Abstract

Underage marriage is deemed to be a serious problem as brings controversies. Indonesia is one of the countries in the world with a high rate of underage marriage. The health impacts of this dangerous traditional practice include the increase of the mother and baby death rate, and also the rate of reproductive health diseases. The method in this research is the qualitative method. The underage marriage still happens often as there is a high tolerance given by the Constitution of Marriage, which gives the minimum age of 16 years for marriage. There needs to be an effort of harmonization between the various systems of marriage laws which apply in Indonesia so that the legislative challenges which happen becauses of the constitutional regulations’ disparity regarding the underage marriage may be solved. Revisions of the Constitution of Marriage and the Maturity of Marriage Age are proposed as part of the effort to prevent underage marriage. Viewed from the aspect of reproductive health, underage child marriage poses much risks and dangers because physically and mentally, children are not ready to give birth, so it may cause diseases in the reproductive system, and it may even lead to the death of the baby and child. There needs to be the government’s commitment to stop the dangerous traditional practices which affect the health of women and children and ratify the regulations related to their protection. The socialization of the reproductive health and sex education for teenagers must be done intensively by integrating it in the study curriculum at school. Keywords: Health law, Underage marriage, Transcendental.

Abstract

Tanauan Leyte being one of the hardly hit areas during the devastation of typhoon HAIYAN, has been given opportunities of different rehabilitation projects to recover and furthermore give priority to disaster risk reduction and management. One of those projects was to build designated Evacuation Centers on different priority areas in typhoon stricken-communities. Wherefore, a further study was done to areas concern to build better Evacuation Centers. The following barangays identified are located along coastal area of Tanauan classified as the most vulnerable in terms of typhoon, surges and other natural calamities. Manpower was hired to help in conducting the soil exploration and utilized appropriate equipment, apparatuses for soil mechanic analysis. Soil samples were systematically gathered using auger boring method and soil penetration test for three to six meters depth using a split barrel, labeled and placed in marked containers. Soil Penetration Test was conducted to determine the soil bearing capacity as basis on the design of building and further recommend for a resilient structure. The water content and liquid limit determination is determined for a possible liquefaction. The results show the different soil classification, soil bearing capacity and liquid susceptibility among five barangays under investigation. The findings suggests that the proposed location of the four barangays are capable of bearing a two-storey structure except for one barangay provided that the structure will conform to the national building code for an evacuation center. Abstract

The protection of aesthetic beauty clinic patients is important because of the increasing number and development of beauty clinic businesses, and the emergence of many problems and cases related to its implementation, as a result of implementing actions that are not in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. This raises the need for protection against health risks arising from losses for services in beauty clinics that are not in accordance with statutory regulations in the field of health law and consumer protection law. The state is obliged to provide protection related to the implementation of constitutional rights to legal protection and the right to health, so that beauty clinic business actors obey all applicable regulations related to its implementation, increasing the responsibility as a business actor towards its consumers. In reality, the phenomenon of this beauty clinic case is like an iceberg, large but not visible on the surface, because the majority of patients from the middle to upper economic class feel ashamed and do not want to bother reporting it, ideally organizing aesthetic beauty clinics is based on applicable laws and regulations. The state must be able to provide legal certainty and protection to aesthetic beauty clinic patients with good regulatory and institutional and risk litigation. Abstract

There are many integration techniques that can be used to solve an integral problem. In this material, several integration techniques will be discussed including substitution, the properties of algebra and trigonometry and techniques commonly used in test books. If we are faced with integral problems that cannot be solved by techniques ,what we have learned, we use partial integral techniques. Partial integration technique is obtained by integrating the derivative formula of the product by two functions. Keywords: integration technique; substitution; partial integration technique

Abstract

The presence of Act Number 30 Year 2014 concerning Government Administration has presented significant developments in the context of Civil Court of Justice in Indonesia. One thing that is very highlighted after the enactment of the Law is that the definition of state administrative decisions which are only interpreted as a decision issued by a state administration official in this case is the executive body and is concrete, individual and the final becomes a state administrative decision issued by the executive, legislative and judicial institutions and has the additional nature of factual action. One of the cases that the author examined in this paper is related to the decision of the Gorontalo’s legislative assemblythrough Gorontalo’s legislative assembly decision Number 29 / KEP / DPRD / IX / 2017 which basically contained the impeachment of the Gorontalo District Deputy Regent. In accordance with the existing provisions, the characteristics of the action are in accordance with the criteria set out in the provisions of the Act, but from a substantive point of view is still debated in the theoretical level both with regard to the criteria of officials who issue decisions in this case the Regional People's Representative Assembly (institutions) and the nature of decisions that are not final as stipulated in the provisions of the Act of Local Government. Abstract

Sayyid Qutb as a well-known thinker and one of the most influential figures in the 20th century. Dawlah islamiyyah has indeed become the ultimate goal for Sayyid Qutb by making Islam as the big umbrella in the form of a supranational state and hakimiyyah as its legal principle. However, Sayyid Qutb’s interpretation of dawlah islamiyyah has aspects of flexibility and tolerance that need to be considered. Some readers of the Fi Zilal al-Qur'a n exegesis - from among the radicals - saw Sayyid Qutb’s thoughts directly to the end of his idea and left the chronology of the stages of his thought, so that it became extreme.
