Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of developing a brain-based learning mathematics module using crossword puzzle games as seen from the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The method used is research and development with the ADDIE research design. This research was conducted at SMPN 11 Sungai Ambawang with test subjects of 27 class VIII students. The validity results show that media validation reached a percentage of 83.33% and material validation was 89.98% in the "very valid" category. The module developed is also practical to use with a percentage of teacher response questionnaires of 70.90 with "practical" criteria and student response questionnaires of 81.61% with "very practical" criteria. Furthermore, the effectiveness seen from the results of the posttest with 21 students completing and 6 students not completing received a percentage of 80.76% for the "very effective" criteria. Based on these results, it was concluded that the module developed was suitable for use in learning

Abstract

Indonesian learning at the college level demands a deep understanding and proper use in a variety of communication contexts. This study aims to explore the psychological processes involved in Indonesian learning in higher education using cognitive and affective approaches. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. The study participants consisted of final year students who took Indonesian courses at the Institut Agama Islam (IAI) Qamarul Huda Bagu Peringgarata Lombok Tengah. Data was collected through classroom observation, interviews, and document analysis. The data is then analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of psychological processes that emerge during learning Indonesian. The results showed that the psychological processes involved in Indonesian learning in higher education involve cognitive and affective aspects simultaneously. The cognitive aspect involves understanding grammar, vocabulary, and problem-solving abilities in the context of Indonesian communication. The affective aspect involves intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, attitudes toward Indonesian learning, and levels of confidence in using Indonesian.These findings have important implications in curriculum development and Indonesian learning methods in higher education

Abstract

Money laundering is an illegal activity that has a serious impact on the global economy. It involves the process of concealing or covering up traces of the origins of illegal funds by channelling them through legitimate financial transactions. One sector that is vulnerable to money laundering is property transactions, where criminals often use investments in property to launder their dirty money. This research will explain the role of legal education in raising awareness of financial institutions on the prevention of money laundering in property transactions. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative approach, which implies that data will be analysed and interpreted using information and text obtained from various sources. The results of the study show that legal education plays a crucial role in raising the awareness of financial institutions on the prevention of money laundering in property transactions. This awareness is needed especially in property transactions that have a high risk of abuse and money laundering, given that they involve large sums of money and high asset values. The importance of legal education is seen through several key aspects, including understanding of the law, risk identification, legal compliance, business ethics, employee training, co-operation with authorities, and internal policy development.

Abstract

Education is one of the key aspects in a country's social and economic development. Quality and efficient education plays an important role in producing competent human resources that contribute positively to society and the economy. The purpose of this study is to analyse the challenges of public administration in human resource management in the education sector. This research employs a qualitative methodology in the form of a literature review, which implies that it will research and explain data by utilising information and textual content from various sources. The results of the study show that public administration challenges in human resource management in the education sector are complex and multifaceted issues. Budget constraints, legal complexities, changing demographics, technological developments, demands for transparency, shortages of qualified human resources and changes in teachers' working patterns all affect the quality and efficiency of education. These challenges require a holistic approach and innovative solutions to maintain and improve the quality of education

Abstract

The phenomenon that happens in communication, especially in terms of speech acts often becomes an issue in society. The function of a language or utterance that does not only contain literal meaning but has a certain intended meaning often causes misunderstanding in communication. Since the development of technology, speech acts also can be found in a movie. Since, in the movie, the producer sometimes raises a story of a certain social life, Di Timur Matahari's movie was chosen to be the object of the study. This movie raised the culture of north Indonesia (Papua). A descriptive qualitative method was applied in this study. From collected data, some types of illocutionary acts were found. Those were expressive, assertive, and directive. The most dominant type of illocutionary acts found in the utterance was directives. The result of this study is essential because it shows what type of illocutionary act that was mostly used in the movie.

Abstract

Education and human resource development have an important role in the progress of a country. In the era of globalisation and the information technology revolution, rapid changes in technology have created a variety of new opportunities and challenges in the education and human resource development sectors. The purpose of this study is to analyse the impact of technology in improving the quality of education and human resource development. This research uses a qualitative methodology in the form of a literature review, which implies that the research will examine and explain data by utilising information and textual content from various sources. The study results show that the influence of technology in improving the quality of education and human resource development has considerable weight. Changes in learning methods have sparked various developments in the education domain, including distance learning, online learning platforms, and entertainment-oriented learning models that encourage learning to be more engaging and collaborative.

Abstract

Primary education is one of the key foundations in the development of individuals and societies. The quality of education services in primary schools has a significant impact on the intellectual, social and economic development of children, as well as the economic growth of a country. Therefore, the role of public administration in improving the quality of education services in primary schools is a very important aspect in the development of the education system. This study aims to examine the role of public administration in improving the quality of education services in primary schools. This research adopts a qualitative approach through literature analysis, which means that it will investigate and explain information and content sourced from various documents and texts as a basis for analysis between 2008 and 2023. The study results show that the role of public administration in improving the quality of education services in primary schools is significant. Public administration plays a role in policy development, resource allocation, monitoring and evaluation, teacher training, collaboration with related parties, psychosocial support and the adoption of innovation and technology. All these aspects aim to create an educational environment that supports children's growth and development and provides a strong foundation for a brighter future

Abstract

Education is an important thing in human life, especially in modern times education is a primary need for humans. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of the number head together learning model on students' active learning. This research is using experimental method. Data collection techniques in this research were obtained through observation, documentation and tests. And the data analysis technique in this research uses the normality test and homogeneity test, which is then carried out by hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test showed that the t value was 29.5 when compared with t table at a significance level of 5% or 0.05 with degrees of freedom (dk) = 28 which was 2.04. Based on these data, tcount is greater than ttable or (29.5 > 2.04), so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model on the active learning of class V students at SD Negeri 1001 Batang Bulu

Abstract

Loneliness is a subjective feeling that arises through emotional reactions and is the result of an individual's perception of interpersonal relationships and satisfaction with social relationships. Online self-disclosure exists as a form of coping with the loneliness felt by teenagers. Instagram is a social media for online self-disclosure. This research aims to obtain empirical data and to determine the relationship between loneliness and online self-disclosure among teenagers who use Instagram in Bukittinggi. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The subjects of this study amounted to 297 teenage Instagram users in Bukittinggi using cluster random sampling techniques. Data is processed using product moment correlation with SPSS 25 for windows. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between loneliness and online self-disclosure in adolescents who used Instagram in Bukittinggi.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low understanding of students in knowing the hadiths which are quite popular so it is necessary to find a way to improve students' understanding of hadith. Besides that, many students take their time to play games that are less useful. Therefore, this study analyzes the ability of students to recognize hadith, especially the hadith about remembrance and adab because these two things can be done by students in everyday life. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods to describe the results of observations and draw conclusions. This research is presented in narrative form to present the findings found in the field. The results of this study indicate that the use of educational games such as the game Pejuang Hadits can increase students' understanding of hadith, especially the hadith about remembrance and etiquette so that the game is quite effective for use to students in order to introduce students to authentic hadiths. In addition, the game Pejuang Hadith attracts students to play while learning in a more interactive way. So it is hoped that the results of using this Hadith Fighter game will result in a better student understanding
