<![CDATA[Teacher performance at the junior high school level has a significant impact on the quality of education and student achievement, but there is inequality in this achievement, especially in peripheral areas of the village. This research aims to evaluate the factors that influence teacher performance and formulate recommendations for improvement. The methodology used is qualitative research with data collection through interviews, documentation and verification, carried out in three junior high schools in Bogor Regency involving 51 teachers as samples. The research results show that teacher performance is generally good, driven by guidance and training from the school principal. However, challenges in peripheral schools need attention due to limited access to training and managerial support. It is recommended that school principals carry out problem mapping and needs analysis to improve teacher performance evenly across all regions]]>

<![CDATA[Visionary leadership and effective management play a crucial role in improving educational quality by creating synergy between the leader's strategic vision and organized managerial steps. This study aims to examine the role of school principals in building a long-term vision that is responsive to modern educational challenges and its effective implementation through structured management. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design at SMK Darussalam Blokagung, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that a collaborative work culture driven by visionary leadership can engage all school elements to contribute to shared goals, foster sustainable innovation, and ensure adaptation to technological and curricular changes.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to understand the role and function of interpersonal communication in various contexts, both organizations and everyday life, using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and direct observation to explore participants' perspectives regarding the importance of interpersonal communication. The research results show that interpersonal communication plays a significant role in building relationships between individuals, increasing collaboration, resolving conflicts, and providing motivation and constructive feedback. In organizational life, interpersonal communication functions to create a harmonious work environment and increase team productivity. Meanwhile, in a personal context, this communication strengthens relationships, builds trust, and reduces misunderstandings. These findings confirm that interpersonal communication is a strategic element for creating meaningful connections in various aspects of life, including in the digital era.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the extent to which animated videos affect students learning outcomes at SDN 06 Sungai Raya Class III of thematic learning. This study used a Quasi-Experimental and quantitative nature. Learning outcomes are bound variables (Y), while animation video media are free variables (X). The population of this study is grade III students of SDN 06 Sungai Raya. The sample taken was 18 students from each class III A and III B as a research sample for the experimental class and the control class. The sampling technique used is Saturated Sampling. The instrument used in data collection is a test that measures student learning outcomes in thematic learning. The independent sample t-test is used in the findings of data analysis after normality and homogeneity have been established. Based on statistical data, the effect between the experimental class that used animated video with Sig (2-tailed) and the control class that used lap book media was 0.000 < 0.05. As is known, in KKM 67, the average score of the experimental class was 79.72 better than the average score of the control class of 66.39]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to assess the implementation of the Think Pair Share (TPS) type cooperative learning model to increase motivation to learn accounting in students in class X Accounting. The TPS model consists of three steps, namely Think, Pair, and Share, which can stimulate student interaction and active participation in learning. The problem faced is the low motivation of students to learn in accounting, which can be seen from their lack of involvement in learning. Therefore, the application of the TPS model is expected to increase student motivation and learning outcomes. This research method uses literature studies on scientific articles, textbooks, and research journals on cooperative learning and learning motivation. The data collection process is carried out by looking for validated and reliable sources of literature, as well as making selections to ensure the quality of the data used in the research. The results showed that after applying the TPS model, there was a significant increase in student learning motivation. Students become more active in group discussions, more enthusiastic in understanding the material, and show improved learning outcomes. In conclusion, the TPS model has proven to be effective in increasing student learning motivation and can be applied to improve the accounting learning process]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to assess how learning resources and motivation affect accounting learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Semende Darat Laut. This study used quantitative methodology with a descriptive correlational design. Questionnaires measuring learning facilities, learning motivation, and learning achievement were used to collect data from the sample, which included 35 accounting students in grade XI. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that learning motivation and learning facilities significantly improved accounting learning achievement. A comfortable classroom setting, easy access to resources, and additional technology are examples of good learning facilities that can improve the efficiency of the learning process. On the other hand, learning motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, encourages students to participate more actively and enthusiastically in learning, which has an impact on increasing their achievement. This research concludes that improving learning facilities and learning motivation are key factors in improving accounting learning outcomes in vocational schools. Therefore, schools are advised to continue to improve existing facilities and formulate strategies to stimulate students to be more motivated in learning. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of the role playing learning model combined with audio-visual media on students' learning interests. The role playing model provides opportunities for students to actively participate by acting out certain situations that are relevant to the learning material, while audio-visual media is used to strengthen students' understanding through visualization and interesting narratives. The combination of the two is designed to create an interactive and fun learning atmosphere, so that it can increase students' motivation to learn. The research method uses a literature study approach by analyzing 20 scientific articles published during the 2020–2024 period. The data was collected through platforms such as Google Scholar and ResearchGate using the keywords "Role Playing," "Audio Visual Media," and "Learning Interest in IPAS.". The data were analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner, focusing on the main findings of each article. The results of the study show that the use of the role playing model with audio-visual media significantly increases students' interest in learning. Students become more enthusiastic, actively involved in learning, and show a better understanding of the subject matter. The results of the study also revealed that the application of this model is not only effective in increasing learning interest, but also has the potential to develop students' critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of culturally responsive teaching on student participation and motivation in Social Science and Natural Science (IPAS) learning in fifth-grade students at SDN 060812 Medan. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 20 fifth-grade students as the subjects. The Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) for individual students in IPAS is 75, while the KKM for the class is 80%. Data were collected through student activity observation sheets, motivation questionnaires, and test results. Data analysis was performed using percentage techniques. The results of the study show a significant increase in student participation and motivation. In the first cycle, student participation reached 68.50% (good category), while student motivation was 70.25% (good category). In the second cycle, participation increased to 74.00% (good category), and student motivation reached 76.50% (good category). In the third cycle, a more significant improvement was observed, with student participation reaching 85.50% (very good category), and student motivation reaching 88.00% (very good category). Therefore, the implementation of culturally responsive teaching was proven effective in improving student participation and motivation in IPAS learning in fifth grade student at SDN 060812 Medan]]>

<![CDATA[This article explores the relationship between science, technology, and art in an Islamic view, emphasizing religious attitudes and perspectives on the advancement of human thought and creativity. This study uses a literature study method. Information is obtained from literature reviews that include various sources such as academic journals, online articles, and relevant case studies. The analysis was carried out thoroughly on the data that had been collected, with an emphasis on the relevance of the information to the main theme of the writing. The results obtained from this study are that the application of science, technology, and art in daily life in accordance with Islamic teachings can create a balance between spiritual and material aspects, bring happiness in this world and the hereafter, and make a significant contribution to building a better human civilization.]]>

<![CDATA[This classroom action research aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN 060886 on the food chain material through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The PBL model is applied to encourage students to be actively involved in the learning process by solving real problems relevant to the food chain topic. This research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the research were fifth grade students of SDN 060886, with data collected through learning outcome tests, observation sheets, and interviews. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to see the increase in student learning outcomes from cycle to cycle. The results of the study showed that the application of the PBL model can significantly improve student learning outcomes. In cycle I, the average student score reached a fairly good category, while in cycle II, the average student score increased to a good category. In addition, student participation and motivation in learning also increased. Thus, the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes on the food chain material. This study recommends the application of PBL as one of the learning strategies to improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes in elementary schools.]]>
