Abstract

The number of Bank SUMUT clients had fluctuations throughout the years. In 2018, there were 2,813 customers, which decreased to 2,247 in 2019. In 2020, the number further declined to 1,031, but showed a little increase to 1,291 in 2021. However, in 2022, the number of Bank SUMUT customers significantly dropped to 828. Observing the data, it is evident that there was a decline in the customer base of Bank SUMUT between 2018 and 2020, followed by an increase from 2020 to 2021. However, there was another decrease in the number of Bank Sumatra customers between 2021 and 2022. This fluctuation can be attributed to various factors, both internal and external. The objective of this study is to identify and examine the intrinsic and extrinsic elements that impact customer loyalty at North Sumatra Bank. The population for this study consists of consumers who have accounts with Bank SUMUT Medan Coordinating Branch Office throughout the period of 2021-2022. The total number of samples to be collected in this study, when rounded up, is 100. The used sampling approach is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique employs Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The study findings indicate that Internal Factors have a favourable and substantial impact on Customer Loyalty at Bank SUMUT. Exogenous influences have a favourable and substantial impact on the loyalty of Bank SUMUT customers.

Abstract

One solution to urban farming is hydroponic cultivation. Currently, the development of the world of agriculture, especially in the field of hydroponics, is increasingly rapid. When compared to conventional farming, hydroponics has advantages that conventional farming does not have. One plant that is often cultivated hydroponically is the cherry tomato plant. The growth and production of tomatoes with a good hydroponic system requires the right concentration and volume of nutrients. This research used a non-factorial randomized block design (CRD) with Nutrient concentration (N) treatment, consisting of 5 levels, namely: N1 = 800 ppm, N2 = 900 ppm, N3 = 1000 ppm, N4 = 1100 ppm and N5 = 1200 ppm. The results showed that nutrient concentration had an effect on the generative growth phase, but had no significant effect on the vegetative growth phase of cherry tomato plants. Nutrient concentration influences the morphology and physiology of cherry tomato plants. Nutrient concentration had a significant effect on the production of cherry tomato plants hydroponically with the heaviest fruit weight per plant found in the AB Mix nutrient concentration of 1000 ppm (N3) of 97.89 g.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara III is a state-owned company engaged in plantation activities. Sei Silau Plantation is one of the units that manages oil palm plantations. One of the factors that determines the company's performance is the productivity of the harvesters. The amount of premium received by harvesters is a factor that affects motivation and performance, but the determination of premiums still uses general slope data for each harvest area in determining the task base. The method used in this research is spatial data processing, overlaying slope data from Demnas with regional boundaries at each level and then analysing the increase in productivity and premiums. The results showed that the slope class from the spatial analysis was divided into three parts, namely flat and undulating (0-15%) covering 114.91 ha/45.85%, hilly (15-45%) covering 110.34 ha/44.03% and hilly without terraces (>45%) covering 25.35 ha/10.12% of the total oil palm area. The slope class of each plantation is divided into three classes. There was an increase in productivity and premium after the method change, namely an increase in productivity from April to May by 214.95 kg/17.04%, May to June by 123.43/8.43% and April to June by 339.38 kg/26.90%, and an increase in premium from April to May by Rp 3,190,252/22.20%, May to June by Rp 1,642,123/9.35% and April to June by Rp 4,832,375/33.63%. This shows a clear correlation between increased productivity and increased premiums.

Abstract

The bank's ability to provide liquidity for several sharia banks is influenced by the interest rates set, where in sharia banks the interest rates set are included in a profit sharing ratio, where if the profit sharing ratio is greater than it should be, it will affect customer payments, where the customer does not It is permissible to increase the existing ratio, because it can reduce the bank's ability to obtain a rate of return of funds from payment of obligations, so that by distributing the appropriate ratio the customer will not receive profit sharing payments that are detrimental to him and enable the customer to pay well. Meanwhile, the level of profit sharing for the 2020-2022 payment period tends to be inconsistent with what customers should receive when carrying out a murabahah financing agreement . Customers will tend not to be able to increase their obligation payments on time, which will impact the bank's ability to increase liquidity or the FDR value will decrease and impact the ability of sharia banks to finance murabahah financing products . The aim of this research is to find out and understand the extent to which the amount of credit disbursed by Islamic banks, the level of profit sharing (nisbah), capital adequacy ratio , operational costs per operating income (BOPO), return on equity (ROE) influence the bank's ability to increasing the amount of funds or liquidity in distributing credit (FDR). This research is quantitative descriptive research using a survey method. The population and sample in this research are 33 sharia banks in North Sumatra which are experiencing several problems increasing their ability to provide funds for the credit distribution process (FDR). The data analysis technique used is using panel data regression. The research results state that partially only the variable amount of murabahah financing, CAR/KPMM and ROE have a positive and significant effect on the FDR of sharia banks in North Sumatra, while the variables of profit sharing level and BOPO have a negative effect on the FDR of sharia banks in North Sumatra. Simultaneously, the variable amount of murabahah financing , the profit sharing level variable, the CAR/KPMM, BOPO, ROE variables have a positive and significant effect on the FDR variable of several sharia banks in North Sumatra

Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that of the three targets, namely the target of increasing water quality, increasing air quality, increasing the quality of land cover, there were three indicators that achieved the target, namely the indicators for the target of increasing water quality, increasing the quality of land cover, with the percentage of performance achieved respectively. by 110.4%; 115.97%; and 100%. In the target indicator of improving air quality, performance achievements were obtained that did not reach the target, with a performance achievement percentage value of 98.85%. This is influenced by the high level of vehicle activity on roads in Denpasar City, the cutting down of trees due to land conversion, and the lack of public awareness in carrying out vehicle maintenance, causing the emissions produced to exceed quality standards. Apart from that, the long dry season in Denpasar City in 2019 also caused the air quality in Denpasar City to decline. During the 2019-2021 period, which remains the largest capital expenditure realization area, the highest average capital expenditure realization was in the cities of Mataram, Kendari and Ambon.

Abstract

Subsidized fertilizer is fertilizer whose procurement and distribution receive subsidies from the Government for farmers' needs which is carried out on the basis of a Government program. Due to the government's limitations in providing fertilizer subsidies within the framework of government programs, subsidized fertilizer is only intended for agricultural businesses which include food crop farmers, livestock and community plantations. The implementation of the subsidized fertilizer policy is still experiencing obstacles such as various kinds of problems. So the implementation of the policy will not run optimally. This problem will have an impact on society, especially farmers, so that farmers will not get their rights regarding subsidized fertilizer. Problems that arise include a shortage of urea fertilizer at the farmer level due to the hoarding of subsidized urea fertilizer carried out by irresponsible individuals. Determination of the sample using the Cluster Sampling technique with the Two-Stage Cluster Sampling method. The method used is effectiveness analysis,Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and AnalysisQSPM. The results of this research show that the level of effectiveness of the fertilizer subsidy policy for farmers in Aceh Besar Regency based on six overall success indicators can be categorized as quite effective with an effectiveness value of 69.45% and the evaluation. The strategy for distributing subsidized fertilizer in Aceh Besar Regency is 1) Optimal supervision in the form of a complaint service; 2) Installation of HET price banners and sanctions; 3) Assistance to a team of experts in preparing the RDKK for the redemption process; and 4) Supervision of retail kiosk stock warehouses.
