Abstract

Learning dance as an alternative to help introduce and develop students' knowledge about local culture before getting to know outside culture. Education in the modern era now plans character development in every subject. The implementation of character education is that it can be applied to learning dance. The weaving dance depicts Balinese women in making woven fabrics. These character values ​​have a role in shaping a person's character with oneself and others that are contained in their movements. The purpose of this study was to determine the values ​​of character education contained in the weaving dance movement. This research is a qualitative narrative approach. The primary data source was the result of the various motion observations. The analysis technique consists of data reduction and the conclusion of data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that the tenun dance contains the meaning and values ​​of character education in the presentation of this Tenun Dance movement starting from spinning threads, putting threads on the loom and ending with weaving.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is any influence and student response to the application of the problem-based instruction learning model with the zoom application in improving learning outcomes in Real Analysis II subjects. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of action research are students of semester 1 of Mathematics Education at PGRI Mahadewa University of Indonesia for the academic year 2020/2021, and the object of this research is the study of understanding the material of Sequences and Line Limits in Real Analysis II courses and student responses to Problem-based instruction learning models. In this study, two cycles were used and each cycle went through four stages of the activity process which included: planning, acting, observing, evaluating and reflecting. To obtain complete data, this study uses test and observation methods. The results of action research are: (1) There is an effect of the application of the Problem-based instruction learning model with the zoom application in improving learning outcomes (2) There is a student response to the application of the Problem-based instruction learning model with the zoom application in improving the learning outcomes of the Real Analysis II subject for students semester VII B Mathematics Education Study Program 2020/2021 is good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a student response and the effect of the application of the inquiry learning model with the zoom application in increasing the understanding ability of the Public Relations course. This type of research is an online classroom action research through the zoom application. This action research was conducted at the PGRI Mahadewa University of Indonesia, which is located on Jl. Seroja 57 Tonja Denpasar, Bali. The subjects in this study were students of semester VII B of the Indonesian and Regional Language Education Study Program, PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia University in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year, and the object of this research is a study of the public relations course and student responses to inquiry learning models carried out online. through virtual zoom. This study used two cycles, and each cycle went through four stages of the activity process (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study are using test and observation methods. The results showed (1) the application of the inquiry learning model with the zoom application can improve the understanding of the Public Relations course. (2) There is a positive student response to the application of the inquiry learning model with the zoom application in increasing the ability to understand the Public Relations course.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a student response or to improve the student's ability to answer mathematics induction questions in the Basic Mathematics Introduction course by applying the problem solving learning model through the Zoom application. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was conducted in the Mathematics Education Study Program of the PGRI Mahadewa University of Indonesia. The subjects of action research were students in semester 1 of Mathematics Education at PGRI Mahadewa University in Indonesia for the academic year 2020/2021, and the object of this research was the study of understanding mathematics induction material in basic introductory mathematics courses and student responses to problem solving learning models. In this study, two cycles were used and each cycle went through four stages of the activity process which included (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study are using test and observation methods. Retrieval of data using observation techniques for qualitative data. The results of the action research are (1) There is a student response in the ability to answer math induction questions, (2) the application of problem solving learning models with the zoom application can improve the ability to answer math induction questions in the basic introductory mathematics course.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental method, patterned "Single Factor Independent Group Design". The population was the 6th semester students of PJKR PGRI Mahadewa University Indonesia from 4 classes with a total population of 123, and samples by random sampling, obtained 2 classes, one class was used as an experimental class and one control class. Data were analyzed using MANOVA assisted by SPSS 25.00. Research Results: First, the lecture motivation among students who take scientific learning assisted by video learning is better than students who take scientific learning without assisted learning video (Sig <0.05). Second, the results of the Descriptive Statistics course between students who take scientific learning assisted by video learning are better than students who take scientific learning without assisted learning video (sig <0.05). Third, Simultaneously lecture motivation and lecture results Descriptive statistics between students who take scientific learning assisted by video learning is better than students who take scientific learning without assisted learning video (F <0.05). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that scientific learning assisted by video learning has an effect on lecture motivation and descriptive statistics lecture outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a student response and the effect of the application of the STAD learning model in improving the physics learning achievement of students in class XII MIPA 8 SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in the academic year 2020/2021 in the Atomic Core material. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK). Action research was carried out by means of online virtual zoom animals. In this study, the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) type cooperative learning model was used. The study used a qualitative descriptive design with two cycles of cooperative learning model type STAD including planning, implementing, observing / evaluating and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 36 students of class XII MIPA 8 at SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar with a total of 36 students. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. It can be concluded as follows: (1) There is an effect of the application of the STAD learning model in improving students' physics learning achievement. (2) There is a student response to physics lessons on the application of the STAD Type Cooperative learning model in improving students' physics learning achievement is good. The increase in the average value is 13.47%. The average processing of student observations from the first cycle an average of 71.55 and the average of the second cycle increased to 81.20.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of academic supervision on teachers in improving their performance during a pandemic with online learning at SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in the 2020/2021 school year. This type of research is school action research. The subjects in this study were teachers of SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. The implementation of school action research is carried out in two cycles and in each cycle four main activities are carried out, namely: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Based on the results of school action research, it can be concluded as follows (1) Continuous guidance in an effort to implement the quality of online learning through teacher academic supervision can increase teacher motivation in compiling complete teaching administration and teaching planning through academic supervision so as to produce higher quality learning. (2) Academic supervision activities can improve teacher competence in preparing lesson plans which in turn improve the quality of online learning. (3) Continuous guidance can improve teacher competence in preparing lesson plans. This can be proven from the results of observations / observations which show that there is an increase in teacher competence in compiling lesson plans and online learning from cycle to cycle.

Abstract

Lecturer professional competence can be defined as the ability both knowledge, attitudes and skills that must be possessed by a lecturer to carry out and be accountable for his duties according to predetermined instructions. The aim of this research was to describe the lecturers’ professionalism at Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi FKIP Universitas Mahadewa Indonesia in academic year 2019/2020. This is a descriptive research with a survey method, which was carried out by distributing questionnaires. They were 233 students spreading from semester even from seven classes as the samples of the study, wich determined purposively based on the classes taught by the lecturers concerned. The finding proves that (1) the lecturers’ professionalism of Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi was assessed good by the students (mean: 4,95), (2) from the four competencies, personality competency reached the highest score (mean: 4,23), followed by Pedagogikal competency (mean: 4,15), professional competency (mean: 3.73). and finally social competency (mean: 3.73), and (3) all competence with both categories but there was some criticism from students who need attention

Abstract

The current history learning is currently faced with enormous challenges, not yet over with the rolling of the industrial era 4.0, we are again surprised by the emergence of society 5.0 which must be faced and become a separate challenge in the world of education. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the strategy of history teachers in facing the challenges of education in the era of society 5.0. This research uses literature study. In the data collection technique, the writer will explore the data according to the discussion about the challenges of history teachers in facing society 5.0. This study aims to make history teachers increase their competence in the era of society 5.0. The learning strategy of the Society 5.0 era directs teachers to develop their potential and skills with teaching materials, both using information from online media and from the real world. Teachers in teaching methods can keep up with the times with their learning media using technological smells. With these conditions, teachers are challenged to be able to develop their professional competences not only in the conventional learning level, but also in a technology-based learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students social interaction through Balinese traditional games. The subjects in this study were nine grade IV students of elementary school 2 Jagapati who had low social interaction. To measure the level of student social interaction is the social interaction scale. To improve students' social interaction, researchers applied the traditional Balinese game Juru Pencar as a technique in providing group guidance, so that students can apply aspects of communication, social contact, cooperation and mutual respect and motivation in the play activities they participate in. Group guidance through traditional games is carried out in four activities. The results showed that there was an increase in the increase in students social interaction before and after the traditional scavenger game activities. The pretest results are 288 with an average of 32, while the posttest results are 554 with an average of 62, where the difference is 266, so it can be said that group guidance by applying the traditional Balinese game technique of scattering can increase student social interaction.
