Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of the Project-Based Learning method for Culinary learning achievements of Class XI Culinary A students at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan, Tabanan Regency in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This classroom action research was designed in two cycles, in each cycle carried out for one month. At the end of the action of each cycle, monitoring and evaluation are carried out, which are then reflected in the results of the evaluation for planning the next cycle. Monitoring was carried out using observation techniques, interviews and student skills tests on the competence of making latteart coffee in the Barista Elective Subject. After using the learning process with the project-based learning method, students who do not understand how to make coffee latteartr. indicates a deeper understanding of making latteart coffee. in Barista Elective Subjects. Based on the results of the evaluation, it can be seen that in cycle I there was an increase in students' mastery of making latte art coffee in the subject of choice of the barista with the learning achievement score increasing from the average initial learning achievement score of 59.40 increasing to 68.72 with the percentage of mastery interpreting the model semiconductor atoms. in barista elective subjects by 15.69%. The average percentage increase in the level of Culinary learning achievement between before and after the first cycle of action was 29.61%. In cycle II, in the form of project-based learning techniques, there was an increase in the average value of student achievement from 68.72 to 78.48 with an increase in the percentage of mastery of interpreting the atomic model of semiconductor materials by 13.92%.

Abstract

Creative thinking can be one of the supports in the problem solving process. The mindmapping method can improve students' creative thinking skills, because with the Mind Mapping method it is more fun and students are active in the learning process and students are able to increase knowledge and come up with ideas in solving problems that arise in the learning process. This study aims to apply the mindmapping method to students' creative thinking abilities. This type of research is classroom action research with a research design from Kemmis & McTaggart. The research location was at SMAN 1 Kuta Utara with the subjects in this study being all students in class XI MIPA 3 with a total of 45 people. This research was conducted in biology subjects with excretory system material. The results showed that there was an increase in the ability to think creatively in cycle I by 68.8% and in cycle II by 86.7%. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the application of the mindmapping method can improve students' creative thinking skills, where the number of students who achieve completeness in cycle II reaches 86.7%.

Abstract

Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) learning is a teaching approach that focuses on student learning readiness, not just at the class level. The TaRL approach provides latitude or flexibility in teaching according to students' abilities. Students are not tied to grade levels, but are adjusted based on the abilities of the same students. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the application of Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) assisted by E-LKPD can increase students' motivation to learn mathematics. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research were class VIII.I students of SMP Negeri 1 Kuta Utara for the academic year 2022/2023 and the object of this study was students' motivation to learn mathematics. In this research through two cycles consisting of four stages of the activity process which includes (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Data collection techniques using non-test techniques, observation techniques, and interview techniques. The results of the study show that the application of Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) learning with the help of E-LKPD can increase students' motivation to learn mathematics in class VIII.2 students of SMP Negeri 6 Denpasar in the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Cooperative learning model with Jigsaw Type is a model that can be applied to guide students to be more active and help each other in discussed with the jigsaw type, namely the home group and the original group. The purpose of this research is to improve students' conceptual understanding with the jigsaw type cooperative learning model in biology subjects on mutation material. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were class XII MIPA 2 students and the object of research was students' understanding of the concept of students in biology subjects on mutation material on the application of the jigsaw cooperative learning model. This research consists of four stages, namely (1) Planning; (2) Actions; (3) Observation; (4) Reflection. Data collection techniques using the description test method. The results of the study show that applying the jigsaw cooperative learning model can improve students' understanding of concepts in biology subject matter for class XII MIPA 2 mutations at SMA Negeri 1 North Kuta in the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to improve biology learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Utara students through the application of a modified jigsaw cooperative learning model. This research method uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students of class XII MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 North Kuta with a total of 37 students. This study uses a description test instrument on the Mutations material. Data collection is carried out by giving a description test independently to see the learning outcomes of students. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes. In cycle I, the average percentage obtained was 67.86% in the complete category. The number of students included in the complete category was 25 people. In the second cycle, the average percentage obtained was 86.48% in the complete category. The number of students included in the complete category was 32 people. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of the modified jigsaw learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class XII MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Utara.

Abstract

The Trade a Problem type cooperative model is a model where students are asked to write questions and answers for topics assigned by the teacher, then they exchange their questions with other groups. The purpose of this study was to increase the activity and learning outcomes of mathematics by using the Trade a Problem learning model for students' sequences and series material. The research subjects were students of class XI MIPA 1 at SMAN 7 Denpasar for the 2022/2023 academic year. Research object activeness and student learning outcomes. This type of research is classroom action research. The stages of this research consisted of pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. For each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that in the pre-cycle the average student activeness was 52% and the average learning outcomes was 69.75 with a complete learning of 64.58%, in the first cycle the student learning activeness was 60.5% and the average student score achieved 74.52 with 81.25% classical completeness, in cycle II there was an increase in learning activity to 73.5% and the average student score reached 79.96 with 93.75% classical completeness. The conclusions from this study indicate that the use of the Trade a Problem cooperative learning model in learning mathematics can increase the activity and learning outcomes of class XI MIPA 1 students at SMAN 7 Denpasar.

Abstract

Teaching at the right level (TaRL) is a learner-centered learning approach in which students are grouped into groups with a certain cognitive level. This research aims to determine the application of teaching at the right level (TaRL) can increase students' participation in learning mathematics at SMA Negeri 2 Tabanan. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), using the cycle design from Kemmis & Mc Taggard. The location of this research is SMA Negeri 2 in class XI MIPA 3 with 35 students as research subjects. Based on the results of the study, the results obtained were the application of teaching at the right level (TaRL) increased students’ participation where in the pre-cycle of student participation there was a percentage of 22.14% in the low category, in cycle I the percentage of students’ participation increased to 54.11% got the medium category and in cycle II it increased to 81.07% in the very high category. So that the application of teaching at the right level (TaRL) increases students’ participation in class XI MIPA 3 at SMA Negeri 2 Tabanan

Abstract

Learning outcomes are the abilities possessed by students after carrying out the learning process in achieving a learning goal. The purpose of this research was to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII.3 students of SMPN 6 Denpasar through the application of E-LKPD assisted differentiation learning. This research is classroom action research which consists of two cycles. The stages of each cycle include planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research instrument used was a multiple choice test. In the pre-cycle the average score of students' mathematics learning outcomes was very low and there were only 10 students whose scores exceeded the KKM. In cycle I, the average value of students' mathematics learning outcomes increased to 78.60 and classical learning mastery was 40%, but did not meet the indicators of success. In cycle II, the average scores for learning mathematics and mastery of classical learning have achieved indicators of success, namely 86.40 and 74%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of E-LKPD assisted differentiated learning can improve student mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Nature tourism is a form of recreation and tourism activity that utilizes the potential of natural resources, both in their natural state and after cultivation efforts. The aim of this research is to find out how to develop natural tourism objects based on ethnomathematics-oriented local wisdom and to find out the supporters and obstacles in developing natural tourism objects based on ethnomathematics-oriented local wisdom in Apuan village, Susut District, Bangli Regency. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. This type of research is phenomological while the data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, documentation and observation. The informants in this research were village and community officials. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The research results showed that the cultural dimensions of local wisdom in the attraction of ethnomathematics-oriented local wisdom-based nature tourism in Apuan village came from local sources, local culture and local knowledge. The supporting facilities available for nature tourism based on local wisdom in Apuan village are complete, such as toilets and parking lots which are still in fairly good condition. However, improvements still need to be made in terms of numbers, such as toilet facilities. Inhibiting Factors (1) Accessibility, there is no public transportation for large cars that go directly to tourist attractions in Apuan Village. 2) Amenities, accommodation, health facilities, banks, automated teller machines (ATMs) are not yet available.

Abstract

The Pajegan Mask is also called the Guardian Mask, because it functions for religious ceremonies and is performed parallel to the gedog/weak wayang and is done right at the time the priests perform the ceremony. This mask determines Sidhaya or the success of a ceremony. The Sidhakarya Mask also functions as a roof where all deficiencies in religious ceremonies will be complemented by the Sidhakarya Mask. Based on this description, the researcher tries to examine this matter by giving the title "Budhi Pakerti Educational Values ​​in Balinese Pajegan Masks". As a formulation of the problem (1) What is the shape of Pajegan Masks in Bali? (2) What are the Buddhist Pakerti Educational Values ​​contained in Topeng Pajegan?. The theory used is aesthetic theory, metaphoric theory and simiotic theory, the method used is a structural approach. The type of study text is using a qualitative approach.
