Abstract

This community service activity is a digital marketing training conducted by a lecturer of Food Technology Study Program, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University to the people of Ciborang Village, Kadubeureum Village, Pabuaran District, Serang Regency. The purpose of this service activity is to provide training and practical knowledge of management knowledge in helping the people of Ciborang Villages represented by MSMEs Karisma Creativa, to improve the marketing of Banten local products with digital marketing strategies. The methods used are survey and direct material delivery, as well as simulations and discussions on digital marketing strategies. The results obtained were that the people of Ciborang Village, especially MSMEs Karisma Creativa member, were very enthusiastic in training and discussions. The results of this training are expected that the people of Ciborang Village, especially MSMEs Karisma Creativa, can optimize the use of the marketplace as a marketing tool to Increase Marketing Channel of Local Banten Product.

Abstract

IPA Learning Objectives Independent Curriculum, namely teaching according to ability level is a learning approach that is centered on students based on their level of ability, not on class level. One of the trainings is training on the socialization of science learning with the concept of independent learning as well as improving the soft skills of HKBP TOMUAN PRIVATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL teachers. The purpose of this service is to develop the concept of independent learning at HKBP TOMUAN PRIVATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL through training workshops and socialization of independent learning so that this learning can run better. Theoretical benefits add knowledge and insight into science learning, add experience to the concept of learning science. The results of this service are expected to assist teachers in utilizing science teaching media technology at this time, schools: The results of this study are expected to be a reference for applied to every science laboratory learning process in schools.

Abstract

Community service is carried out at the Indah Jaya Tamiang Farming Women's Group (KWT), Tamiang Village, Gunung Kaler District, Tangerang Regency. Farming Women's Group (KWT) is one of the women's empowerment programs in increasing the role of women towards healthy, prosperous families through the utilization of local resource potential. The purpose of this activity is to improve the administrative abilities of women farmer groups so that they can function optimally because the Indah Jaya Tamiang Farming Women Group (KWT) does not yet have good group administration and managerial skills. The method used in this activity is administrative training for the management of the Indah Jaya Tamiang Farming Women's Group (KWT).

Abstract

One of the problems that occurred in Cipasung Village is regarding the legal awareness of the community and the resolution of disputes/conflicts between citizens was not resolved properly so that the law did not apply effectively. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to: (1) Explain and analyze the effectiveness of law in society; (2) Explain and analyze How the Implementation in increasing the effectiveness of law in Cipasung Village, Lemahsugih District, Majalengka Regency, West Java. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, with a descriptive method. The effectiveness of law in society is determined by various factors; legal factors, law enforcement factors, facilities factors, community legal awareness factor, and legal culture factor. The implementation of increasing the effectiveness of law in Cipasung Village is by carrying out several programs, namely the literacy room program, nature school, discussions with village officials and the community regarding law, purposes and functions of law, procedures & methods for solving legal problems, legal awareness, and legal culture. With these programs, it will increase public knowledge and legal awareness so that the law can be applied effectively inCipasung Village.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on many sectors of human life, especially the tourism sector. The existence of the PSBB followed by PPKM resulted in the closure of various tourism accesses which caused a decrease in community tourism activities which resulted in a decrease in income in the tourism sector. The condition of the lack of visitors was also experienced by the Pipitan Tourism Village. In a pandemic era like this, virtual tours are a solution that can help Pipitan Tourism Village to maintain its existence so that business activities in Pipitan Tourism Village will increase again along with the increasing number of visitors. However, the Pipitan Tourism Village Pokdarwis has a problem regarding the lack of Human Resources (HR) capabilities in developing tourist attraction products. These problems have become a barrier to the progress of Pipitan Tourism Village in the digital era as it is today. This condition forms the basis that it is important to carry out assistance from the Higher Education institution using digital marketing coaching and training methods and developing tourist attraction products in the form of virtual tours.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of ecotourism program as an effort to develop village tourism potential in Serdang Wetan, Tangerang, through community service activities. The purpose of this article is to describe the process of community service activities carried out to enhance the skills and understanding of the village community and tourism developers in developing sustainable ecotourism that has positive impact on the surrounding environment. The methods used are through training, mentoring, and tourism promotion. The results of this community service activity are increasing awareness of the village community in tourism management, increasing the number of visitors and revenue from tourism, and helping to preserve the culture and environment in the area. In conclusion, community service activities in Serdang Wetan Village Tangerang have the potential to become a model for tourism development in other areas, especially in rural areas that have untapped tourism potential

Abstract

Talaga Village has a fairly high population density with a total of 4174 inhabitants recorded at the end of 2021 and is currently entering the demographic bonus phase so it must be make the best use of it. The proportion of the female population is almost more than half of the total village population of 2054 people, combined with 213 business units facing the challenges of the digital economy, so it is a must to have Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which contribute greatly to the village economy. However, based on this number, all MSME units are still operating offline. Even though the potential of information and communication technology infrastructure has reached all village area. Therefore a strategy is needed through innovation in the development of MSMEs in this era Abstract today's massive digital economy. One of them is through E-MSMEs, namely marketing online -based MSME products as a progressive step to improve the economy Talaga Village. The stages that must be carried out include socialization as well as data collection, creation of e-commerce accounts, to goods delivery systems. This case do for facing the challenges of the digital economy, so it is a must to have Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which contribute greatly to the village economy. effective marketing strategies and policies. This method is expected to maintain existence UMKM, empower women, and improve their economy in Talaga Village.

Abstract

The surplus of human resources in Cipete village is quite potential. This makes it a promising potential to be developed into a labor-intensive village. This community empowerment and training program aims to develop the potential of human resources in Cipete to produce handicraft products that have better value added and can make the community have a prosperous independent economy. After this program is implemented, the results obtained are the development of handicraft products that are unique, interesting, and innovative and have sufficient selling value, and also make the surrounding community better understand the flow of products from upstream to downstream by utilizing the potential that exists around the environment, both human and natural resources.

Abstract

Student Community Service (Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa/KKM) is an activity that provides experiences in empowering communities which becomes a golden opportunity for students to express their ideas, innovations, and thoughts that sharpen critical thinking. Through the implementation of KKM, it is expected that students are able to develop social and personal competencies. The community service methods carried out by KKM Group 112 students are through KKM orientation, entrepreneurship counseling and mentoring for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), mutual cooperation activities, digital marketing education seminars, halal studies socialization, sexual violence socialization, and teaching at elementary schools and kindergartens. The target audience of this activity is the surrounding community of the KKM location, which consists of housewives, micro-business owners, and children of Kaserangan Village.

Abstract

The ability of students of SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Pinang Accounting Department in the field of data processing is still very low, so it is necessary to provide training in the form of application practise using MYOB computers so as to gain expertise at the national level. The sustainability of the results of this activity is that vocational students are able to input and output financial results with the help of MYOB software. The continuation of this activity is to record finances to record financial reports. Students of SMK Negeri 1 can prepare standard financial reports for small and medium micro-financial entities in accordance with the financial reporting cycle. Students understand the accounting cycle and the preparation of financial reports according to entity financial accounting standards without public accountability. Students of SMK Negeri 1 understand the use of MYOB accounting practices from physical evidence to producing financial reports. And students are aware of the importance of using banking services and products and choosing strategies and taking risks.
