Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: to find out the effect of implementing the 2013 curriculum, the effect of association on bullying behavior at MAN 4 Jombang with a quantitative explanatory research approach. The population is 136 students with Proportional Random Sampling sampling obtained 100 samples from class XII A and XII B with quantitative data analysis techniques obtained there is a partial positive effect between the implementation of the 2013 curriculum on bullying behavior at MAN 4 Jombang with an explanation that the level of bullying behavior of students can be predicted from the high and low implementation of the K-13 curriculum. That there is no partially significant effect between the effects of student association on bullying behavior at MAN 4 Jombang with the explanation that the level of student bullying behavior cannot be predicted from the high and low effects of student association. That there is an effect of implementing the K-13 curriculum and student association on behavior bullying at MAN 4 Jombang with a low proportion and other variables that can explain it is possible that the main objectives of the school are less focused on character building, infrastructure that is less supportive, and environmental role models that are less supportive.

Abstract

Effective and efficient learning media are needed to help students when facing learning situations that require an understanding of a number of alternative procedures (simple to complex) so that learning runs efficiently and practically. This study was designed using classroom research because the data taken included student and teacher activities, student learning outcomes, and student responses. These data are data obtained during the learning process and based on problems in the classroom. These problems will later be taken certain actions so that there is an improvement in each cycle From the results of student learning in each cycle, it was found that in each cycle, student learning outcomes increased. In the first cycle, students obtained an average score of 59.64 with a learning completeness of 35.71%. In the second cycle, students got an average score of 69.86 with 71.43% learning completeness. From the response analysis cycle 1 to cycle 3, it can be concluded that the responses that each cycle experienced an increase were the level of students' difficulty in learning meaning in the conversation that was heard, the level of understanding of students receiving the subject matter, the level of difficulty of students listening to the reading of meaning in the conversation that was heard, and belief. students about learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning Aqidah Akhlak and Aqidah Akhlaq Teacher Competencies on the morals of students of SMK Bisri Syamsuri Denayar Jombang. This research approach is a quantitative approach with an explanation (explanatory research) with a survey method. Aqidah Akhlaq Learning Variable as a variable (X1) and Teacher Competency variable as a variable (X2), Aqhlak as an independent variable (Y). The population amounted to 148 students with Proportional Random Sampling sampling obtained 115 samples from class X, XI and XII. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with an interval scale with a Likert model. This study uses the described quantitative data analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are the level of Aqidah Akhlaq Learning carrying out Teacher Competency obtained 85% have high Aqidah Akhlaq Learning Aqidah Akhlaq Learning, 15% have Aqidah Akhlaq Learning Aqidah Akhlaq Learning is moderate and there are no students who have Aqidah Akhlaq Learning Aqidah Akhlaq learning is low. Based on the results of statistical analysis and discussion, the level of student morality is obtained, from 9.5% who have a high level of student morality, 27.5% have a moderate level of student morality and 63% have a low level of student morality.

Abstract

In line with the formulation of the problem above, this study aims as follows: to determine the understanding, efforts and strategies of the head of madrasah in developing teacher competence and improving the quality of education at MAN 4 Jombang. The research approach uses qualitative (qualitative research), field models (field research). In this study, visits to institutions that are examined at least 2-3 times a week will be carried out, the role as an instrument as well as data collectors is realized by visiting MAN 4 Jombang. The time for site visits begins in February 2020 before the occurrence of Covid-19 until August 2020. Interviews were conducted directly and indirectly (phone) due to the Covid-19 pandemic conditions. With purposive sampling, data was collected by means of in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. It was found that the principal's understanding of teacher competence in improving the quality of education at MAN 4 Jombang has thoroughly understood and understood the educational competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence by combining them according to the environmental conditions of the madrasa in the Mambaul Maarif Islamic Boarding School environment. Efforts made by madraash principals, teachers and schools in fulfilling the requirements to improve the quality of learning are meeting content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards, educators and education personnel standards and educational assessment standards. The Head of Madrasah at MAN 4 Jombang in developing teacher competence for improving the quality of education as the implementation of the main tasks and functions in the leadership of the madrasah principal is to carry out the commitment to school quality assurance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between cognitive style and verbal reasoning on student achievement in Physical Education subjects. The subjects of this study were 84 students who were cared for and educated at MTsN 10 Jombang in Mojoagung sub-district. The samples were taken randomly, consisting of class VII A = 27 students, class VIII D = 27 students, and class IX B = 30 students. To obtain data regarding the relationship between cognitive style and verbal reasoning on student achievement in Physical Education subjects, a questionnaire prepared by the researcher was used. To achieve this goal, the data were analyzed by coefficient analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a very significant positive correlation between the application of cognitive style and verbal reasoning on student achievement in Physical Education subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe several forms of career counseling services that can be adopted in the implications of civil servant management in central and local government agencies considering that career development is one form of civil servant management as regulated in Law Number 11 of 2017 concerning Civil Servant Management. However, career development does not always go well, various problems faced by employees can be an obstacle to career development. Career counseling as a service that aims to overcome employee problems is expected to be able to help so that the mandate of the Law can be achieved. Counseling aims not only to address pathological problems and provide interventions for those with mental health challenges but also includes the goals of promoting health, personal growth, education, and career development. The method used in this article is to use a Systematic Literature Review involving 15 documents from 2012 to 2018 and to identify 3 forms of career counseling services that are relevant to the management of civil servants, including civil servant career transition counseling, counseling for civil servants with disabilities, counseling for elderly civil servants.

Abstract

Kemampuan dalam memahami kitab kuning bagi santri adalah sebuah keniscayaan dalam rangka memahami Al-Quran dan Al-Hadits. Penguasaan santri terhadap Kitab Kuning Berbahasa Inggris merupakan usaha memperkuat karakter para santri di era modern ini. Cita cita mulia ini membutuhkan kolaborasi yang baik antara guru, siswa/santri serta lembaga di mana para santri menuntut ilmu. Oleh karenanya, Penulis berkeinginan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana sinergitas yang terbangun di antara ketiganya. Maka dalam penelitian ini penulis memberi judul: Hubungan Kompetensi Guru dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa dengan Kemampuan Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Kitab Kuning Berbahasa Inggris di MAN 4 Jombang. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru terhadap pembelajaran kitab kuning berbahasa Inggris di MAN 4 Jombang. 2) Untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa terhadap pembelajaran kitab kuning berbahasa Inggris di MAN 4 Jombang. 3) Untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi guru dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan kemampuam siswa dalam pembelajaran Kitab Kuning Berbahasa Inggris di MAN 4 Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan metode Korelasi. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode dokumentasi. Yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/santri MANPK MAN 4 Jombang serta Guru mata pelajaran Kitab Kuning di lingkungan pondok pesantren Mamba’ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang. Dari hasil Penelitian ini dapat diketahui dengan nilai R = 0 ,744 dan F = 26,035 dan p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) menunjukkan kompetensi guru dan motivasi belajar siswa secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran kitab kuning berbahasa Inggris

Abstract

The study aims to know if there is or isn't a significant influence between family harmony and teacher social support of interest and learning class I mentors in MI Madinatul Ulum Mojokrapak Tembelang Jombang. The study is a quantitative study that emphasizes analysis on data-numerical data or numbers. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis with data collection through angket, and documentation and random sampling techniques. This research sample is 40 first-class students in the Madinatul Ulum. Which, in turn, data were processed with test t and test f using the help of the SPSS 19 application. The results of this statistical calculation mean that an independent variable ability to explain the variability of dependencies by 76.8%, while the rest by 23.2% (100-76.8%) is defined by other factors beyond the analyzed regression model. With significant figures discovered, the research hypothesis reads there is a fairly significant influence between the variables of family harmony and the teacher's social support of student learning interests, thereby acceptable or provable hypotheses.

Abstract

In teaching and learning activities, the performance of teachers and employees is one of the most important factors. However, this performance problem is of course also influenced by many factors, one of which is Adversity Quotient and Spiritual Quotient. So in this study, the positive and significant influence on Adversity Quotient and Spiritual Quotient on the performance of teachers and employees at SMK Madania Sidoarjo will be tested. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design. With a population of 20 teachers and employees at SMK Madania Sidoarjo. The instrument used is a questionnaire, with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The test results show that the Adversity quotient has a significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees at SMK Madania Sidoarjo. This is evidenced by the results of the t test, where the sig value obtained is 0.006, where the number is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 (sig 0.006 < 0.05). Variable X1 has tcount = 3.167 and ttable = 2.634, so the conclusion that can be drawn is that variable X1 has a contribution to Y. Then based on multiple regression analysis, the B value on the adversity quotient is 0.333, which means the influence of the adversity quotient on teachers and employees of SMK Madania by 3.33%. While Spiritual quotient has a significant effect on the results of the t test, where the sig value obtained is 0.003 smaller than the probability value of 0.05 (sig 0.003 < 0.05), with tcount = 3.518 and ttable = 2.634, then based on multiple regression analysis, The value of B on the adversity quotient is 0.479, which means that the influence of the adversity quotient on teachers and employees of SMK Madania Sidoarjo is 4.79%. Adversity quotient and spiritual quotient together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees at SMK Madania Sidoarjo, based on the sig value. obtained is 0.000, where the value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. Meanwhile, based on the R2 value obtained, which is 0.928, it can be concluded that the two variables have an effect on Y of 9.28. Or there is a significant and simultaneous influence between adversity quotient and spiritual quotient on the performance of teachers and employees at SMK Madania Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the internet and the school environment on the language style of students in Class VII MTsN 16 Jombang. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population data used in this study is student data in the 2019-2020 school year. Where there are about a total of 73 students of class VII. The total population in each class VII of MTsN 16 Tembelang Jombang has been 100% sampled, so that the total sample used by the researcher is 73 students, who were selected as a whole in each class. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the influence of the Internet and the Environment is in the high category as many as 16 respondents or equivalent to 22 percent, in the medium category as many as 31 respondents or equivalent to 42 percent and in the low category as many as 27 respondents or equivalent to 36 percent. Thus, most of the respondents, namely 31 respondents, chose Internet and Environment to be in the moderate or good enough category
