Instrumen investasi yang banyak diminati di Indonesia adalah Investasi Saham. Investasi saham memiliki risiko yang tinggi dikarenakan saham bersifat fluktuatif. Untuk mengurangi risiko dalam investasi saham diperlukan analisis sebelum pembelian saham. ARIMA dan LSTM adalah model statistik dan machine learning yang sering digunakan untuk menganalisis jenis analisa keuangan. ARIMA lebih sederhana dan mudah dipahami, namun kurang dapat mengatasi pola yang kompleks dan sulit diprediksi, LSTM lebih kompleks dan memerlukan data yang lebih banyak, namun mampu mengatasi pola yang kompleks dan sulit diprediksi dengan lebih baik. Untuk mendapatkan model terbaik dari kedua model perlu adanya perbandingan untuk mendapatkan model terbaik antara ARIMA dan LSTM untuk meramalkan harga saham. Peramalan menggunakan kedua model tersebut menggunakan objek 6 kriteria kategori saham untuk merepresentasikan pola data saham yang bermacam macam. Penelitian ini akan mencari nilai RMSE, MAPE dan waktu peramalan, kemudian dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata terbaik. Hasil dari penelitian ini ARIMA mendapatkan nilai terbaik dengan rata-rata RMSE 198,62, MAPE 1,79% dan waktu 26,50 detik dan LSTM mendapatkan nilai terbaik dengan rata-rata RMSE 217,92, MAPE 2,43% dan waktu 431,97 detik sehingga model ARIMA lebih unggul dari LSTM dari nilai rata-rata RMSE, MAPE dan waktu peramalan.

This paper explores the topic of preaching Islam in Albania, with a focus on the right way to do so. The study argues that religion is a set of principles sent by God to guide humanity towards happiness in this world and the next, and that a religion which does not produce results that enable man to become smarter leads to the loss of life values. Therefore, the preservation of faith, life, wealth, offspring and mind are the main objectives of religion. The study highlights that in the face of negative portrayals of Islam in the media, it is the duty of Muslim preachers to communicate the truth and inform their congregation about the true principles of Islam. The study uses Imam Ash-Shatibi's work to argue that the basic pillar of religion is the benefit of this life and the next, and therefore the study provides important insights into the role of preaching in contemporary society. The findings of this study have implications for the way in which Islam is practiced and preached in Albania and provide important guidance for those who wish to promote a positive and accurate understanding of Islam in the world today.

This study was conducted on the basis of the existing problems at the Medan Aviation Polytechnic which showed that there are still some cadres who have not been disciplined in implementing the order in the institution of the Medan aviation polytechnic, while other case studies can be raised. The author only limits the case studies taken such as the most frequent and highly highlighted because involving the discipline of the taruna itself is there are still tarunas who arrive late in participating in activities in the Medan Aviation Polytechnic environment. Taruna was still indifferent to the school's order. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect between the application of order and punishment on taruna conduct in the Medan Aviation Polytechnic. with this research it is hoped that readers will be able to understand and provide an overview of both disciplinary and disciplinary attitudes that occur and exist in the field of semi-military education The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The research instrument used is a picket with multiple choice forms. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence between the influence of order and punishment on taruna's conduct.

This article aims to determine the learning style of type childrenintrovert andextrovert. Where is the childintrovert considered stupid for always avoiding social. Childextrovert who have good social status are considered smarter. In a dominated worldextrovert, child conditionintrovert less support. The problem is focused on directing the child's learning style according to his innate. Childintrovert need a quiet space and away from social to recharge its energy. Different fromextrovert filling his energy when socializing, talking with friends and a lively atmosphere. The method used in this article uses the literature method by searching for keywords in books and analyzing them with appropriate learning styles according to the character of each child. The variable studied in this study is the VAK learning style (visual, auditory, kinesthetic). All children have their own advantagesintrovert norextrovert. The results of this study that, innate characterintrovert andextrovert each has its own learning style and its advantages through understanding V-A-K theory and MBTI theory.

This research aims to determine the influence of creativity on entrepreneurial intention through self efficacy of student’s class XII at SMKN 3 Depok. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used proportionate random sampling with a total sample of 155 students. Model in this research used a path analysis model using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) version SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the analysis, it was found that creativity had a significant direct effect on entrepreneurial intention, creativity had a significant direct effect on self efficacy, self efficacy had a significant direct effect on entrepreneurial intention, and creativity had a significat indirect effect on entrepreneurial intention through self efficacy.

One of the success factors of a company is the existence of human resources in the form of competent employees to be able to produce good performance. However, to produce competent employee performance can be obtained through motivation and compensation. Employees receive compensation as a substitute for the remuneration they get from a company or organization. This study aims to analyze the company's compensation system for employee performance. With a qualitative approach, the research emphasizes the context of the problem under study. The author uses a type of qualitative research method with literature review journals. The authors use sources from Google Scholar, Perish or Publish, and other online media for all references in this study. The results of the study show that compensation has a positive impact on employees. Therefore, companies must pay attention to compensation to their employees to maintain the good performance of the employees themselves. This compensation can be in the form of financial and non-financial in the form of wages, benefits, social insurance, incentives, and convenient facilities.

Garbage in the environment is a problem that must be eradicated immediately. Waste processing cannot be separated from managing people's lifestyles. The increase in population and lifestyle of the community results in an increase in the volume of waste produced. The increasing volume of waste, which is increasing every day, has forced all parties to intervene to seek various solutions to solve this now dangerous problem. One way to reduce waste is by adopting a zero waste lifestyle, where a lifestyle that suppresses the production of waste management as optimally as possible. The research method used is library research or literature study from social media or the internet. how to implement a zero waste lifestyle with 5R namely refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle and rotting while the way to start is separating the types of waste (inorganic and organic), waste recycling, not using plastic bags when shopping, reducing paper use, using your own drinking bottles compared to buying bottled drinking water, and finally replacing using a straw.

Identity politics refers to a political strategy that prioritizes and puts forward the importance of a particular group's identity politics approach, such as ethnicity, religion, gender, culture, and inter-group, to influence public opinion and gain political support. The issue of controversy becomes increasingly complex with identity politics; many groups have different political views depending on their identity because personal thoughts and attitudes tend to be influenced by group identity. It can be a source of conflict in society. Identity becoming too crucial in politics will result in polarization and strengthen stereotypes and discrimination in society. The research method used in this research is observation, literature study, and literature study from social media and the internet. For this reason, we must find a balance between identity recognition and unity as a broader society in politics. Shows that identity politics can play an essential role in controversial issues to resolve conflicts and promote dialogue that is inclusive of all groups, and must still be balanced with recognition and unity for the larger society to avoid polarization that can undermine our national political stability.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of the Sinjai District Religious Court. The variable in this study is Public Governance. The population in this study were all employees of the Sinjai District Religious Court, while the sample used was 30 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques were carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis which was used to describe how compensation influences the performance of religious court employees in Sinjai Regency. Data obtained from research results will be compared between theory and data obtained from research. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a good effect on the performance of religious court employees in Sinjai Regency. , increasing the welfare of employees by providing health benefits, old age benefits, pension funds, work accidents, the amount of income and benefits given according to achievement or level of success of the individual or group has predetermined success criteria.

The objective of this study is to know the effects of financial and non-financial compensation both partially and simultaneously. The sample was used by 56 employees in PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar has been selected based on the criteria that have been determined first. Data collection techniques are done with questionnaires and library studies. Data analysis techniques consist of validity tests, rehabilitation tests, classical assumption tests based on normality tests, multicolinearity tests and heteroskedasty tests, double linear analysis tests, hypothesis tests, determinant coefficient tests. The findings in this variable showed that partially the variable X1 is, financial compensation is positive and has a significant impact on employee performance, while the X2 is, non-financial compensation has a negative and significant influence on variable Y, the employee’s performance. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be seen that partially variable financial compensation influencing the performance of employees (H1) was received. It is known that partially variable non-financial compensation has a negative but significant impact. H2 is rejected. From the results of this analysis it can also be seen that simultaneously financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a significant impact on employee performance. H3 is accepted
