Abstract

The strategy of developing the tourism industry on the one hand has been able to improve the standard of living of Balinese people towards better development, but on the other hand raises new problems, especially for community members who are unable to compete directly in the increasingly widespread development of the Bali tourism industry. social that there are some local people who really don't have much involvement in the development process of the tourism industry that continues to grow. Determination of informants in this study using snaw balling sampling techniques, data collected using non-participation observation methods, in-depth interviews, and recording documents, then the collected data is dissected with an exchange theory developed by George Caspar Homans. The results revealed that there were some Balinese who were unable to compete directly involved in the growing development of the tourism industry in Bali so that some Brawa Beach women in Tibubeneng Village, Kuta Utara District chose a profession as fishermen, and some of the Grahasanti Hamlet in Sidakarya Village, South Denpasar Subdistrict chose a profession as salt farmers. The choice of profession is due to the low level of education, the natural environment that supports the profession, and economically the profession is enough to benefit them.

Abstract

Constraints that are dominant in the field, there are various characteristics and abilities of students such as leg muscle strength and leg length, erratic health conditions and lack of talent and interest in children towards the martial arts sports especially in kick techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of limb muscle strength and leg length to the frequency of students' straight kicks of male participants in the PGRI 1 Denpasar Junior High School Pencak Silat Extracurricular Year 2018/2019. The population in this study amounted to 62 people. Of these, 30 were taken as samples according to inclusion, exclusion and group out criteria. This research was carried out in the Pencak Silat Padepokan of SMP PGRI 1 Denpasar for two days. The measurement test given is a measurement of the length of the leg with an antrophometer in units of cm. Data collected through tests and measurements and analyzed using statistical analysis using the multiple correlation formula. Based on the analysis of the calculation of the normality test of the results of the limb muscle strength test with normal distribution (Fkolmogorov-Smirnov = 0.113; p> 0.05 and VShapiro-Wilk = 0.974; p> 0.05). For leg length data results are normally distributed (FFkolmogorov-Smirnov = 0.120; p> 0.05 and FShapiro-Wilk = 0.978; p> 0.05). Likewise for data from the number of straight kicks normally distributed (Fkolmogorov-Smirnov = 0.154; p> 0.05 and Fkolmogorov-Smirnov = 0.967; p> 0.05). For homogeneity test shows a statistical value of 0.531 and a significance number of 0.593 (p> 0.05) has the same or homogeneous variant. The value of the multiple correlation (R) in this study was 0.878 in a very strong level. The coefficient of determination (KP) is 77.09 ° 0 and the remaining 22.91% are other factors not examined in this study. Significance level = 0.05% and db = 28 test Fh = 4.54 greater than Ft = 3.34 (Fh> Ft) which means the correlation in this study is significant. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between limb muscle strength and limb length to the frequency of students' straight kicks of male participants of the PGRI 1 Denpasar Junior High School Pencak Silat extracurricular 2018/2019, so that the null hypothesis tested is rejected and the alternative hypothesis in this study is accepted.

Abstract

The study aims to know the effect of problem based learning model assisted edmodo and personality type on result of learning mathematic in the class VIII of SMP Negeri. This type of research is quasi experiment, which is using treatment by level design. The population is the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara that consists 14 classes with as many students is 525 students. Samples were taken in two experimental classes and two control classes taken using the multistage random sampling technique, it was obtained by class VIII L (36 students) and VIII M (36 students) as experimental classes and VIII A (38 students) and VIII D (38 students) as control classes. Data obtained with personality type questionnaire and result of mathematics students test. The data was analyzed by using Anava Two Lines and t-scheffe as further testing. Based on the result of data analysis indicate that: 1) there is difference of mathematics learning result between students following by problem based learning model assisted edmodo with students following conventional learning model, with 2) there is interaction between the learning model and the student personality type on the mathematics learning outcomes of students, with 3) on students with extrovert personality type, there difference of mathematics learning result between students following by problem based learning model assisted edmodo with students following conventional learning model, with 4) on students with introvert personality type, there difference of mathematics learning result between students following by problem based learning model assisted edmodo with students following conventional learning model, with . So, it can be concluded that problem based learning model assisted edmodo and personality type take effect result of the learning mathematic to the student in the class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara.

Abstract

To fokcus on the achievement objectives in this study there are twoproblems, namely : (1) to know anddesciribe the volue of character sducation in the learning of Indonesien dance, especialy music as an accompaniment of performing art. This study, descptive research that prioritizes collecting data through ‘tri anggulasi”; valid experience,intervews and literature with this research. The method of analyzing data is a descriptive method of analisys. Based on the results of data analisys, it isexpected that in conlusion that artgenerally contains many character education volues cntainedin it that are in accordance with the Enghteen disciplined, hard work, creative,indenpedent, demockratic, curiocity, spirit of pride, love of waterresistance, repect forachievenment, communicative, peace-loving,fond of reading,caring for the environment, caring for the cocial and responsibility,then art can provide specific material to environment, caring for the social and responscibility, then trough art can provide specific materialto student, so theycan olso realized it significantly.

Abstract

Topeng bondres is a new form that displays the good humor of dance or dialogue that is delivered on each appearance. This topeng bondres experienced a very rapid development that can cause a sence of concern for figures of art figures, cultural, and society in general. To maintain its change and development, was initiated by adding new art from PKB XXXIX 2017, is topeng bondres inovatif. The Gianyar district ambassador is representated by the Gianyar Sanggar Jaba Jero featuring a new form of topeng bondres inovatif by packing a tight dollars title with a tourist destination.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) Knowing the Contribution of Motivation to Achievement to the Resilience of students of S1 Drama, Dance and Music Arts Education Study Program IKIP PGRI BALI. (2) Knowing the contribution of self-concept to the resilience of students of S1 Drama, Dance and Music Arts Education Study Program IKIP PGRI BALI. (3) Knowing the Motivation Contribution of Achievement and self-concept to the resilience of students of S1 Drama, Dance and Music Arts Education Study Program IKIP PGRI BALI. The method used is correlational multiple regression through exposure facto (exposure to facts) with the implementation stage as follows, First, taking Motivation data Achieving student achievement through questionnaire dissemination. Then the self concept data collection that is owned by students is done by distributing questionnaires. The next stage is the data retrieval of Resilience through questionnaires and observations. The final stage is analyzing the results data with multiple regression methods. The targeted output is (a) Information about student Achievement and Self-Concept Motivation, (b). Information about students' resilience, (c) Scientific articles that are ready to be published in the Journal. The results of the study show that (1) there is a contribution to Achievement Motivation towards the durability of S1 graduate students with a value of rcount (0.70)> rtable (0.138) at a significance level of 0.05 of 0.138, (2) there is a significant contribution of self-concept to the resilience of S1 Bachelor degree students with a value of rcount (0.80)> rtable (0.138) at the 0.05 level of significance, (3) there is a contribution of Motivation Achievement and self-concept towards the resilience of students in the Bachelor of Medical Sciences with Fc 1560.05> 3, 04 or Fcount> Ftable at the 0.05 level of significance. From the findings above, it can be concluded that Resilience is influenced by Achievement Motivation and self-concept of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability to solve mathematical problems, especially the material of graph theory and student learning interest by using learning models missouri mathematics project (MMP). This research is a qualitative research approach with the research design used is classroom action research (CAR) or classroom action research. The subjects of this study are students of class I study program of informatics engineering at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. The method of data collection is done through observation, field notes, documentation, learning interest questionnaires and problem solving ability tests. The results of this study are the interest in student mathematics learning on graph theory on high criteria and increasing student learning outcomes in the ability to solve mathematical problems through the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) learning model on the subject of graph theory. This is indicated by an increase in the percentage of the average value of problem solving abilities, learning completeness, and student absorption from pre-cycle to cycle I in a row equal to16,18%, 30,00%, 16,05%. While from cycle I to cycle II to increase the percentage of the average value of problem solving skills, learning completeness, and student absorption from pre-cycle to cycle I in a row amounting to25,27%, 46,15%, 35,29%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' critical thinking skills and their influence on the ability to analyze counselee problems in the implementation of individual counseling services. This research was conducted on students of the IKIP PGRI Bali counseling department. The sampling technique used is stratified simple random sampling. Data is collected by test techniques (critical thinking), rating scales (analyzing counselee problems). Data analysis used descriptive analysis and Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation analysis. Description of the level of critical thinking skills of students who are classified as moderate and the ability to analyze problems is also classified as moderate, there are 22%. The same number also occurred (22%) in students whose critical thinking ability was classified as moderate but the ability to analyze problems was high. The calculated results obtained by the value r is 0.752. Based on the significance level of 5%, the r table value is 0.279. Thus r count is greater than r table and it can be stated that the relationship between the independent variable (X) and the variable (Y) is significant. Based on the interpretation of the correlation coefficient r value (Riduwan, 2004), if the range of r values ​​is between 0.60 - 0.799 the level of the relationship is strong. The calculated calculated coefficient (KD) to determine the contribution of the free variable (X) to the dependent variable (Y) is 56%, this means that there are other variables (44%) that affect the dependent variable (Y). Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship and the influence is categorized as strong between critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze problems in counseling for students in IKIP PGRI Bali's guidance and counseling in 2019.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether or not there is the influence of transformational leadership style to the Rector against increased performance lecturer in IKIP PGRI Bali. Data analysis was performed with statistical analysis Based on the level of significance of 5% and N = 102, the magnitude of the numbers zero hypothesis rejection limits of table values Product Moment is = 0.148. When compared to the magnitude of the figures obtained from the results of research that the magnitude of 0.715 rxy, the value obtained from the research results greater than or exceeding zero hypothesis rejection brick figures obtained from table values product moment, so zero hiupotesis asked hoptesis was rejected and accepted which means there is alternatively the influence of transformational leadership style Rector againts performance lecturer. This means the values obtained from rxy research results significantly. Contributions of transformational leadership style Rector on performance lecturer in IKIP PGRI of 51.5%

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) contribution the achievement motivation to mathematic result study of undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement, (2) contribution the soft skill to mathematic result study of undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement, and (3) contribution the achievement motivation and soft skill to mathematic result study of undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement.This study is a correlational study. The research was conducted at undergraduate degree education of mathematic Departement IKIP PGRI BALI. The sample in this study as many as 75 people, sampling is done using strata random sampling technique. Methods of data collection in the form of tests and questionnaires using a Likert scale. Methods of data analysis used was multiple regression.The results showed that (1) the achievement motivation contributes to mathematic result study of undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement (r = 0.60, p <0.05 and t = 6,41, p <0.05). (2) the soft skill contributes to mathematic result study of undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement (r = 0.8, p <0.05 and t = 11,58, p <0.05)). (3) the achievement motivation and soft skill contributes to mathematic result study of undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement (r = 0.84, p <0.05 and F = 83,31, p <0.05) as well as having effective contribution by 70% .
