TARBIYATUNA: Jurnal Pendidikan merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh STIT Ibnu Sina Malang. Jurnal ini diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun, baik dalam versi cetak maupun online. Jurnal ini memuat manuskrip ilmiah pada Pendidikan Islam secara umum, dengan topik dan scope kajian: Pendidikan Agama Islam, Pendidikan Bahasa Arab, dan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Artikel yang dimuat dalam jurnal ini berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian maupun pemikiran pendidikan Islam dan pembelajaran yang disajikan secara ilmiah dengan proses review yang dilakukan oleh ahli maupun pakar di bidangnya dengan terbit dua kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan juni dan desember yang dimulai secara online tahun 2017.

Abstract

In leadership, the process of supervision or ar-riqobah is a must and must be implemented. This activity is to examine and check whether the implementation of planning tasks is actually done or not. This is also to find out whether there are irregularities, misuse and shortcomings in its implementation. If there are problems, then it needs to be revised. The function of supervision or control is activities to carry out repairs rather than activities to find fault. To be able to carry out supervision properly, the planning concept must be present and clear. Without planning, it is difficult to detect irregularities and without knowledge of irregularities, the control function will be very blurred.

Abstract

The concept of Arabic derivation (Isytiqaq) is a very important study of Arabic. Arabic has morphological tools that form derivations. These tools are called binyan (wazan). In addition, the derivation of Arabic has meaning and function regarding the Arabic language itself. Changes in function and meaning that occur because of a change that is the basic verb into derivational verbs from each verb earlier derived various nouns. Arabic derivation which includes morphology, qolb, ibdal and acronyms has contributed a lot to the Arabic vocabulary in order to support the development of Arabic, so that new terms in the vocabulary in Arabic are also increasingly diverse.

Abstract

Digitization era is a challenge and reality that must be faced and can not be avoided. Technology demand lead to increasingly fierce competition, so every organization needs Human Resources (HR) who have competence in order to work in providing excellent and satisfying services. Likewise in the world of education, the role of individual performance is needed to advance the quality of education. Without good performance, the goal will be very difficult to achieve. Thus, the performance of individual teachers is needed in the world of education. The performance of education is determined by the performance of the teachers. To improve teacher performance can be done in many ways including guidance counseling and comparative studies. Guidance counseling is a process of assistance provided by the mentor to individuals through face-to-face meetings or reciprocal relationships between the two. The goal is that the counselee has the ability to see and find the problems, then be able to solve it independently. Also expected to produce human resources or employees who have faith and piety, have a solid understanding and self-awareness basis, devote themselves professionally on the basis of the norms of his profession. Comparative Study is a learning concept carried out in different locations and environments which is an activity commonly carried out for the purpose of improving quality, expanding business, improving systems, determining new policies, improving legislation, and others.

Abstract

Islamic Education Institutions are one of the platforms to realize expectations and goals in Islamic education. To prepare a generation of quality in welcoming and becoming agents of development in the era of globalization, Islamic educational institutions are demanded to be able to improve the quality of human diversity. This will be achieved if the quality of Islamic educational institutions can also be improved. Human resources are one of the most important factors in Islamic educational institutions, because human resource factors are another driving force for resources that determine the quality of Islamic education. The results of education in Islamic Education Institutions will be quality if supported by management / management of quality human resources as well. This is absolutely necessary to achieve maximum results. No matter how advanced the technology is, human factors still play a very important role for the success of an institution including Islamic educational institutions. In Islam, humans are al-insan, al-basyar, al-nas. Whereas effective management of human resources in Islamic education institutions includes the processes of planning, procurement, training and development, assessment of work performance and compensation, and maintenance of work relations.

Abstract

تعليم الأصوات له دور مهم في تنمية فهم الطلاب على القواعد الصوتية للغة العربية الصحيحة وتقليل الأخطاء في النطق وكتابتها التي كثر وقوعها لدى دارسي اللغة العربية لاسيما للمبتدئين الذين يتأثرون باستخدام اللغة الأم أي اللغة الإندونيسية. هذه الاختلافات تكون معوقة أساسية في تنمية الكفاءة اللغوية التي تبدأ من معرفة الأصوات اللغوية. هذه المقالة تصف جوانب نطق الأصوات العربية الصحيحة والأصوات الإندونيسية. تحليل التقابل اللغوي ينمي استيعاب الطلاب على اللغة لمعرفة الأشكال والأنماط للغة الأجنبية التي تطلب منها المساوي بين هاتين اللغتين.

Abstract

School based Management (SBM) is a model of management that grants autonomy to schools to organize their schooling independently. Independence is actually a responsibility given to the school, especially to the school principal in order to bring the progress of the school he leads. In its application, school based management requires extensive understanding of basic concepts. The article aims to discuss some basic concepts in implementing school based management by recommending one example of an institution that successfully implements it. Through literature study, the results of the study gave explanations on the basic concepts of management and school-based management and implementation problems as one of the decentralized policies of education organizing. An example of applying to an education unit shows that the school implementing the model is able to make the school a place for human resources empowerment and able to create a learning atmosphere that is enjoyable for students.

Abstract

Learning that is conducive and fun in the industrial revolution 4.0 makes changes in learning styles in the learning process. Teachers are asked to follow an interactive digital learning process. Learning that is fun and not boring is one of the challenges for instructors and Developers of Learning Technology to innovate in learning. Questioning method (question and answer) is a method used by teachers in learning to arouse student motivation in expressing opinions in the learning process takes place. In Arabic there are four maharah that must be mastered. To master Arabic, learning media are needed that are effective, efficient and in accordance with the times so that students are interested and enthusiastic in participating in learning activities. However, many teachers are less creative in using existing media. Whereas learning media has a role as an attention drawer, curiosity and facilitates the delivery of information to students. This paper discusses the Collaboration of the Application of Questioning Methods with the Kahoot Application in Arabic Language Learning. Kahoot is one of the learning media in the form of web-based applications for making quizzes and simple games. Teachers as facilitators as well as content creators can add elements in the form of videos, images and texts and students can access them via a smartphone or personal computer.

Abstract

This paper is a literature review related to video based learning as a learning media trend in the 4.0 era. Issues that will be discussed in this paper include; industrial revolution, educational revolution, media trends in the 4.0 era, to video based learning. Data collection methods by collecting library data, reading and recording, and processing literacy materials related to these issues. Because the media is one system that plays an important role in the development of learners to increase innovative and effective knowledge. This discussion emphasizes video media as a learning tool that can help students in rationally illustrating material Arabic learning is difficult learning for students, with the existence of video media that is trending in the 4.0 era this will help students in the learning process, learning Arabic using media video makes students easy to understand the content of the lesson with clear illustrations without making students to illustrate abstractly, then the presence of video media as a means of learning Arabic will make it easier for students to understand the content of the material provided by the teacher.

Abstract

This research discusses visual media as an Arabic learning instrument that concentrates on speaking skills. Visual media is a popular medium in the education era 4.0 by the millennial generation. Through a literature review, the research describes important points in the use of visual media: the category of visual media, the principles of using visual media, guidelines in designing visual media and their implementation in Arabic learning. The purpose of using visual media is to increase students' enthusiasm for learning and increase teacher innovation and creativity in teaching. Some visual media that teachers can use in the learning process of Arabic speaking skills include: wall clocks, bulletin boards, flannel boards, posters and pictures. The concepts and principles of using visual media need to be considered, so that the process of using visual media in learning is effective and optimal.

Abstract

Learning methodology is very necessary in the learning process. The success of a learning process also depends on the methodology, especially in learning Arabic. Many kinds of methods can be applied in teaching and learning activities, for example: lecture method, qawa'id wa al tarjamah method, preacher method, and so forth. Although there are many kinds of learning methods in learning Arabic, unfortunately there are still advantages and disadvantages of those methods. As a result of these events, the eclectic method was born, which is a combined method/mixture of methods that already existed before. This method has a goal to be achieved, namely the purpose of several methods chosen and combined, so that language skills can be collected all in this method and teaching and learning activities can run efficiently and optimally. In language learning, there is no perfect method used for various learning purposes, because the methods that can be used still have advantages and disadvantages. However, these methods can be used properly and correctly according to the needs in the learning process, so that learning objectives can be achieved. The use of methods in the learning process is adjusted to the needs of a teacher in delivering information / material to his students. So, the Arabic learning methods are chosen and used as needed, and they are not used as a whole.
