Abstract

Account security becomes very important as rapid development of internet and access. The case that was reported by Liputan6 about username and password stealing done by a hacker proves that sniffing exists in reality. One of encryption method, which can be used to secure an account’s user id and password, is DES. However, this algorithm is not always considered secure. Because of that, the researcher used mac address score for the authentication step during the log in process. It is done to cover flaw since DES encryption has been prone to be broken. The result of the examination shows that mac address is possible to be used during the authentication step. This model is also efficient to be used because the response duration is quiet quick, which is less than a second, even though the first trial would take some time and process to enter the system. This model can be used as server identifier to enable user to get login access by checking mac that has been exist in the user’s device.

Abstract

Alumni is a product of an educational institution. The quality of the alumni shows the quality of the educational institution. The fact is increasingly felt, especially for college alumni. This is because alumni of college will directly come into contact with the world of work. Tracer study activity is one of the activities that have a very strategic value in the development of a college. STMIK Akakom is one of the universities in the city of Yogyakarta is required to always mempebaiki quality of education process accompanied by efforts to increase its relevance in the framework of global competition. In addition Tracer study is one effort that is expected to provide information to evaluate educational outcomes in STMIK Akakom. This information is used for further development in ensuring educational quality. This research produces alumni application of STMIK Akakom alumni by utilizing Geographic information system to map the location where alumni work, besides that it also displays alumni data in the form of year of admission, graduation year, long waiting time to work first after graduation

Abstract

Yogyakarta selain terkenal sebagai kota perjuangan, kota pelajar, kota pariwisata jugadikenal sebagai kota budaya. Sebutan kota budaya untuk kota ini berkaitan erat dengan peninggalan-peninggalan budaya bernilai tinggi pada masa kejayaan kerajaan yang sampai kini masih tetap lestari. Meskipun berbagai layanan online sudah diterapkan, namun demikian sangat disayangkan karena belum terlihat adanya pengembangan e-Culture, padahal di Yogyakarta mempunyai nilai-nilai kebudayaan yang sangat potensial sehingga e-Culture ini sangat penting untuk kota yang berkemajuan dan berbudaya. Penelitian ini mengembangkan konsep mobile city dengan membangun aplikasi dengan teknologi mobile berbasis android untuk menginventarisir kebudayaan di kota Yogyakarta untuk mendukung konsep Jogja Smart City. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan studi literature. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang bersifat kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah) terkait dan masyarakat, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui data yang telah diteliti dan dikumpulkan oleh pihak lain yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi mobile untuk menginventarisir kebudayaan di Kota Yogyakarta. Aplikasi ini juga dapat digunakan untuk menunjang promosi dan perwujudan konsep Jogja Smart City.

Abstract

The Industrial revolution 4.0 in the field of technology that is Internet of think (IoT) then to overcome the problem of traffic signs violations, need for a tool that can help police to monitor users the way through the internet with Android applications. And in 2018 Rizal makes an application of digital STNK based on Internet of think (IoT) which uses Wemos D1 mini as a microcontroller. Lack of this tool is the absence of violation record features and Global positioning system (GPS). The purpose of this study is to create a tool that can record violations of parking sign and to geting latitude and longtitude coordinates using the GPS function on the cellphone. To obtain data in the form of a police number, date, and time, the following devices are used: wemos d1 mini as a server, wemos d1 mini as a client, codular creator to create android applications.

Abstract

Digital image processing is part of the technological developments in the concepts and reasoning, the human wants the machine (computer) can recognize images like human vision. Recognizing the image is one way to distinguish the traits that exist in the image. Texture is one of the characteristics that distinguish the image, is the basic characteristic of the image identification. Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) is one method of obtaining characteristic texture image by calculating the probability of adjacency relationship between two pixels at a certain distance and direction. The characteristics of texture obtained from GLCM methods include contrast, correlation, homogeneity, and energy. The extracted features are then used for identification with the nearest distance calculations (Eucledian Distance). The final results analysis program to identify the category of apples raw, half-ripe or overripe. Training data used are 12 images apple, consisting of 4 is crude, 4 is half-cooked, and 4 is ripe, 7 data used for testing. Testing GLCM with 00 angle feature extraction results of the test images can be recognized by a factor Eucledian Distance to the query image. Identification of test data is information all the data can be recognized. Eucledian Distance is a method that helps the introduction of a test object data.

Abstract

The concept of decision-making aids program is currently growing very rapidly. There are so many methods that used to assist in the decision-making process. There are two methods that can be used to solve the problem of Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM); TOPSIS and SAW method. This is because those methods are simple, easy to understand, computing efficient and has the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives in a simple mathematical form. The problem of this study is to solve a particular MADM case which it may be difficult to determine which method is the most relevant between the SAW and TOPSIS methods. Therefore a sensitivity test was conducted to determine the most appropriate method between SAW and TOPSIS in the settlement of the case. In this problem solving the problem of Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) had done through Sensitivity Test process first, then by using the method between SAW or TOPSIS is aimed to assist everyone in decision-making based on best alternative value

Abstract

The practice of plagiarism among students in working on their thesis might happen. Plagiarism is done considering to the limited workmanship and lack of motivation to try with their own ability. It is necessary to provide a tool to prevent the act of plagiarism among the students. In this research, we built an application to detect the plagiarism on the thesis proposal. The application applies the Jaro Winkler Distance algorithm to detect the similarity from several documents. The first phase to detect the similarity of the thesis proposals is The text preprocessing phase of the document such as case folding, tokenizing, stopwords removal and stemming. Precision and Recall formula will be used to analyze the performance of the method in application. The test result of the data set shows the application could find the 80% relevant data that indicated the similarity. It means the application could contribute to detect the plagiarism on the thesis proposal document.

Abstract

Assessment of the performance of the teaching assistant as a form of real behavior displayed by each assistant as a work achievement is carried out every year. The evaluation parameters of lecturer assistant performance are taken from the UCI Machine Repository where these parameters are English speakers, course instructors, courses, summer or regular semesters and class sizes. The evaluation process requires a model as the best feature selection, in this case we propose a co-evolutionary particle swarm optimization method to improve the accuracy of the mechine vector supprot method. Testing the dataset using the Rapid Miner software of various validation criteria starting from the accuracy test, precission test, recall test and then presented in the AUC curve. The results of the development of co-evolution based mechine vector-particle swarm optimization methods provide good classification and increase the validation value so that it can be used as a periodic control in evaluating the performance of the teaching assistant.

Abstract

Papaya easily found in the local market with a relatively cheap price, adequate nutrient and vitamin content. The quality of California papaya can be measured by size, color and defect. This research discusses the topic of fuzzy model design regarding the measured of the quality of papaya using fuzzy tsukamoto with input variables major axis, minor axis, red and green intensity color, and defect variables along with the output as a result of determining the quality of California papaya. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results of the quality is 75%.

Abstract

This study aimed to design and create an outpatient medical record retention information system at The X Hospital. The results of research conducted, found several problems faced by the health center. It’s hard to find active and inactive medical record data, so the medical record data that are retained or inactive is unknown. The research method used is a qualitative approach that is supported by data collection techniques, using observation, interviews, and library research. The development method used is the waterfall method assisted by the design of Data Flow Diagrams. This system is based on a desktop that uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as a programming language and uses the Microsoft Office Access 2013 database. Based on the problems above, the writer tries to give some suggestions, including (1) the Need development of information systems technology that the author will design. (2) Integration of health information systems to obtain efficient and effective performance.
