The energy crisis is a serious issue that all countries around the world are dealing with, particularly the energy sources used to generate electricity. There are numerous alternative energy sources available in nature, such as solar energy, wind energy, and so on. Wind and solar energy as hybrid energy sources are thought to be promising in electric generation technology. Hybrid Power Plants can also be used to address the issue of limited electrical energy supply in Indonesia's remote areas. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the hybrid power plants implementation in Indonesia. The study was conducted using the narrative literature review method. It can be inferred that the purpose of developing this hybrid technology, among others, is to obtain more efficient electrical energy generation by combining the advantages of two or more types of power generation systems that work in an integrated manner as a compact system. The produced electric energy can be stored in the battery. In terms of use, the produced direct current (DC) is converted into alternating current (AC) using the inverter system prior to distribution to consumers. Therefore, this hybrid power plant is suitable to be implemented in Indonesia.

In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, science and technology played an important role in the future. Therefore, education is fundamental in the formation and development of human resources. Thus, they can contribute to the development of science and technology, especially in Mathematics. Mathematics has an important role in the future, but as is well-known Mathematics is one of the subjects that is considered difficult. Many students complain about this lesson for several reasons, such as the monotonous learning and the way the teacher does not vary. Thus, it is difficult to understand. To solve this problem, there is an innovation called TJAM. TJAM is an application that is devoted to learning Mathematics. The features of TJAM are as follows: MyMaths, Math Stories, FunMath, and MathUrgent features. The research method we use is qualitative. The purpose of TJAM is to make students like mathematics and not be afraid of mathematics because in TJAM students can find features that will help them in learning Mathematics. TJAM has an advantage when compared to similar applications, TJAM has the FunMath and MathStorie features where these two features will make it easy for students to learn mathematics. Through TJAM, students are expected to like math and be helped by the features provided.

The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the construction of an Arduino-based automatic washer. Arduino Uno was used since it can be used as a teaching model. The results showed that the overall appearance of its size, portability, eye-catching, and neatness is acceptable. In terms of releasing the water, soap, and the screen display, it is reasonable because the average means are acceptable. Lastly, the product’s overall performance in terms of its function and appearance is generally better than good and average. The product is valuable, and it was accepted by many. However, the researchers should work on its appearance and function since it’s not perfect. The study’s impact will give better awareness for future users as it will be easy for them to wash their hands as well as no need to hold the product as a result of the fast transmission of pathogens.

Teachers of young children have precise responsibilities towards children and their families, colleagues at workplaces as well as the community. This study assessed how knowledgeable early childhood educators are in terms of their professional code of conduct. Four research questions were answered and three hypotheses were tested at a 0.05 level of significance. Two hundred (200) respondents were randomly sampled to participate in the study. A validated instrument tagged “ECE Professional Code Test” (ECEPCT) with a reliability coefficient of 0.73 was used to collect data for the study. Findings revealed that early childhood educators’ knowledge of their responsibilities towards the children, their families, and the community was low while the level of their knowledge of their responsibilities towards their colleagues was high. In addition, it was revealed that gender, academic qualification, and school type have no significant influence on early childhood educators’ knowledge of their professional code of conduct. Because of these outcomes, it was recommended that issues on professional ethics and code of conduct should be incorporated and emphasized during pre-service training of early childhood educators as well as during seminars and re-training of in-service caregivers/teachers. In addition, a handbook on professional ethics and code of conduct for early childhood educators should be made available and accessible to all caregivers and teachers of young children.
