dinamakan “mnemonik” kepada para pembelajar bahasa Arab di perguruan tinggi, khususnya perguruan tinggi yang mengajarkan bahasa Arab. Tujuan lainnya juga untuk mengeksplor kekreatifitasan mahasiswa selama pembelajaran dengan mnemonik ini berlangsung, agar dapat mengingat kosakata yang telah dipelajari baik sebagai ingatan jangka pendek terlebih ingatan jangka panjang. Mahasiswa pembelajar bahasa Arab, bagaimanapun, sering mengeluh ketika berhadapan dengan kosakata baru, sebagian mereka kesulitan untuk mengingat kembali apa yang telah ia hafalkan. Metode mnemonik ini dapat menjadi solusi atas masalah yang mereka hadapi serta dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Arab mereka. Terdapat banyak jenis dari mnemonik itu sendiri, diantaranya teknik cerita, kata kunci dan teknik penggambaran. Jenis-jenis mnemonik tersebut tidak bisa disangkal adalah metode yang efektif dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengingat kembali secara langsung. Disamping sebagai pembantu ingatan dalam menghafal kosakata, mnemonik juga dapat membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi santai. Dengan kata lain mnemonik adalah metode yang menyenangkan dalam mempelajari kosakata yang mana dapat membuat mengingat kembali menjadi mudah dengan menjembatani arti kata dengan menghubungkan antara belahan otak baik kanan maupun kiri. Artikel ini akan akan memaparkan tentang metode mnemonik dan bagaimana cara mengaplikasikannya.
