Abstract

Amid intense competition in the banking industry, optimizing agency networks like Agen46 PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. is a crucial strategy to expand service reach. However, fluctuations in sales volume are often influenced by agents' perceptions of the product and the bank's reputation. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on the sales volume of Agen46 BNI in the Jakarta Kota Region, both directly and indirectly through agent loyalty as a mediating variable. This study adopted a quantitative approach. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed to Agen46 agents in the Jakarta Kota Region and subsequently analyzed using path analysis or Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on both sales volume and agent loyalty. Furthermore, agent loyalty significantly and positively affects sales volume. Indirectly, agent loyalty is proven to positively and significantly mediate the effects of product quality and brand image on sales volume. This indicates that superior product quality and a strong brand image will optimize sales volume even further when supported by high agent loyalty.

Abstract

The amendment of Law Number 21 of 2001 via Law Number 2 Tahun 2021 repealed Article 28 paragraphs (1) and (2), which previously provided a framework for strengthening the political representation of Indigenous Papuans (OAP) within the Papua Special Autonomy (Otsus Papua) regime. This amendment signifies a shift in the legal-political design of Papua’s Special Autonomy, particularly regarding the regulation of OAP political representation as a component of Papua's asymmetric autonomy. This article examines the status of Article 28 within the design of OAP political representation and the constitutional implications of its repeal for Indonesia's constitutional system. This study employs normative legal research utilizing statutory, conceptual, and historical approaches. The findings indicate that Article 28 held a constitutional status as an instrument of constitutional recognition and affirmative governance within the Papua asymmetric autonomy regime. The repeal of Article 28 paragraphs (1) and (2) reflects a shift in the state's legal-political stance from an affirmative approach toward the harmonization of a more uniform national political system. This change results in a narrowing of the scope for affirmative political representation for OAP and a reduction in the asymmetric nature of Papua’s Special Autonomy in the political sphere. Although political protections for OAP have not been entirely eliminated, the repeal of Article 28 nonetheless demonstrates a restructuring of the design for OAP political representation within Indonesia's constitutional system.

Abstract

This research, titled "Legal Aspects of General Insurance Fund Management Principles and Their Benefits to Society," aims to examine the principles governing general insurance fund management and the theoretical and empirical relationships between the development of the insurance sector and the national economy. It also seeks to identify various issues within general insurance fund management while proposing alternative solutions. Legal research is a scholarly activity grounded in specific methods, systematic approaches, and analytical reasoning. It involves an in-depth examination of relevant legal facts to address and resolve issues arising from the phenomenon under study. The findings are expected to provide a detailed and comprehensive overview of the legal principles and regulatory frameworks governing the objectives and economic development benefits of general insurance. The principles of general insurance fund management encompass two interconnected perspectives. The first involves providing protection for the assets of individuals or institutions, with claim payouts funded by the accumulated premiums contributed by these parties. The second concerns the utilization of these accumulated premiums; beyond serving as the primary source for claim reserves, these funds can also act as a financing source for financial institutions through the "flow of income" principle.

Abstract

The Desa Energi Berdikari KENALI program addresses fossil fuel dependency, marine waste, and economic vulnerability in Kelan Village. While a multidimensional approach was adopted, its effectiveness in generating systemic change requires critical evaluation. This study aims to evaluate the program's effectiveness in fostering community resilience by integrating renewable energy and social capital. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a Theory of Change (ToC) evaluative framework, data were collected through interviews, observations, and cost-efficiency analysis. Findings indicate that electric engines significantly improve operational cost efficiency, while personalized education and seafood processing training enhance ecological awareness. Methodologically, the ToC framework effectively identified program gaps by analyzing causal linkages, revealing a bottleneck in the transition from individual skill acquisition to productive collective groups. This study concludes that technological adoption must be synchronized with structured community governance and regulatory support to achieve sustainable economic, social, and environmental resilience.
